About: I love dogs. Plain and simple. Nothing makes me happier or puts a bigger smile on my face than seeing a dog strut down the sidewalk, living its best life, or just stretched out somewhere soaking up the sun. I’ve had the honor of being a dog dad to three pups over the years, and I miss having one around. I’m currently dog-childless, and after recently retiring from a job I had for 32 years, I’ve got a little more time on my hands and, honestly, I’m craving some much-needed dog time. I’m not quite in a position to bring another dog into our family right now, so I figured this might be the next best thing. I’d love to spend some of that time giving your dog some love, getting them out for a good walk, letting them get some exercise, and just hanging out with them. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs. They make me happy, and I think they can tell when somebody really likes them. So I’d love nothing more than to meet your pup, get to know their personality, and make a new four-legged friend. I’ll give them plenty of attention, take good care of them, and probably talk to them like they’re a person. Because, well… they are. At least in my book. I’m retired, so I have a pretty open and flexible schedule these days. I’m available Monday through Thursday from 8am–6pm, and honestly, I can’t think of a better way to spend some of that time than getting outside and hanging out with a dog. I like getting some steps in, getting some fresh air, and having a dog along makes all of that a lot more fun. So pet care fits pretty naturally into my week. I’m happy to work around your dog’s routine and give them some attention, exercise, and companionship while you’re busy. Since I’m offering dog walks, most of my time with your pup will be out getting some fresh air, stepping out on the town, and having a good time. I’ll come to your home, get your pup ready to go, and we’ll head out for a good walk. I’ll follow whatever instructions you leave for me, but mostly I’ll just pay attention to your dog and let them be themselves. Some dogs want to cover some ground, some want to stop and sniff every five feet, and some just want a little extra attention along the way. I’m good with all of it. And when I say I’ll treat your dog like my own, I mean it. My dogs were family, and they were treated like royalty with plenty of love, attention, belly rubs, and affection. Basically, I want your dog to have a great time, feel safe and loved, and be thinking, “When is this guy coming back?”

About: I have experience with cats who are particularly anxious, I am able to provide much more than just feeding and regular care tasks. I have experience with emotional regulation for anxious cats and dogs , and I’m able to provide extra attention through extended stays, diverse kinds of play, and overnight care. I also have prior experience with elderly dogs who need special accommodation. I work only 2 days a week, and have a very open flexible schedule at the moment. I can provide a wide range of services, my most notable experience is working with anxious pets who need extra attention and love! For dogs, I prefer to take dogs on multiple walks (ideally 3 walks per day) to encourage lots of activity, I can encourage socializing if needed. For cats, I love to drop in and play, give affection or just coexist as needed!

About: I've always loved dogs and enjoy spending time with them, whether that's going for walks, playing, or just keeping them company. I know every dog has a different personality and routine, so I take the time to make sure they're comfortable and cared for the way they're used to. I work from home three times a week which gives me more time to care for pups. This is something that allows me more flexibility with care needs. I do not have any other pets in the home which allows your pet to have all my attention, therefore meeting whatever need they may have.

About: I've been taking care of pups and kitties since I was about 8 yrs old! I've learned how to identify triggers and/or warning signs with this experience. Hello ☺️ I just moved to the Bay Area and I'm a pawrent to one pup and two kitties! I just got my degree in Video Production/Film and will be freelancing when I can, which means my schedule is very open!! My current availability for drop-in visits and pup walking is Monday- Sunday 6am-10pm, unless it's a blocked out date. I would prefer to have a meet & greet before any booking. This helps me understand how to properly care for each pet. I always want to make sure that each furry friend, fur parent, and myself feels comfortable before hand. Whenever I drop in to visit, I make sure to do what ever is asked in regards to caring for your furry babies! Potty breaks. Making sure they are fed. Cuddle sessions! And of course making sure that I leave everything how it was before I arrived.

About: I want every dog i walk to have a happy wagging tail when we are together. I have experience walking large and small dogs alike. I have a very flexible schedule Monday thru Friday, mostly in the afternoons and early evenings. I work on weekends so I'm not available then. Since I only do dog walking, I am very careful about encountering other dogs, crossing streets at lights or crosswalks. I pay close attention to their needs as we walk to see if they need petting, treats or to sniff around the area.

About: I have had and cared for pets since childhood, rescuing (literally from the streets) a lovely pitbull named Olive when I lived in Philadelphia. Moved to CA in May 2026 from East Coast. I recently moved to CA to support my wife’s new job in SF. I have a fully open schedule at the moment and with a love of animals I thought that this would be a better way to learn and love my new community than digging through online job ads. With her special diet, supplements, and medications, Bridget taught me what it meant to truly care for a soul who’d been through so much. I'm a huge advocate for providing pets with a great quality of life - more than just basic food and shelter. I'm happy to do any small extraneous tasks like getting the mail, watering plants, etc. Just let me know in advance! For my cat parents out there: Because of my 3 kids (Kina, Nemr, & Freyja) and a short stint fostering, I'm seasoned in all things cat/kitten: socializing, changing litter, oral admin of meds, treating fleas, bathing, nail trimming, de-shedding, training (sit, high-five, stand, turn-around, kiss). Since I’m a full-time student, my Rover calendar is currently limited to weekends and school breaks. That said, many families are comfortable having my partner, Ian, join when he’s available—which allows for a little more flexibility with scheduling. It’s a wonderful setup because Ian works from home (and is basically a dog at heart!), so your pets will almost always have company and care. Rest assured, it will only be me caring for your pets unless we’ve discussed and agreed otherwise. I’m also happy to bring Ian to our meet & greet and provide references upon request! I am responsible for creating a safe space for pets in their home. I make sure that they are comfortable and their boundaries are respected and understood with the guidance of their body language and the wisdom from their humans. All animals deserve patience, love, and empathy.
