About: Hi! While celebrating the milestone of earning my Master’s degree, I traveled to the East Coast this summer and during my trip I pet sat for a friend in NYC while she was traveling in Europe, and I loved it! I miss those fur babies so much that I signed up on Rover as soon as I got home. One of my earliest challenges was with my parents’ high-energy dog — I successfully trained him not to bolt out the door when it opened 🚪🐕 (no small feat!). That experience taught me the power of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. 🐶 My Rescue Story I was the sole caregiver for my own rescue dog, who came to me fearful of strangers and unsure around other dogs. I’m skilled at reading dog body language 🐕‍🦺 so I can keep pups comfortable and stress-free. I’m available on weekends, as well as Mondays and Fridays. I’m also happy to stay over on Monday nights, as long as you don’t need me to stay past 8am the following morning. When I care for pets in your home, I follow your instructions closely to keep their routine consistent. I make sure they have fresh water, regular meals, and plenty of exercise and playtime. About: I have a flexible schedule and am booking dog walks and drop-ins! I can accommodate for whether your dog likes more activity or needs a quiet and calm environment. I have experience dealing with dogs and other animals with anxiety and other medical or physical needs. I work from home at my own pace so I can accommodate different needs! Ideally, pet guests can be left at home alone for about an hour for errands and other events that come up. Please provide a crate if your dog cannot be left alone for over an hour. My home is responsible and dog safe with gates to prevent access to the kitchen. My yard is not fenced but I always keep dogs leashed.

I work in person with occasional option for remote work and a lot of flexibility with hours. I am an early riser so tend to be up and moving by 7am the latest to get pet care sorted straight away and leaves me enough time to do thorough care routines prior to work. After work which can finish from 3-6pm Monday to Friday, I am free all evening to provide the necessary pet care I have a relatively smallish studio around 400 square feet that has a large window overlooking the city that can open but is not accessible (ie no pet or human can get outside just look outside). The pets are able to go wherever they want in the studio- bed, chairs, table etc (if they want!). The apartment is secure and inaccessible to most unless I let them in so is a safe home. I will ensure the pets if left alone are always safely in the apartment and have access to their food and water at all times. Extra accommodations like pads can be added to the house if not house trained. Animal safety and wellbeing is my upmost priority. As an animal owner myself, I understand the fear and anxiety with trusting someone to look after your angels which is why I treat all pets like my own and go above and beyond to ensure their safety. Open consistent communication is crucial to create a trusting relationship where the pets are at the heart of the conversation always so I will always send regular updates with photos throughout the day/night to ensure pet owners are involved and aware of what's going on
