About: I grew up with cats so know when to give them love and when to give them space. I’ve lived with and helped take care of dogs for about 6 years, helping friends and neighbors take care, walk, and feed their dogs when out of town. I am currently in between jobs so I’m available all day M-F to walk and house sit and am available on some weekends as well. The pets safety and comfort is of upmost priority for me. I want to make sure they are happy and healthy so that owners can have a peace of mind.

About: I love animals, just can't have my own in my current apartment (both for lease reasons and bc my horses wouldn't love a second story walk-up), so I'd love to snuggle yours! I totally understand needing to feel like your fur baby is getting all the love, attention, and care possible. I'm happy to send photo updates and keep you posted on our adventures, whether that's walks outside or just playing with toys in the house. I have a lot of flexibility during the week and am very available on weekends. I also love the tiny fluff balls like hamsters and rats so I'm perfectly happy to take care of any of them too :) I work from home full time so I'm very flexible and able to work from your home if you want someone there during the day, or to schedule time to do drop ins. At this time, I'm not able to have dogs and cats in my home. But I'm totally happy to do overnights and/or drop-ins in yours! I work full time remotely from home so I have a lot of flexibility and availability to play with and take care of your furry babies! I always keep and eye and ear on the animals that I’m caring for, safety is a top priority for me. About: I've loved all animals my entire life. I've been a veterinary technician for 24 years, so I am very capable and knowledgeable. I've mostly worked in emergency and critical care. I'm willing to do it all. From basic pet care to medical treatments. I have experience with cats, dogs, reptiles, and small mammals. My schedule is very open right now. I have 2 cats of my own, and they are my world. I have retired from the veterinary field, at least for the time being. Rest assured that with me, your pets are in the best possible hands. I tend to care for all animals as if they are my own and I truly love them. I am a very quiet person myself, and I have a calming effect on animals. I will spend every possible minute that I can making them feel calm and secure. I am very experienced with animals in the veterinary field so I am willing to do it all! Don’t tell the other species, but I have a special connection with and fondness for felines. (When I was an infant, Isadora the Siamese spooned me while I slept in my cradle. Cats are my first crush, but sadly, my doggos (senior chihuahuas with attitude) are not cat fans, so I’m seeking out other folks’ kitties to give some affection to. Padraic is an exceptional dog walker—responsible, patient, dedicated, flexible, and completely trustworthy. Our almost 3-year-old dog is a rescued and very skittish pup who is incredibly sweet and affectionate but needs a lot of time to feel comfortable with new people and new surroundings. In the beginning, she barked at him constantly and hesitated during the first several walks, but Padraic never rushed her. With his calm, gentle, and friendly manner, he gradually earned her trust and helped her relax. Padraic consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our dog feels safe and comfortable, and he has always been accommodating to our needs. We feel very lucky to have found him. I highly recommend Padraic without hesitation, and we will absolutely be asking for his walking services again and again!
Christine was so helpful with Nara. I had never had a dog walker before and she was so accommodating. My dog was an escape artist and she suggested certain things that might help. She sent lots of pictures that made me feel comfortable when I was at work. I have now put my frisbee escape artist in daycare since she has anxiety about being alone but would use Christine again if the occasion arises.
