About: Hello! I’m Ericka I have always had dogs growing up as a child and my love and respect for them has grown even more as an adult. I have 3 years experience dog walking for friends and neighbors. I offer energetic walks ensuring your pup gets plenty of exercise. I focus on safety while also checking pavement temperatures. I know that a great walk is the highlight of a dog’s day and I will treat your pup as if they were my own. I can’t wait to meet new fur babies. I am available for recurring walks or one offs any day of the week. Mid mornings 9:30 am until the evening 7:00 pm. I have a good sized fenced yard for dogs to run around. Lucy, my Golden Retriever is very sweet and friendly and is a great companion for other pups.

About: In 2012 my mother started a dog boarding business out of her own home. I was this businesses number #1 (and in a lot of ways only) Employee. We watched an average of 4 dogs a day not including the dogs me and my mother had that were our own and the fosters we were taking care of as well. We closed down the business in 2021 when we moved and now that I have my own place I'm looking to work with pets again (dogs and cats!). I can not board but I can still do walks and sitting. I'd love to meet and get to know your pets. I work weekends so I am not going to be available most Saturdays and Sundays before 6pm. On the flip side I am completely open on any weekday for walking or sitting. I can make any of those days work with your schedule. I won't be able to take care of your pet in my home but I can do whatever is needed of me if I were to take care of your pet in your home. Wether that's crating, specific feeding schedules or making food from provided ingredients, routines for outside and potty time. I want to make your pets experience as close as it I can do your ideal.

About: I've been trusted to take care of dogs of all sizes and ages for over 30 years. I have 1st aid training, licensed and insured. I work a part-time, flexible schedule that leaves plenty of time to tend to any personalized pet needs and am home most of the day. I have a fenced yard and a friendly fur-baby, Louie who loves other dogs. I provide multiple daily walks and can offer crate-training, if needed.

About: I have a GSP named Belle who keeps me active. Belle and I enjoy long walks at the Berkeley Marina, Point Isabel, and King Estate. On good days, I take Belle on hikes at Redwood, Sibley, and the surrounding areas. I am home full-time with my 6 y/o German Pointer, Belle. Belle and I spend at least 1 hour outside everyday, weather permitting, and would love some company on our daily adventures. Dogs have supervised access to the yard for bio breaks and are free to explore the apartment unless owner prefers otherwise. Mental games and toys are available to keep dogs entertained if I am busy in the kitchen or running errands.

About: Friends have asked me to care for their fur babies at numerous times in my life. I'll make sure your pet is cared for like my own. I'm open to giving medication, if necessary. From pups/kittens to senior care, I can manage them all. I want to help pet owners during my free time. Since I currently don't own pets at this time, I've decided to help those who are. I work full-time, but sometimes I have more time weekdays as well. Generally, I'm pretty open on weekends and after 3:30pm during the week. Since I don't currently have my own pets, I'm gonna provide great care to yours! I enjoy taking dogs for walks. I live near an amazing park. Making your pet feel comfortable and happy is important. Once trust is built, all will be well.

About: I'm a nature lover and natural animal lover—especially doggies. Over the years, I’ve loved and cared for my my own pets: dogs, a rabbit and a cat. Currently, I help care for my aging mom’s little senior Shitzu: weekly walks at a nearby parks, vet care and lite grooming. Comfortable with harness attaching and removal. My own beloved dog passed away a couple of years ago, I still enjoy encounters with other dogs on my daily walks, giving ear rubs and back scratches—dogs just bring me joy. Currently, I’m retired, so my availability is flexible for you and your pet’s needs. I have experience caring for various breeds and size (small to medium size dogs), but I can handle larger senior dogs. I routinely walk at various designated parks and trails in the East Bay. When I pet-sit in my apartment, I inquire about pets regular routine first: walking, feeding, and medication (if necessary). I require they provide their pet’s own: bedding, sleepwear, food and treats and up to date vaccines. I also ask for emergency info: Vet, pet-owner (s), and an alternate contact. Finally, I will send regular updates via text, pictures or videos of your pets outings or stays—live if you like!
