About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I've cared for pets of all sizes: from large malamutes and energetic huskies to cats, rabbits, fish, and even turtles. I have experience with a wide variety of personalities, temperaments, and care needs, and I take pride in following your care instructions exactly as requested. If your pet requires a specialized diet, medication, extra patience, or simply their favorite play routine, I'll make sure they receive the attentive care they deserve. During visits, I'll provide plenty of attention and playtime, keep food and water fresh, clean litter boxes, tidy up any messes, and make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I work from home most days of the week and have a flexible schedule that allows me to take breaks throughout the day to make time for your pet. My goal is to keep your pet's routine as normal as possible and make them safe and reduce stress while you're away. I'll let them take the lead as we get to know each other.

About: I've always loved dogs and enjoy spending time with them, whether that's going for walks, playing, or just keeping them company. I know every dog has a different personality and routine, so I take the time to make sure they're comfortable and cared for the way they're used to. I work from home three times a week which gives me more time to care for pups. This is something that allows me more flexibility with care needs. I do not have any other pets in the home which allows your pet to have all my attention, therefore meeting whatever need they may have.

About: I love dogs so much and I know that may sound generic but dogs are so pure and lovable. My love of dogs started with a dog sitting gig that sparked this love and lead me to be a pup parent to Colonel Peanut who passed in 2020. He was a three legged trip that was my ride pr die for 8 years. Since his passing I have leaned into dog walking and dog sitting for others while the grief moves in waves. Point Isabel is one of my favorite places if your pup is an off leasher! Otherwise I love neighborhood walks where we can explore and smell and admire the flowers and discover birds of your area. I have experience with basic training, administering meds, and observing your pup to see what they are telling me they need. I work from home and can be somewhat of a house cat myself if I'm not out for walks with pepperonis. I have a very flexible schedule to fit your pet's needs. I can accommodate last minute booking so please don’t hesitate to reach out. I know what it’s like to be a pet parent so I will treat your pet and home as my own. I will make sure to check all the boxes like refilling water, feedings, sharing snacks and giving medications, or cleaning/refreshing the litter box for kitties.

About: Hi! I’m Missy, a lifelong animal lover based in Oakland with years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and reptiles of all sizes and personalities. I've been my friends and family go-to person for dog/cat/house sitting for years. As a pet owner myself, I take great pride in my level of dog training utilizing positive reinforcement methods, high value treats, praise, or whatever makes your dog excited. I trained my dog from 8 weeks old and followed strict positive reinforcement training and he is a really good and obedient dog with great recall and many other tricks up his paw. I've had experience with.... - Positive reinforcement training - Dogs with leash aggression - Dogs who resource guard - Anxious dogs - Medications (diabetic, shots, inhalers meds) for Cats & Dogs - Dogs who have separation anxiety I'm currently unemployed and looking to add as many new clients as possible! Currently I do an East Lake/Ivy Hill dog walk with 3-4 dogs in the mornings at 8am. I'd love to get clients that are within a 10-15 minute walk from my house near Bella Vista Park. I have a fenced in yard and space in my home to separate animals as needed. Ideally if you need boarding our animals would meet. My dog is a calm 4 year old spaniel and will tell a younger/hyper dog to chill with a bark. He does enjoy some rough-housing with the right dog but mainly you can find him sleeping in his bed. I have a vehicle and know where the nearest Emergency vets are located.

As a sitter, I combine patience, understanding, and a trainer's mindset to make sure both the dog and their owner feel supported and confident. Currently my schedule and work life is flexible and I have the ability to work from home. So as long as scheduling is communicated and planned with enough notice, I can adjust accordingly. I enjoy an active lifestyle, so if needed I have no issues with taking your pet out for a long walk, hike, or day out. I currently have a car and will be able to mobilize to go to and from destination to destination, but I also live nearby a couple of parks and the lake which allows options depending on a dogs social capacity. In my home life, I've been a pet sitter for a handful of my friends' dogs so I am well equipped with toys, beds, bowls, bags, brushes/ pretty much everything someone needs when pet sitting. My house is a very pet friendly home and, if anything, it feels a little more complete with an extra four-legged friend here.
