“Johnatan took care of my dog for 2 weeks. He’d feed her and walk her twice a day. He was always respectful and kept me posted about my dog’s activities. He washed the linens before departing and even gave my dog a quick bath (he forgot the blow-drying part though). As much as I’d like to give him 5 stars, there’s still room for improvement as he forgot to leave the sliding door open for the dog to go outside leading to the dog peeing and popping inside of the house. He sometimes took 8+ hours to get back home and a couple of nights he wasn’t able to return at all and my dog slept alone. The latter due to he working part time at a place located 1 hr away from our home. Overall, a thrustful boy who just needs to get more experience.”

About: My pet care experience includes looking after cats, dogs, fish, and hamsters. I'm happy to maintain litter boxes, take dogs on long walks and play fetch, spend time with cats, administer pills and medications to any animal (even if they are not excited about it), and provide pets and scritches whenever needed I'm currently working 8-4:30 with open availability every early morning, evening, and weekend from now until June 6! During the summers, my availability will be completely open! I am experienced caring for pets in other people's homes, but unfortunately not in my own because I have two rescued cats of my own. David and Mabel took excellent care of our 2 year old lab. It was great knowing our puppy was comfortable at home with professional and thoughtful care. They understand dogs, how to care for them and the importance of communicating with the pet parents. Our home was left cleaner than when we left, which we greatly appreciated! I have never used Rover before and Erin by far exceeded every expectation I had. We had her stay with our newly adopted dog for two nights and our dog loved her. We had our neighbors help out before and our dog wouldn't let them near her, but with Erin, our dog was her sweet self. Erin was punctual and made me feel at ease right away. She also left our house just as we left it. I would highly recommend Erin for any pet sitting needs.
Richard was excellent watching my dogs overnight at my place for two nights. He was very loving and patient with my anxious pupper and by the end they were getting along great. Richard was also a very respectful house guest and left the place better than he found it. Highly recommend!
Elisabeth is kind, responsive, and provides the highest level of care for pets - she is better than we ever imagined a sitter on Rover could be! We will without question be requesting Elisabeth again to care for our cat while we are away. She gave us such a peace of mind that our cat was in great hands that we will consider adjusting our travel plans to ensure that Elisabeth is available to care for our cat. We were a bit nervous to leave our super senior cat with very specific medical needs, but Elisabeth quickly helped us relax into vacation mode! She took the most amazing care of our sweet cat - giving her daily medications (oral, topical, and injections). Elisabeth sent daily updates - including weighing how much food our cat ate (just like we do) so we had accurate data to provide to our vet. She purchased supplies that would help us dispense a new medication easier. Elisabeth also left our home in pristine condition - she even washed the sheets and made the bed before leaving.
Marian was wonderful with my three cats! She got along well with them and was great about regular updates/pics. My trio can get pretty rambunctious, but Marian was so great about making time for their morning, afternoon, and even bonus playtimes, which kept them in the best spirits. I would certainly book her again and highly recommend her!
5 ⭐ — Above and beyond in every way Charlii is simply the best. We left our two dogs with her for several days and came home to two happy, well-loved pups. She sent consistent updates and photos throughout the stay, which gave us such peace of mind. She handled their daily medications without any issue, was clearly attuned to each of their personalities and different play styles, and made sure they got plenty of good walks. What really set Charlii apart was how she handled an unexpected situation — one of our dogs developed his first hotspot mid-stay, and she responded quickly, calmly, and kept us informed every step of the way. It’s one thing to care for dogs when everything goes smoothly; it’s another to show that level of attentiveness and resourcefulness when something comes up. She nailed it. We cannot recommend Charlii highly enough. She’s our go-to from here on out — don’t hesitate to book her!
Madeline did an amazing job watching our two cats and dogs while my husband and I were out of town. She made sure to always check in and give the best updates. I always believe animals are great judges of character and all four of our animals took to her right away.
Marina is awesome! We have two big very anxious dogs, one a senior who requires meals prepped a specific way & medication and the other an extremely strong puller on walks. Marina not only handled their special requirements with no issue, she totally bonded with dogs. She even adjusted the senior's meds per my instructions on the fly while we were on vacation. We came home and they were so calm and happy -- this has NEVER happened, even when we leave them with family. She's easy to work with, great communication, and kept our house exactly as we left it.
