I am a full time pet care provider with around the clock availability. I am able to provide overnight supervision of your pet(s) via housesitting bookings or up to three drop-ins/walks per client throughout the day. First time clients, please provide your pet’s vaccination records. I must receive vaccine confirmation prior to any physical contact with your pet. Additionally, all introductions to dogs must take place outside of the home to allow for decompression/emotional regulation time and to gauge comfort/trust levels before entering their home. If you employ aversive methods and/or equipment against your pet I cannot accept your request for pet care services. I kindly ask that you seek services from an alternate care provider, thank you. For the time being I only offer services based in clients’ homes as I have two large dogs in my home. In the future for long term dog care clients, we can explore day care or play dates once trust is established for everyone involved. Until then, I am happy to provide one on one time and undivided attention for your cats and dogs while you are away.

About: From small breeds to large breeds, I've taken care of dogs since adopting our first family dog in 2001. Currently a dog dad to an 11-year-old cattle dog mix named Mia who brings joy to my life! Will treat your dog with the care I give my own. Pet care fits into my routine daily, having my own dog named Mia. We go for walks three times a day and I live plenty of time in my schedule to give her the love she deserves! About: I've been a cat owner for most of my life. For my cat's final years, I dutifully managed her medications and special dietary needs to ensure she stayed healthy as long as possible. As such, I have great empathy for older and sick pets and am comfortable administering oral meds or even IV fluids for cats and small dogs. I am a software dev and work from home usually, so I can easily move locations especially for long term pet or house sitting. Happy to accommodate overnight and weekend stays. As mentioned, I cared for a sick cat for several years; I also help take care of a roommate's cat by ensuring he has clean water at all times, playing with him frequently, and feeding him his dinner when my roommate is away. I always have one ear open for keeping track of pets nearby, even when not on the clock. I am a strong communicator and prefer to keep in touch or ask questions rather than let something go misunderstood.

In my home, I have my fur baby who will keep your fur baby company, I make sure pets feel comfortable and safe by giving them a cozy space, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I keep their routine as close to what they’re used to as possible, including feeding times and any special needs. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat it with the same respect and care—I follow their instructions closely, make sure pets have everything they need, and give them lots of love and company while their owner is away.

About: I’ve taken care of of dogs since I was about 7, I’ve owned two as a child growing up. As an adult I spent most of my years as a single soldier as a mechanic and many of my coworkers need it sitters for a variety of dogs that I was always happy to assist with. Currently I’m a full time student working on my degree in audio design. I typically have classes twice a week with one online. On the weekends I dj Saturday nights 9-1am. I’m a very active person I run 2 miles to the gym at 6am 5 times a week and walk back after my workout. I’m a 16 year military veteran and have a lot of past experience with helping raise, walk and watch a variety of different animals while I was single and on active duty so now that I have more time on my hands it would be a great way to stay active throughout the week! I typically don’t keep animals at my home, but in other people’s home I always like to be introduced to the pet by the owner and have a very in depth overview of the things their animals absolutely do not like. After that I really like to know the owners worries and what things they need in terms of communication to keep them comfortable. As for the interaction I definitely want to be slow with the pet has any sort of anxiety but I love to give them lots of attention weather that’s to play with them talk to them or let them get comfortable by sitting on my lap or holding them.

Typically, when pet-sitting for friends, I will feed, walk, or change out litter boxes as often as needed. If I am not staying at the owner's home full-time, I will make sure the animal gets sufficient interaction and love daily. If an animal is staying in my home during the day, I have a fenced-in, locked yard (though I generally wouldn't have an animal outside without me) and there is also a dog-friendly park less than two blocks from my home.
