“Absolutely wonderful experience with Ying! She took amazing care of our dog and kept us updated every day with photos and details about his walks and activities. Our dog is a picky eater, and she even went above and beyond to prepare homemade meals for him! What impressed us most was how happy and comfortable he was throughout his stay. He showed no signs of separation anxiety, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. It’s clear that he absolutely adores her! Ying is incredibly caring, attentive, and thoughtful. In a client's home, I follow their pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of attention and affection. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly space with regular exercise, supervision, and opportunities for play and relaxation. My goal is to make pets feel secure, loved, and well cared for while giving owners peace of mind through reliable communication and updates.
