About: I've grown up with dogs and cats my whole life! I've recently adopted a new cat, Beef, who is a darling. I have experience birthing and raising puppies. I love bringing my dogs for walks, hikes, runs and playing fetch. I'm always active because I'm a college athlete. I'll make sure to take great care of your family animals while you're away and provide them lots of love, attention and activity! I'm a college student home for the summer, taking online summer classes. I have plenty of time to care for animals! I stay very active throughout the day so I have the capacity to walk, run and play with the animals. I'm able to be very attentive with animals because I'm close to home often. I have two fenced yards with plenty of room for dogs! Lots of toys, balls, extra leashes and bowls! I have dogs of my own that can either be socialized or separated from your pets. I live near a park and like to take the dogs out.

We are cat-friendly and highly experienced with large breeds (up to 80lbs). From cozy naps to gourmet treats, we provide a safe, fun, and delicious home away from home! • Morning: A refreshing walk around Oakland followed by breakfast. • Mid-day: High energy fun at the dog park with plenty of fetch and ball play. • Afternoon: Nap time! Pets can recharge in our private spare room or a sunny spot. • Evening: Dinner and indoor play, featuring unlimited handmade treats from my workshop. • Night: A final potty walk and cozy snuggles before bedtime. We live in a spacious, pet-friendly 2b2b apartment in Oakland. Tamara was very accommodating for a last mintue reservation. We appreciated her flexibility. Calliope takes a little extra care to win her over--Tamara did an excellent job. Tamara's pup Sidney got along great with our pups. I would highly recommend her she is warm and caring and knows her stuff when it comes to dogs.
Caitlin and Chris took such great care of Ellie, and they provided just the right number of updates/photos so we never had to worry or wonder how she was doing in their care. They were attentive to her needs and paid attention to our care instructions. Ellie came home a happily tired out pup after her day playing and cuddling with them!
Sydney is caring and a dog and cat mom herself. She can keep your pet totally separate from her animals in her studio garage that has been converted to a pet suite for multiple day stays. There's a loveseat and plenty of floor space. She has a small rear patio area for sniffing and potty breaks. She is happy to take short or long walks with your dog and can do hills. Stella feels safe with Sydney and that means the world to me as I am at work all day.
Smoke was so well cared for. Bobby loves dogs & it was obvious that he bonds with dogs right from the beginning. Smoke went for 2 walks - which was his first walk actually since he's just been given the OK to go on street walks. He was happy as can be when I picked him up. And once he made his bed in the back seat, he slept the entire 40 minutes home.
As a first time Rover user, we hit the jackpot with Juliana and Katherine. It was our pup’s first experience at daycare (he thought it was a play date); and he had so much fun and adventure. He was so excited to go the next day that he pulled me up the stairs to their house. He had two sweet pups to play with and a fun yard to explore. Juliana was very attentive and shared pictures; I didn’t have any worries. Highly recommend!
