“Elyse was amazing! Our normal dog walker bailed on us last minute, so we needed someone fast. Elyse went above and beyond making sure our dogs were comfortable with her and had great communication with us. She is super sweet and our pitties love her!!!”

About: I am experienced in providing gentle, including walks to the parks and beaches, while maintaining a calm and comfortable environment inside home and outside home. My job requires me a peculiar freedom to have a flexible schedule. I am morning person and love going in evening strolls regardless of sorting setting. In my home, I create a fun and safe space for pets, with cozy spots to relax, play, and eat. They get fresh water, regular walks, and all the love and attention they could ask for! I stick to their routine to keep them happy and stress-free. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel right at home, following their usual routine. From daily walks and playtime to feeding and cuddles, I keep everything tidy and comfy. I want them to feel relaxed and loved while their owner’s away!
“I’m so grateful to Maddie for walking our mastiff-mix. She is very sweet, calm, dependable and was the perfect match for our big and sometimes-reactive big dog. Thank you, Maddie. We look forward to booking you again!”

About: I've had dogs and cats in my house my whole life, and am a huge animal lover! I recently relocated from the Pacific Northwest back to California, but I have a ton of experience pet and house sitting for friends and family both in Seattle and the Bay Area. I have experience dealing with all ages and many breeds of dogs and cats from eight weeks old to senior citizens. There is little that brings me more joy in this world than animals do! I currently have a very flexible schedule after relocating and waiting to start a graduate program this fall. With some advanced notice, I am likely to make your pet’s needs work with my schedule! I am more than happy to come to you but cannot board dogs at home during this time. I have reliable transportation and will respect the boundaries you put in place if I am visiting your pet in your home.
“Kerri is amazing on walks with our energetic and reactive dog Buster! She's very kind and calm with him, and he responds so well with her. We also appreciate how prompt and communicative Kerri has been.”

About: Friends have asked me to care for their fur babies at numerous times in my life. I'll make sure your pet is cared for like my own. I'm open to giving medication, if necessary. From pups/kittens to senior care, I can manage them all. I want to help pet owners during my free time. Since I currently don't own pets at this time, I've decided to help those who are. I work full-time, but sometimes I have more time weekdays as well. Generally, I'm pretty open on weekends and after 3:30pm during the week. Since I don't currently have my own pets, I'm gonna provide great care to yours! I enjoy taking dogs for walks. I live near an amazing park. Making your pet feel comfortable and happy is important. Once trust is built, all will be well.
“Haylee is so good with animals! She took the time to let my nervous dogs warm up to her before attempting to leash and walk them. She is very in tune with animal energy which is what I need for my two!! Will definitely book again.”

“ERIKA is kind and generous. She is on time for Jade‘s walks and gentle with her Jade gets excited when she hears Erika on the stairs. Jade is a two year-old rescue and Erika is helpful in training her on leash and her hand commands. I recommend her highly and will continue to use her with my dog.”

About: Growing up, I was always surrounded by animals. Especially dogs of all sizes, from chihuahuas, to pit-bulls. I treat these precious animals with the upmost respect and care. I have a dog of my own, he is a 10 year old English-American Bulldog, and he is the light of my life. Bulldogs are known to be one of the most challenging dog breeds to take care of however, nothing stops me from caring for my bully. I will take care of your fur-baby like it is my own. My mother who use to train dogs growing up, taught me how to train dogs! I love walking and hiking, so if your dog loves to walk, me and your pup would get along greatly. I have volunteered at the Oakland SPCA rescue center. That is where I cleaned dog kennels, fed them breakfast and lunch, took them out for walks, and played on the yard. Also, studying comparative psychology(study of animal minds) I learned how to tell a dog’s emotion through its body language. As I am currently transitioning to a new career, I am able to watch your fur babies whenever needed! If your babies need an afternoon walkie or just some company, I volunteer to look over your precious ones! I take pet safety extremely seriously. Please let me know if your precious ones are door dashers, need their crates, safety toy, treats, etc. I try my best to be as thorough as possible when it comes to the safety of your pets.
“Tyler not only jumped in last minute to help out with my dog, but he fed him sent me a lot of pictures made me feel very comfortable and also wiped up water from a dishwasher that was leaking. I’d call that above and beyond.”

About: I’ve been raised around dogs of all sizes—both big and small—my entire life, and my passion for caring for them started at a young age. Growing up, I learned how to understand their unique needs and personalities, which has made me confident in handling dogs of all types. I currently have two big dogs back home, so I’m very familiar with walking and caring for larger breeds. At the same time, I also help take care of my grandma’s small dog, often taking them for walks when she isn’t able to. This has given me a lot of experience adapting to the different energy levels and care needs of both small and large dogs. As a college student with a very flexible schedule, pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. My best availability is after 3 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays and after 12 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I’m also happy to accommodate times outside of those hours as needed. As a dog walker, my focus is on providing pets with safe, fun, and engaging walks tailored to their needs. I ensure they get the exercise and attention they deserve while keeping them comfortable and happy. While I may not spend time in clients’ homes, I always prioritize clear communication with pet owners about their dog’s behavior, health, and needs during our walks.
“Ananda was amazing - she was really helpful coordinating dates/times, she stopped by early to meet my dog, and she was lovely about keeping me updated with everything! I think she’d be a great sitter or walker that I’d recommend to anyone”

About: I take pride in creating a calm, safe, and welcoming environment for both pets and the homes I care for. My approach is attentive and thoughtful—I pay close attention to routines, preferences, and small details that help animals feel secure and comfortable. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, administering medications, or simply providing companionship, I treat every pet with patience, empathy, and genuine care. Experience-wise I have been a cat owner since I was a small child, have experience fostering litters of kittens, and currently have 2 adult Balinese of my I care for since they were 4 months old. I have experience caring for geckos (feeding live crickets!), hamsters, and bird care. I am also mom to doodle half-siblings, caring for them since they were puppies. I’m respectful of the homes I’m trusted with. I practice the "leave things better than you found them" mantra by keeping spaces clean and organized, following instructions accurately, and communicating regularly as scheduled so owners feel confident and worry-free while they’re away. Reliability and consistency are important to me. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your home and pets in someone else’s hands. Above all, I truly enjoy building connections—with both pets and their people—and making sure everything runs smoothly so you can have peace of mind. Contact me to discuss your care needs! I'm currently working part-time which leaves me flexible to schedule care for your pets and home. I am also available to handle small projects or home tasks, run errands, and organize spaces as needed. Please ask me and we will discuss your needs. I am happy to schedule regular dog walks, play dates or overnight care in your home for your dogs. I am also available to schedule cat check-ins/playtime. My goal is for you to return to a home and/or pet better/happier than you left it.
School dog parents share their Rover experiences
Eleanna is great! Her experience with dogs is obvious. I can tell she is confident and knowledgeable. She is also compassionate and I feel completely safe having her take care of my dog who gets a little nervous out there in the real world. I’m so grateful that I have met her and will call her back many times. Thanks!

Tim provided wonderful care for my puppy during a difficult time. They understood her needs, communicated clearly, were really respectful of my home. I noticed that they remembered specific concerns I had made sure to keep those im mind. I also appreciated the thoughtful pictures they sent and their intentionality in the details they provided about how the care went and how much puppy was doing. Thank you, Tim!

Stephenie is an amazing dog walker and I highly recommend her! Chiyo loves going on walks and gets very excited when she sees Stephenie, she waits by the door anticipating her walks. Stephenie is quick to respond, flexible, easy to work with, and experienced handling animals. We love her!

Christine is just the best! Great communication, always reliable and goes above and beyond. Our little fur baby just loves when Christine visits and it’s obvious how much care and love she brings to taking care of Chloe when we’re away. We can’t recommend Christine strongly enough.
