About: I’ve had pets for 14 years ranging from small dogs, to cats, to rats and hamsters. In the last year, my family has dog sat for friends on vacation and foster puppies. My daughters (age 10 and 12) are particularly obsessed with small dogs, and regularly walk several of our neighbors dogs. We would love to welcome yours into our home. I work from home M-W-F and someone is usually home most weekends. We all love snuggling up with dogs as we work, watch movies, as well as taking them on walks or jogs in our neighborhood. I have a big fenced in yard, lots of space inside where the dogs can roam freely and safely without getting into trouble. They would also have my two daughters to play with, who are old enough to understand how to engage with dogs playfully but also know when to give them space. And are young enough to be home most of the time on weekends and evenings!

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life! At one point, my family had up to four dogs at a time. I also have taken care of other animals (lizards, cats, fish) for neighbors, friends, and random job postings found online! I am capable of bathing, walking, feeding, giving medications/ treatments, socializing, or whatever you need for your pets! I am currently in school online and taking some time off of work! This leaves me with extreme flexibility to take care of your animals. Every pet and pet parent is unique! As long as you give me the gist of what your pet needs, I am happy to provide that.

“Jennifer was a stellar dog sitter for my girl. When no one showed at the dog park for my uber social girl, Jennifer took the extra mile literally and walked my girl around Lake Merritt. When it was time to leave, she made sure my girl was properly prepped for bed time. When I came home I found a well fed and tired out Dutchie. With Jennifer looking after my girl, it was less stress to carry. Would Def recommend her to owners of high energy dogs.”

About: Hi, there! My name is Halle and I recently moved to Berkeley from Beaverton, OR. While I was living in Beaverton, I dog-sat and house-sat over the course of the lat six years for several different families whose animals ranged from puppies, dogs (large, medium and/or small), cats, guinea pigs and more. I have a huge passion for animals and am able to provide extra care for those who have pets with health issues (i.e., giving them medicine, eyedrops, injections, etc). About: Hello, I grew up with mastiffs, bloodhounds, French bulldogs and cats. While I had a full time job at the zoo, I used to do part time animal sitting which involved me taking care of people pets in their homes and sometimes staying the night. I am great with large dogs on leash and I always practice positive reinforcement with my dogs. I don’t currently have any pets of my own so I have availability to stay at your home. I work weeknights starting at 3 pm so I would have lots of quality time in the day to spend with your dog while you’re away. I can easily come to your home. I think animals do best in the environment that they know anyways so I would try to mimic their daily routine.

About: As a family we have fostered, trained and rehomed over 30 rescue dogs. We currently live in the Oakland hills with our three dogs. I’m comfortable with any size or breed I’m a stay at home dad and artist. My kids need me less as they’re teenagers now so I have the time and availability for pet care. We have fostered a range of breeds over the years. I have plenty of experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. We also have a fenced in backyard for any visiting dogs.

About: Hi! We are two animal lovers who have had pets of all kinds throughout our lives. Chrystal has raised dogs, cats, fish, iguanas, guinea pigs, and other small furry creatures. Daniel was raised on many acres with many furry and farm animals as pets. Our family consists of ourselves, 2 kids, and 2 adorable cats. Our sweet, large goof of a dog recently passed and we miss him dearly. We both work from home with a flexible schedule, so have plenty of opportunity to support your family's needs. We both have years of experience dog and cat sitting. We are comfortable and experienced with all breeds and ages and can provide medication as needed. Daniel is also uniquely skilled with larger dogs who need extra support, confidence, or attention when walking or near others. If your pet is not comfortable with kids and/or cats we can easily accommodate with scheduling and separation. Reach out with any questions and we look forward to meeting your furry family! We work from home with a flexible schedule and so can easily schedule time away during the day. One of us is available evenings as well. In the winter months we are away for the weekend, so only available weekdays (Sun eve - Fri midday) We like to know from you what makes your pet the most comfortable in their space. Any guidance is appreciated! We leave a space cleaner than we found it and are natural organizers. If you are traveling, We are particularly thoughtful about how you'd like to leave the house with lights on\off, etc.
