1. Sophie C.

“Sophie has been amazing with my girl Rosie as she adjusts to city life. She has made a huge impact on keeping her calm and helping keep her active by giving her good exercise and working with to stay calm and focused while encountering squirrels, other dogs and loud noises on their walks. I have noticed such a change due to Sophie's interventions. Sophie is prompt, communicative and kind. A one of a kind! Rosie adores her!”

“Irina is great. We set up a pre-meet with her and she was exactly on time and asked good questions about our dog. We departed early in the morning for our trip, and Irina was scheduled to come to the house at about 10 am to take him out for a walk. We were a bit nervous because it was our first time with Irina, but she arrived exactly on time for the dog walk. She checked-in afterward with us and sent a photo as well We think that Irina is excellent and strongly recommend her.”

5. Katharine K.

“Katharine walked our 10-month-old Labrador puppy, Rosie, for us everyday this week, and by Friday, Rosie was yowling with joy to see Katharine coming to the front door. I have a broken toe and can't walk Rosie myself for a few more weeks. Having Katharine's help has been a total lifesaver. She's kind, on-time, reliable, friendly, and loving with Rosie. She manages all that puppy energy beautifully. All I really should say is WOW!”

10. Amy M.
About: I have enjoyed a lifelong love of dogs and bring over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of many different kinds of temperaments and personality. I have loved and raised both energetic dogs (Golden Retriever and Border Collie) as well as my most recent rescue poodle mix Rudy who I saw through to the end of his 15th year. I am 100% equipped to take tender loving care of the special needs of senior pups and know how to administer meds to dogs of all ages. I am an avid walker and would welcome the chance to take your dog outside with me as needed. Dogs are not just pets to me but cherished family members who deserve the best. When your dogs are in my care, you can trust that they will be treated as my own, with attention, love and the respect they deserve. I work PT and mostly from home. I go my office (local) for around 4 hours, two days a week. Other than that, I am available to be with your dog or cat for most of the day if need be. I live in a large flat with ample room to run and play. I am able to crate your dog if preferred or needed. I do not have any other pets or children so your pup has my full attention.

14. Cristina S.
“Cris was *amazing* as a dog sitter and trainer! I have a fussy pitbull and a Miniature Pinscher who seemed so happy every day. She took great care to follow instructions, send photo updates, and go the extra mile at every turn. We will definitely book again!”

16. Shawn M.
“We're so lucky to have met Shawn and to have had him care for our 2 Golden Retrievers. He's not only consistent and an excellent communicator, but he's incredibly kind and loving towards them. They get so excited to see him when he comes to take them for their walks. It's really nice to have peace of mind, knowing they're in the best hands. Thank you Shawn!!”

17. Shamari K.
About: Since I was four years old I have owned both 2 dogs and 2 cats. With no set schedule or days I am hired to walk a neighbor's dog. I have also looked after my one family member's puppy and another's olders two dogs. I am currently a part time college student in Berkeley and have a lot of time on my hands daily. I hope to be able to use the extra time to support my community and their animal companions in ways I can do. At my home with my cat I feed her at night and we play during the day or night. When entering a home for a client I will greet the pet with love making sure they've been alright and nothing off. Then I do any task given to me by the owner. I keep pets or myself in a certain area if needed by the owner. I will ensure the safety of a pet as well their feelings and needs.

18. Julia D.
“My wife and I have a long history with Julia. Over the past several years, she has cared for our two cats multiple times while we have traveled out of town. Julia is smart, reliable, communicative, and has an excellent rapport with our feline companions -- she clearly loves and understands cats. We appreciate her regular written updates and photos of the cats, which demonstrate she spends generous amounts of quality time with them. The cats are always happy and unstressed when we return home -- they have obviously been well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Julia to anyone seeking a conscientious and caring pet sitter.”

19. Nicky T.

“Nicky took SUCH good care of our dog. We were nervous about leaving our pup but Nicky updated us very frequently and my anxious dog loved her. Nicky gave her so much love and it made us feel so good about being away from our pup knowing how good of hands she is in. My pup is a reactive dog and Nicky was able to handle her better than we even can. I’m so grateful to have had her take care of our pup. Couldn’t ask for better! :)”

20. Annalise N.
“Annalise is a natural when it comes to taking care of our family golden retriever, Lola. From the moment she met our dog, the connection and trust between our dog and Annalise was immediate! Annalise is very mature, responsible and acutely aware of her surroundings. She is street smart and knows how to walk a large dog. I highly recommend her as a dog walker.”
