About: I'm a very responsible middle-aged woman who works from home and would be happy to care for your fur baby. Eventually I'll get a dog of my own! Our household consists of me and my partner, Rocky. We both grew up with pets, but currently don't have any. I work about 15-25 hours a week from home so I have plenty of time throughout the day for walks around the neighborhood and trips to the Alameda dog park. My partner and I are homebodies and enjoy spending time working on our house and gardening. I have a fenced in yard and several rooms of my house can be sectioned off to allow for large spaces to hang out, if the dog needs it's own space. I also have plenty of room to set up a crate. I do not have any pets. I would love to get a dog, but I travel to Vancouver 4 times a year to visit my mom in long term care and occasionally I have to travel for a week or more for work and I don't want to leave a pet for that long. My partner goes to the office Monday - Friday.

After dinner I love nothing more than to cuddle with the pups on my couch before bed! We have an outdoor deck that the dogs always have access to. Mostly serves as a sunbathing lounge 😎. The deck is also equipped with grass patches for easy potty breaks. Your pup with have the company of my dog, Penelope. She is a playful and well behaved French bulldog. I have a robust routine for her to keep her healthy and prevent her from being affected from her predisposed IVDD. I can easily incorporate any special needs or request that your day may need.

My friends joke I’m their “dog’s favorite human,” because I’m always the first call when they need a sitter. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home and, being between jobs, I have plenty of free time to give dogs my full attention. I love taking long walks in nature with my own dog—it’s a therapeutic boost for both of us. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for around four years now. I have one bulldog of my own which I rescued last year and have had a lot of experience with different breeds. I have a huge fenced in yard perfect for every dog.I lived in Thailand for a year and was able to volunteer in an animal shelter giving me experience walking and caring for many different types of dogs. I also have experience dealing with sick animals which need to take medicine on a schedule! I work part time and have a very flexible schedule which allows me to spend more time with my dogs and give them best care I have a huge yard which is secured with a fence, plus a fur baby to keep your pup a ton of company during their stay!

About: Trusted dog sitter for all of my friends and family! We call our house “Camp Rollins” (married name) because all of the dogs we sit for love to explore our wooded hills, absorb the sounds of nature from our large back deck, and snuggle on the couch with their Auntie Caitlin & Uncle Chris! We have no kids and currently no pets of our own so our dog visitors get lots of attention!! (Unfortunately I am allergic to cats and cannot care for them). I work from home and can plan for walk and play breaks as needed! I do spend most of my time at my desk and will use enrichment toys to entertain dog visitors when I need to concentrate. Because we have an unfenced yard, we will take dogs on walks for potty breaks. Our house and yard do have a lot of stairs, but are happy to carry dogs under 20 pounds up and down them. Our decks have cable wire fences that are tightly secured—even very small dogs cannot fit underneath. Dogs are allowed on the furniture but not in our bed.

About: I had a dog for 15 years and while we are holding out on getting a new one for a few years till we stop traveling so much, we would love to hang with yours periodically when in town! We have a fenced in yard to throw a ball in (and a six and eight year old who never tire in doing so) and love taking walks to all the local Piedmont parks with a pup. My husband is mildly allergic, so unfortunately only able to take in non shedding, hypoallergenic poodle type mixes. And of course dogs need to be kid friendly, but my kiddoes are very sweet and gentle with dogs and will give the dogs lots of pets and affection in return. My husband and I both predominately work from home so there's always someone around to love on a furry friend or take a break to get outside for a walk. I predominately work from home and I love frequent walks with a pup. We live close to many Piedmont parks which is a great place to go and visit other dogs or just explore some new grounds. I have a fenced yard and loving older gentle children who adore pets. I can crate your dog if desired to sleep, but also have an 8 year old that would be very happy to snuggle if preferred. You can trust that we will care for your pups as if they are our very own family dog for the duration of their stay.

About: I managed a pet sitting service for 4 years with more than 400 clients and owned my own pet sitting service for 2 years, providing above and beyond pet care: dog walking, boarding, overnight house sitting, cat sitting, and other small pet care. I also take great pictures of your pets and provide detailed notes while you're away! As a pet owner myself, I know first hand how hard it is to leave your pets at home. If I am to stay at your home, I can also take care of daily house duties like rotating lights, bringing in mail/packages, and watering plants. (I'm a skilled plant owner as well!) I'm trained in pet CPR and first aid and am skilled at recognizing dog behavioral cues. While I'm not a trainer, I'm happy to work with your dog on existing commands and basic commands. I have a very flexible, remote job and will prioritize your pet and it's needs! I take my own dog for hikes, and play dates 3-4 times a week (on top of regular walks!) and look forward to having your dog join our pack! I have a dog of my own who loves to play. Ideally, Panda can come stay with me in your home or your dog must get along with mine. I do provide a crate should your dog prefer that in my home.

About: Our pets are family. My approach is a balance of attention and simple structure that makes for happy socialization. My partner and I have always had cats and dogs and I have experience with everything from puppyhood to the special healthcare challenges of senior pets (including administration of oral meds and injected insulin) I work from home part-time and with a very flexible schedule. If staying with us, in addition to walks, your doggie will have full access to the yard during the day to sunbathe and play. If house sitting at yours, I will be on hand with your pet at a minimum in the morning, for a few hours mid-day, and then all evening and night. Please note that I can book a maximum of 5 nights if staying at your place. We have a large fenced yard and two small, friendly pups (9lb young female Yorkie and 12lb female Coton de Tulear) to play with. "The girls" are not crated at night, but I am happy to set up your pup's normal sleeping area if staying with us. For dog walking, I do adventures with priority given to clients located in Oakland's Laurel, Dimond, Maxwell Park, and Redwood Heights neighborhoods. I primarily do individual dog walks, but I can also bring along my girls for some pup socialization for walk time if you would like. I do not do big dog pack walks.

About: I grew up with 6 pit bulls, taking sun baths with them in my backyard. I’ve volunteered in SF SPCA and donate monthly. My best friend aka Herita is a rescue, she’s been with me for over 3 years now. I believe animals have taught me how to love unconditionally and responsibly. Calm, trust and safety are my top priorities. I hope you give me the chance to connect with you and your fur baby/ babies. I work from home. I normally take Hera on a walk every morning for about 30 mins. Come back and hit the gym. After that I’m free. I can always head over in the am, afternoon or evenings. I have a fenced yard, Herita is spayed and loves to play with other dogs. Her bff is a 3 y/o Doberman. Which I take care of a couple of times a week (take her out on walks and feed her)
