John was communicative and transparent, kept me up to date, and very understanding through the whole process. I wouldn’t think twice about rebooking with him. Pets have a special place in all our hearts and John gives you a sense of trust that protects that space. I am looking forward to my trip as I know John will be watching my dog, Tucker. 10/10 stars, best experience I’ve had with a new person to watch my dog. John is a miracle!”

“Yeon Soo was wonderful, thoughtful, and considerate in her care for our senior cat! This was our first time using Rover, but Yeon Soo was patient and cheerful as I navigated my way with Rover. Our cat felt at ease with Yeon Soo when we brought him over, and Yeon Soo's photos assured us that he was doing well. Our senior cat requires daily probiotics as well as some extra care, but Yeon Soo was meticulous in noting our instructions, and in giving our cat the very best care. Highly recommend Yeon Soo!!”

“Jessica was absolutely amazing! She is a great sitter and I loved that she constantly sent me pictures and videos and updates on our pup while we were on vacation. She was very quick to respond last minute when another sitter wasn’t able to watch our pup and I’m so glad she did! Would recommend her to anyone she is very patient and accommodating ?”

“Markisha came in clutch for me with a same day boarding arrangement when one of my friends was too sick to watch my pup (14lb, 4 y/o Terrier rescue). She was super responsive to every message, sent me photos of Sage each day, and even met up with me so I could pick him up. My dog is pretty anxious (I got him a few weeks before lockdown & live on my own so he's not as well socialized as I would like) but Markisha's chill energy, super sweet daughters & adorable kitten really put him at ease. I'll definitely be reaching out again the next time I have to travel for work. Would HIGHLY recommend!”

My pup mingled with her lovely cat and another person’s pup very well. “Kelly is a wonderful caretaker — she is super communicative and really cares about the well being of your pet. My cat is particularly shy and doesn’t like most people right off the bat; he was comfortable with her in a way I have not seen him be with strangers in very very few instances over 5 years. She’s also super diligent and makes sure your pet will have everything they need for their stay from both ends, every T is crossed and every I dotted. This was my first time using rover and it couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you so much Kelly!”
