About: I have experience fostering over 20 dogs from Oakland Animal Services from all ages from puppies to seniors and various sizes ranging from small dogs to large breeds and working breeds. Positive reinforcement is my philosophy. I love pets and I like to be informed about all details about your pet to identify areas to work on during walks, tricks, medical needs, and what treats get their way to their hearts. I have had the opportunity to learn a lot about their behavior and how to de-escalate in a safe manner. For cats, I have experience cat sitting and doing drop-ins. I believe patience is key as well as respecting their boundaries. I love a good play session and ensuing your kitty's needs are met. I work from home in Oakland. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate with proper communication ahead of time. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and while I don't we don't have pets on our own I have plenty of dog treats, enrichment toys, and plenty of activities for daycare. I would love to get as much information as possible ahead of time for things to keep in mind such as stranger danger, a possible meet up before the first walk solo with your pet, and building trust.

About: I work in environmental law, so I love getting outside and spending time with animals! I’ve walked many dogs and cared for many cats over the years. I’ve had cats my whole life and am very familiar with caring for difficult pets (thank you to my cranky childhood cat for the training). I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter in the past. I’m happy to help your pet get some exercise, attention, and take care of any special needs! Im currently working remotely so my schedule is very flexible most days! It’s a great for me and the pups to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. I’m obsessed with my own cat so I absolutely understand and respect other owners who are anxious about their pets’ needs! Being safe, thorough, and communicating well are my priorities. I’m a very safe driver with no accidents to date.

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors pets for years and I have volunteered with animals my whole life including house pets and farm animals / livestock. I am currently taking a class in San Ramon that meets Tuesdays and Thursdays until 12:30pm aside from that I volunteer and watch my dog! I have a fenced in yard where my dog has free rein through a dog door. I also have experience using baby gates and crates.
