“Kelly was a wonderful and loving caregiver for our dog, and she kept us updated with many pics, photos, and messages. Our dog seemed really relaxed and happy when we picked her up. She deserves 6 stars out of five.”

“Thank you Megan & Jenny! I needed to board my dog for one night with short notice and Megan & Jenny were able to board him. They responded quickly to my request and communicated with texts and photos during my dog's stay. My dog looked happy and it seems like he was well cared for. I will be contacting Megan & Jenny again for dog sitting and boarding.”

“Sharon is incredible! Very proactive with update, and took wonderful care of our little guy. She was patient with him and that he’s still just a puppy and his potty training. Really appreciate all her grace, we felt very comfortable leaving our fur baby with her!”

“Matthew and VJ were so good with Lily. They treated her like one of their own dogs, giving her treats and lots of cuddles. Lily also really enjoyed playing with their dogs. I can tell Lily likes them, and I'll definitely have them take care of her in the future.”

“This was the first time we had the pleasure of boarding Pixie with Dacyl, and we are hoping she will take us on to be our go-to petsitter from now on. She was a perfect communicator, indulged our desire for continuous updates and pictures, took Pixie out on adventures, and was delightful.”

“Rachel is a terrific dog sitter! She is very responsive and communicative, and my dog had a great time with her and her dog. I appreciated the photos and videos of their beautiful hikes and play time.”

“Meagan did an INCREDIBLE job taking care of our 3 month old puppy when we unexpectedly needed a sitter. She helped with crate training and potty training, appropriately socialized our pup, kept her safe and well looked after, and gave us all of the updates and pictures! I could not recommend her more and we will definitely use her again in the future!”

“We have used Jeff and Beth 5-7 times now and our dog (Maxine) loves seeing them each time (a good sign) and is zonked for a couple of days afterward when we get her back (also a good sign). They are super communicative and share lots of photos. They also have an amazing place for hosting dogs with lots of outdoor fenced in area for fetch and running around. Great experience and always our first choice for a sitter. Thanks guys!”

“Melina was our first Rover experience and she made the process so welcoming. We'd never left our dog overnight with someone he didn't know – he's anxious, reactive and has separation anxiety, so it was important to us that we worked with with someone who understands and is patient with him. Melina was all of that and more! Within hours she had him snuggling up to her, and by the evening he was sleeping curled up next to her head. We got regular updates throughout the stay (including pictures) and felt so at-ease knowing he was well cared for. We would absolutely recommend Melina as a Rover, and especially for anyone with a special needs dog or a shy pup. She was amazing!”

About: I’ve been a dog person since diapers—started with my parents’ pup, then my own fur baby who lived to 18. Now I’m raising my 4‑year‑old sweetie. Dogs love my calm vibe (and maybe my treat). My friends joke I’m their “dog’s favorite human,” because I’m always the first call when they need a sitter. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home and, being between jobs, I have plenty of free time to give dogs my full attention. I love taking long walks in nature with my own dog—it’s a therapeutic boost for both of us. Living in a peaceful neighborhood and tranquil home makes it easy to provide a calm, safe environment. I typically walk 2–3 times a day, so regular exercise and companionship are always part of my schedule. Safety is a top priority in my home. I have a spacious, secure, closed balcony where dogs can enjoy fresh air safely, and my own friendly dog is happy to provide companionship for your pup. There’s also a fenced area by my entrance, which adds an extra layer of protection to prevent dogs from slipping outside. With these safeguards, you can feel confident that your pet will be cared for in a safe and welcoming environment.
“Issac and Jordan were amazing! They had great communication before and during my pup’s stay. They provided photo updates and my pup had a great time- he was sad to leave them. I would highly recommend Issac and Jordan!”

“Patrick was awesome! This was my first Rover experience so I was very worried. He was very conscientious about Lola’s feedings, sleep and activity. He sent pics everyday and kept me well informed on how she was doing. And he seemed to genuinely care about my pup! Thank you Patrick. Would definitely reccommend him!”

About: Trusted dog sitter for all of my friends and family! We call our house “Camp Rollins” (married name) because all of the dogs we sit for love to explore our wooded hills, absorb the sounds of nature from our large back deck, and snuggle on the couch with their Auntie Caitlin & Uncle Chris! We have no kids and currently no pets of our own so our dog visitors get lots of attention!! (Unfortunately I am allergic to cats and cannot care for them). I work from home and can plan for walk and play breaks as needed! I do spend most of my time at my desk and will use enrichment toys to entertain dog visitors when I need to concentrate. Because we have an unfenced yard, we will take dogs on walks for potty breaks. Our house and yard do have a lot of stairs, but are happy to carry dogs under 20 pounds up and down them. Our decks have cable wire fences that are tightly secured—even very small dogs cannot fit underneath. Dogs are allowed on the furniture but not in our bed.
“Nova had a fantastic stay at Brian and Robert’s! I received the most wonderful updates that really let me know she was relaxed and well taken care of. I really do think they loved and cared for her as if she was their own”

“Madeleine was great with my dog Julio! She took our very last minute request and was very responsive. She gave updates and photos each day, which put me at ease since Julio is a high anxiety dog. I would definitely book her again!”

Upper Dimond dog parents share their Rover experiences
Susan took wonderful care of our dog Mikasa. As a rescue, Mikasa needs time, patience, and understanding to get comfortable with new people, and Susan handled this beautifully. She carefully followed all the instructions we provided and approached Mikasa with so much patience and determination that, by the end of the stay, they had truly become best friends. While we were abroad, Susan kept us updated every single day with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Mikasa was in such good hands. She also made sure Mikasa received her medication and paid close attention to her needs. What meant the most to us was how much effort Susan put into building trust with Mikasa respecting her boundaries, letting her set the pace, and helping her gradually gain confidence. Seeing Mikasa relax, play, and bond with her was incredibly reassuring. We're very grateful for the care, dedication, and love Susan showed Mikasa. We would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and attentive sitter.
Our pup was there for just one day, but I could tell she was looking forward to going there based on how fast her tail was wagging when we got out of the car. A few weeks earlier we had a meet & great to see if this would be a good match. Clearly it was based on the tail reaction..

Barak did a nice job with Lilo. She tends to be anxious, and he seemed very patient with her, and even shared some tips about managing her behavior. Daily outdoor exercise is part of his routine. We got daily updates, prompt answers to messages, and she came home happy, not stressed.

Booked last minute, Mrs Ayanna for the rescue! Thank you so much Ayanna! She took care of our puppy Tux even before the drop off. Ayanna is a great host very nice and attentive to our dog needs she even took our pup without being all the way potty trained at 5 months. Daily updates with pictures and even gave our pup a bath and blow dry. Definitely booking again with Ayanna hopefully not last minute next time. SUPER A++ HOST!
