About: Through having dogs myself, dog walking, and taking care of friends dogs for the past 9 years I have experience sitting, walking, and playing with dogs. In the past year I have adopted the sweetest dog named Cariño, a 35 pound terrier mix, and have cared for them through their puppy stages and now into adulthood! I primarily have experience with dogs weighing 10-60 pounds and dogs of all ages. I'm good at taking control of a situation and can also understand when a dog is scared, upset, or just needs a break. I have a car so I can come to you and live walking distance from Lake Merritt. I'm currently working part-time and have plenty of time to go on hikes, walks, or check in on your pup! I am flexible during weekdays and am unavailable on weekends currently. I have experience raising my own currently one and a half year dog. I can easily crate your dog and leave them well-rested. I do not let dogs go outside unleashed unless there are specific instructions to do so. I work part-time and have a flexible schedule so I am happy to make things work with your pet needs whether it's morning, middle of the day, or early evenings. I am not accepting pets in my home because we have a dog and a cat who are a bit sensitive to other pet friends.

I truly enjoy meeting fur babies and spending a majority of my time with them. My mom will be home while I’m working so your pup will never feel uncared for or not given enough affection. I am communicative, reliable, responsible, and loving. I sometimes love animals more than humans and treat clients like my own. I live with one other senior pup 🐶, 1 chicken 🐓, 1 turtle 🐢, and 6 goldfish 🐠. Dogs have always been a part of the family and need to be treated with care, love, and respect. Seeing dogs in public always makes me happy and want to pet them! Your dog will be pampered, well cared for and given lots of love ❤️ I also have extra doggie beds. I have a fenced backyard they can explore in. They will he walked 2-3 times a day and fed scrambled eggs and chicken liver joint treats (from amazon) if permitted ** Please note: I am only accepting dogs who are on flea medication. If not, please ask your vet to put your baby on flea treatment (Bella is on Frontline with inactive fleas) **Please make sure to bring enough supplies like environmentally friends doggy bags and anything else that will ensure comfort for their stay. They will be fed according to their feeding schedule. I have a fenced backyard. Even if the owner says their babe can go off leash, I never let them go off leash for safety reasons unless in a fenced area.

My love of dogs started with a dog sitting gig that sparked this love and lead me to be a pup parent to Colonel Peanut who passed in 2020. He was a three legged trip that was my ride pr die for 8 years. Since his passing I have leaned into dog walking and dog sitting for others while the grief moves in waves. Point Isabel is one of my favorite places if your pup is an off leasher! Otherwise I love neighborhood walks where we can explore and smell and admire the flowers and discover birds of your area. I have experience with basic training, administering meds, and observing your pup to see what they are telling me they need. I work from home and can be somewhat of a house cat myself if I'm not out for walks with pepperonis. I have a very flexible schedule to fit your pet's needs. About: I grew up taking care of big dogs. In the past couple of years I worked at a local doggy daycare(board & train facility) and then got my training certification. I learned a lot about dog behavior and dog nutrition while working there. I worked in the boarding department which dealt with administering medication, handling senior or handicap dogs with care, handling new foster dogs and even puppies, and required CPR classes. I love all sizes and breeds and will always have your dogs safety and happiness as my main priority. ❤️ I’m currently working at home and have a veryy OPEN schedule!! I would be happy to drop in last minute to check up on your dog or to take them out for a walk. However, for over night stays they should be scheduled atleast 2 days in advance so that we have time to discuss the pups needs and preventative behaviors, most importantly it guarantees your dog is the happiest goober haha. If you are looking to board, we have a fenced backyard. The dogs can always be seen and safe with fresh air. I also love running my dog in the morning and if your dog is interested I would take them as well! I love providing mental enrichment toys to the dogs during there stay. I personally love using rover so I can practice behavioral dog training so your pup will come back refreshed and happy …maybe even new commands like backup, turn left / right…
