About: I have spent my entire life with dogs, cats, fish, lizards, you name it! I have always trained not only my dogs but my families dogs and have helped with even some friends. Recently decided to make a career out of it and get proper training and certifications to build service animals and figure dog walking would be a great foundation as I dive into the industry of helping dogs achieve their full potential. I have recently pulled back a bit from the corporate world to focus on bringing dogs to their full potential with dog walking and dog training. I am available during the weekdays Monday through Saturday 8am-7pm. As trust, comfortability, and professionalism are all pivotal in this line of work, I require a meet and greet for all new clients. Here, you can get to know me and more importantly, I can learn your preference for your pup. During the meet and greet, I discuss preferred types of walks, location, leashing handling, as well as I learn of your dog's temperament. Every dog is incredible and unique in their own way. I can't wait learn about yours!
About: I’ve been a dog owner for over 8 years, and caring for pups has always been a natural part of my life. My current dog, Sage, is a sweet and energetic 2-year-old who is fully crate-trained and comfortable going in and out of her crate as needed—so I’m familiar with maintaining structure while still keeping things stress-free and flexible for your dog. I’m patient, attentive, and truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality. Whether your pup needs a calm environment, extra playtime, or a little help sticking to their routine, I’m happy to accommodate. I can follow feeding schedules, administer basic medications, reinforce crate training, and provide plenty of walks, cuddles, and photos so you always feel connected. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every pet like family, and I want you to feel confident that your pup is in loving, reliable hands while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! I do work full-time, but I’m off one weekday and one weekend day each week. Because my schedule rotates, the best way to know my exact availability is to send me a quick message—I’m always happy to check and see if I’m a good fit for your needs. I’m open to booking sits any day of the week, and I’m especially available for walks, drop-ins, or longer stays on my days off. If your pup needs consistency, structure, or flexible timing, I’ll do my best to accommodate. Just reach out and we’ll find what works! Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. I have a separate crate available so your pup can have their own space, and I walk dogs individually to ensure everyone feels calm and secure. There’s a dog park right across the street, and if your dog is friendly and you’re comfortable with it, we can enjoy some supervised playtime there. If you prefer limited interaction or your dog does better with space, I’m also happy to keep them separate and stick to quiet walks around the building where there’s little to no contact with other dogs. Whatever your pup’s needs or personality, I’m committed to providing a safe, controlled, and positive environment.
“Evan did an excellent job of persuading my reticent, recently adopted two-year-old to take walks with him and return her to me looking happy. She has separation anxiety so it's quite an accomplishment. He's been a real help as I am laid up from a minor medical event. Evan is a gentle, dog-smart, dog-caring handler. I'm glad to have him on my team.”

“Esteban is awesome! He takes good care of Sunny, my terrier puppy. And sends me lots of detailed updates and wonderful photos. Sunny seems very relaxed and happy after walks/hangs with Esteban. Thank you so very much for all that you do!”

About: I’m happy to keep your dog company while you are away and let them know that they are not alone. Looking forward to meeting you and your dog! I can provide pet care on weekends and holidays. I’m available full time for two weeks at the end of this month since I have some time off from work. I bring a friendly presence, and am happy to feed, walk and play with your dog so that they are happy and feel safe while you are gone.
About: My family’s had 2 Havanese dogs a little over 3 years now and I take care of them regularly when they go out for the night or leave town. In addition I occasionally sit for family friends who have a Yorkie and used to watch a neighbor’s cat when she was still with us. Most animals find me agreeable and I try to be consistent and loving with any younger ones so that they’re shaped into the best possible pets. I’ve recently left my long-term job to focus on watching/walking pets. I do some gig work to make ends meet but my main passion right now is animal care. I have a spacious loft apartment in Chinatown Oakland in a very safe neighborhood just a few minutes walk from Lake Merritt. Crating (with one provided for me) in the apartment is an option as well as my sectional couch or rug depending on your animal’s preferences.

“Sydney was incredible with our Waldo! Our pup often walks better with another doggy friend, and Sydney was open and flexible with scheduling a meet up for our dogs in advance of the week I desperately needed some dog walking help. She included lots of photos & updates and was reliable. My dog always seemed her happiest self when I got home after a long day. 10/10 would book again!!!”
