“This was our 1st time using rover. We were nervous but felt comfortable after meeting Suzanne. We initially contacted Suzanne through the app and she was very responsive. We initially chose her due to all the positive reviews. We did a 30 min meet and greet. Our little guy Georgie was able to roam around and check out the pad. We left Georgie for 3 days and received daily updates from Suzanne. We couldn’t of been happier knowing our guy was well taken care of. Will be using Suzanne again for our trip coming up. Super excited we found Suzanne to board our dog while we are away.”

“Sunday has been through a lot of difficult changes recently—a move, the loss of her doggy best friend and just normal growing up. Sunday is a sweet girl but can be high energy, anxious and a little mischievous. Megan and Jenny handled Sunday like absolute pros. Sunday was entertained with walks and lots of play time in their sweet house/yard. Jenny + Megan are responsible, reliant, and absolutely in love with their dog friends, not to mention flexible and easy-going—they treated Sunday like their own and I feel so thankful to have found such loving people to look after my girl. From the very first interaction they have been so responsive and accommodating! I hope to rebook them again soon, just so Sunday can get her fix!”

About: We are a dog loving family with 4 enthusiastic sitters. We are comfortable caring for senior dogs and have trail access for pups who love to hike. Cat friendly dogs of all sizes welcome! Chris works from home full time and is able to do walks and potty breaks as needed. We do daily hikes on Redwoods Regional trails. We have a large fenced in yard and access to Redwood Regional trail system- we love to be outdoors and will include your pup as much as they like. We have a senior dog friendly cat so visitors must be cat tolerant.

“I’ve used Dvora’s services twice now and am a client for life!! I have an elderly chihuahua named Ellie who has anxiety and some mobility concerns, and I’ve been afraid to leave her with a sitter until now. Dvora changed that for us. She is thoughtful and thorough, and her intake packet allowed me to share all of my dog’s care info in advance, including on topics I would have forgotten to mention if Dvora hadn’t asked about them. Dvora is highly knowledgable with animal body language and pet care, and asked clarifying questions about what was normal for my dog throughout her stay. Dvora also did a test drop-off with me so we could see how Ellie did without me there, which hugely helped with my nerves and I’m sure it helped with Ellie’s too! Dvora even noticed when I’d forgotten to pack a favorite toy of Ellie’s and asked me about it so we could make a plan. She also noticed when Ellie had some good joint days and wanted to go for longer walks. When Ellie got tired, Dvora carried her back home. Now that Ellie has done two visits with Dvora, she is noticeably relaxed at Dvora’s home and has forged a friendship with Dvora’s sweet little pup Sheera. Dvora creates an intentional, loving space for your pup no matter how long or short their stay may be. I feel so fortunate to have found such a remarkable caregiver for Ellie.”

“Melina was our first Rover experience and she made the process so welcoming. We'd never left our dog overnight with someone he didn't know – he's anxious, reactive and has separation anxiety, so it was important to us that we worked with with someone who understands and is patient with him. Melina was all of that and more! Within hours she had him snuggling up to her, and by the evening he was sleeping curled up next to her head. We got regular updates throughout the stay (including pictures) and felt so at-ease knowing he was well cared for. We would absolutely recommend Melina as a Rover, and especially for anyone with a special needs dog or a shy pup. She was amazing!”

“Eiko and her family were wonderful! My boy Valentino was very well taken care of and Eiko gave me peace of mind while I was off the grid camping/fishing with minimal reception. She provided daily updates so when I did get reception it provided me with comfort because Valentino has never been away from me.
