Candice B.

“Candice is so wonderful, kind, and respectful! She regularly helps me with my dog during the week while I am at work. I have a somewhat strict training protocol I want to follow with my dog, and Candice is respectful of it. She is experienced with dogs and quickly learned the training steps! She is reliable and very communicative. I don’t worry about my pup at all when he is in Candice’s care!”

Mara L.
“Mara grew up caring for animals, dogs, cats and birds. She is very responsible and cautious in her care and has cared for my animals many times over the years. Dogs and cats respond well to her. She has a calm and compassionate demeanor. I would not hesitate to use her as a sitter or walker. Sharon C”

About: I have completed a dog walking certification from a program utilizing a positive reinforcement based approach. I have also studied dog behavior as well as body language. I passed and completed a course in doggy CPR. Experienced in group and solo walks as well as home care. I have just relocated back to the Bay Area from Los Angeles. When I lived in the Bay Area before I had a small business offering solo and group walks for doggies, boarding, sitting, and drop in care. Feel free to message me directly about unaltered animals and sizes. Depending on what’s going on and what other animals are with me I can make exceptions to my policies. Generally I have a huge soft spot for senior animals and tons of experience with them. I usually rescue seniors. I have also been a foster for rescues and have experience with a variety medical situations. I have a good amount of time to devote to your fur babies at the moment. There is a cat in the home I will be boarding in so doggies will have to be cat friendly. The home is warm and comfortable.

Adam G.

“Was so glad it ended up being you that walked our Sam! Love the fact that you've walked him before with Wag and hope we get you to walk him again! He seemed so satisfied when we got home last night and usually he is bouncing off the walls trying to go pee, but he was just excited to see us last night instead. That tells us you walked him well!! Thanks Adam!”

Ladonna S.
“Ladonna would be an excellent caregiver. She adores animals; and they are drawn to her; and why wouldn't they? Animals are believed to be instinctual beings, and they know a kind and generous person. I have never known her to mistreat any animal; I have only known her as a lover of animals. I know she would excel at this position.”

Becca C.

“Becca was awesome with my beloved 60 lb pit bull, Wyatt, sent lots of beautiful photos, and set my mind at ease that he was getting good exercise and great care!”

Ethan P.

“Another fantastic experience with Ethan! We are so grateful to have him take such terrific care of our bloodhound. She has a wonderful time with him and we know that he is reinforcing all our good obedience and manners work with her. We cannot recommend Ethan highly enough!”

Rob B.
“I highly recommend Rob for pet sitting! He's great with dogs and cats. Many times over the years he's taken care of friends and neighbors pets while they were away and made sure they were well taken care of and also got love, play and attention. He's responsible, reliable and a true animal lover. He has cats of his own, former ferals, that he rescued and socialized. He babies them and jokes he's the neighborhood 'cat lady'. He had dogs when younger and loves spending time with friend's dogs. You can trust him to take great care of your fur babies.”

About: I wanted to take a moment to express just how much I love dogs. The unwavering loyalty, boundless energy, and genuine excitement never fail to brighten my day. Wagging tails, warm cuddles, and eager eyes remind me of the simple joys in life. Dogs companionship and ability to connect on a deep level are truly special. Thank you Rover for opening up a source of love, laughter, and endless happiness in my life. I work remotely so my schedule is extremely flexible during the week aside from a few zoom meetings each day. I will be taking the dogs out for multiple walks around the neighborhood and to the local park. I live in a house with 2 small dogs already. We have a fenced yard with a nice space in the back for the pets to go potty. Yard isn’t big enough for puppy exercise but my neighborhood is a great place to take the dogs on walks.

Rachel H.

“I am so lucky to have Rachel walk Percy each week! She gives me great reports on how he is doing and he just loved her immediately! I’m very grateful to have found Rachel on Rover!!”

Francesca K.

“Kerry is a natural when it comes to bonding with our dog Happy. Happy is a 2 year old, high energy, medium sized Staffordshire Pitbull mix, who really loves his time with Kerry. Every morning, like clockwork, he waits by the door for Kerry to arrive for their morning trip to the park or a morning walk. Kerry is gentle, yet firm when need be, and is one of Happy's favorite people. My husband and I both commute to work and have separate schedules so it really helps to put our minds at ease to know that Kerry is there every morning to ensure that our pup gets his morning zoomies and socializing in with other dogs and people. By the time my husband is up, after getting home from his graveyard shift at work, Happy is already napping and fed for the morning. Kerry is responsible, communicates well (texts and pictures of our very happy dog), and appreciates routine, which is instrumental in dog care. We can't say enough great things about Kerry and while we'd like to keep him all to ourselves for Happy, we know other people should experience his help too.”

Aaron T.

“Thank you Aaron once. again for being available and taking such good care of Miza! Aaron is very professional, a great communicator and I would highly recommend him.”
