“Sunday has been through a lot of difficult changes recently—a move, the loss of her doggy best friend and just normal growing up. Sunday is a sweet girl but can be high energy, anxious and a little mischievous. Megan and Jenny handled Sunday like absolute pros. Sunday was entertained with walks and lots of play time in their sweet house/yard. Jenny + Megan are responsible, reliant, and absolutely in love with their dog friends, not to mention flexible and easy-going—they treated Sunday like their own and I feel so thankful to have found such loving people to look after my girl. From the very first interaction they have been so responsive and accommodating! I hope to rebook them again soon, just so Sunday can get her fix!”

“Baxter had a great first stay with Kristen and Ryan! He took advantage of various comfy lounging spots in their home as well as sunbathing in their backyard. Baxter was in great shape when I returned. Kristin and Ryan are very friendly and kind, and their communications were clear throughout. I received updates with pictures at least once a day, as requested. I greatly appreciated their flexibility to extend Baxter's stay a bit and coordinate a different pickup arrangement when my trip plans changed. I would certainly book with them again!”

“I was very tentative about leaving my baby dog with someone from an app that I haven't used before. Not that I haven't heard about Rover, I just thought there was a high chance I would not get my dog back. Lauren and her partner, Justin, asked to have a dog meet-and-greet. They were so nice and sweet, the interaction between Lukas (my dog) and them was a good sign. One of the main reasons I chose to book with Lauren is because of the fact that she and Justin are home pretty often and Lukas was not alone for long. The morning I dropped Lukas off at their place, Justin was the one who was home and so helpful with getting everything I packed for the week's stay. I overpacked and brought too much stuff but Justin helped me get things out of my car. It was a relief because I could tell from that interaction Lukas would be well taken care of. I thought that I was being an overbearing dog parent by asking for pictures 3x's a day but Lauren said that is the minimum amount that she sends everyday. My dog was not on a strict schedule for breakfast, potty breaks, and dinners but Lauren's updates were pretty consistent from day to day that I could predict when I was going to get a message. I could tell that Lauren really cares about the wellbeing of Lukas because they always checked with me before doing something that was not in Lukas's normal care plan. For example, she wanted to get treats from the farmer's market they went to and texted me before feeding it to my dog. I felt like Lukas was on a vacation getaway of his own cause Lauren and Justin spoiled him just enough that I thought my dog wouldn't want to come back home with me by the end of his stay. At the end of the stay, my flight got delayed and I was a lot later than my pick up time that I scheduled. Lauren and Justin were so flexible and were waiting for me when I came for pick up. When I drove up, they were waiting for me outside and helped me put everything in my car. Lauren handed me a couple of polaroids and a bag of the farmer's market treats that my dog loves now. I definitely recommend having Lauren and Justin dogsit your furry baby, you won't regret it one bit. I already plan on booking with them for my next vacation! I know Lukas wants to go back and stay with them too.”

About: I grew up with 6 pit bulls, taking sun baths with them in my backyard. I’ve volunteered in SF SPCA and donate monthly. About: I had a dog for 15 years and while we are holding out on getting a new one for a few years till we stop traveling so much, we would love to hang with yours periodically when in town! We have a fenced in yard to throw a ball in (and a six and nine year old who never tire in doing so) and love taking walks to all the local Piedmont parks with a pup. My husband is mildly allergic, so unfortunately only able to take in non shedding, hypoallergenic poodle type mixes. And of course dogs need to be kid friendly, but my kiddoes are very sweet and gentle with dogs and will give the dogs lots of pets and affection in return. My husband and I both predominately work from home so there's always someone around to love on a furry friend or take a break to get outside for a walk. I predominately work from home and I love frequent walks with a pup. We live close to many Piedmont parks which is a great place to go and visit other dogs or just explore some new grounds. I have a fenced yard and loving older gentle children who adore pets. I can crate your dog if desired to sleep, but also have an 8 year old that would be very happy to snuggle if preferred. You can trust that we will care for your pups as if they are our very own family dog for the duration of their stay.

On good days, I take Belle on hikes at Redwood, Sibley, and the surrounding areas. I am home full-time with my 6.5 y/o German Pointer, Belle. Belle and I spend at least 1 hour outside everyday, weather permitting, and would love some company on our daily adventures. I can't take her out on hikes daily so some days consist of multiple walks with many potty breaks throughout the day. Belle is a very sweet and easy-going dog; she can be anti-social or shy at first and needs time to warm up to other dogs. Don't be offended if Belle shows no interest in your dog! Dogs have supervised access to the yard for bio breaks and are free to explore the home. Mental games and toys are available to keep dogs entertained if I am busy in the kitchen or running errands. I also like to train dogs basic cues (sit, down, stay, here/come, etc.) so if you are okay with that, I'm happy to do so! Belle and I completed beginners and intermediate training with Bravo Pup, and I like to continue to reinforce our training every day.

About: I have had and cared for pets since childhood, rescuing (literally from the streets) a lovely pitbull named Olive when I lived in Philadelphia. Moved to CA in May 2026 from East Coast. Sunday is a sweet girl but can be high energy, anxious and a little mischievous. Megan and Jenny handled Sunday like absolute pros. Sunday was entertained with walks and lots of play time in their sweet house/yard. Jenny + Megan are responsible, reliant, and absolutely in love with their dog friends, not to mention flexible and easy-going—they treated Sunday like their own and I feel so thankful to have found such loving people to look after my girl. “My elderly boxer, Shug, had his first stay with Kit last week. It was a great time for him. Kit is warm and responsible. When she was concerned about an ongoing eye problem of his, she didn’t hesitate to phone me for a consultation. Her love for dogs shines. She is able to manage her own two dogs and several guest-pups at the same time. Kit’s premises are dog heaven. She has a large hard-scaped courtyard as well as an open hillside for outdoor play. Her guests are welcomed into the house and given plenty of cuddles and affection. Shug was given lots of human attention and canine socializing. When I arrived to pick Shug up, he initially sauntered up to greet me, then immediately ran back to the glass door to try to rejoin his pup-pals inside the house. It was the ultimate proof that he had a terrific experience with Kit. I’m delighted to commend her to you without reservation.”
