“Fuliang did a great job. I felt my cat Alba was well cared for. I got a nice detailed report on the last day. Could have used a picture of my cat everyday but otherwise I am a very satisfied customer and will use this sitter again for my pet sitting needs.”

About: Hello Bay Area pet parents! I recently left my career in veterinary medicine where I worked as an Intensive Care Unit nurse for 10 years; I worked with small ( dogs and cats) and large (horses, sheep, cattle, etc) animal patients. I've been running my own pet sitting business since the beginning of this year and am able to provide wonderful references for ease of mind. My vast experience in veterinary medicine provides me the ability to care for high-needs and behavioral complexity pets with chronic illnesses and/or daily medications needed; I also care for healthy pets! I am trained in CPR and know how to respond to an emergency pet situation. My extensive medical experience allows me the unique ability to care for your pet with the watchful eye of a trained medical professional. I don't have any reviews on my profile currently as I've been offering pet care separately form this site; I have many references to provide upon request. I am readily available for pet care services, Monday - Sunday! Pet care is what I do full time meaning I won't need to leave your pet at home alone for prolonged periods of time. I offer pet care at your home only. Animals are usually most comfortable at home and my goal is for them to thrive in an environment they are already accustomed to!

I take the fur babies out on nice walk around our huge complex or the dog park . Will feed an abide by the dog owners rules sn wishes .
About: I have extensive experience and a high comfort level with sensitive and reactive pets (both cats and dogs). If your cat is really shy, or your dog gets stressed by other dogs on walks, they’re a great fit for me. I’m highly attuned to the environment and know how to manage challenging situations. I’m also great with dogs that are highly food motivated and can ensure they don’t eat anything off the ground. My focus is always on creating a calm, safe, and attentive care experience for pets with special needs. My work shifts are typically only 6 hours long, so I’m available for visits before and after work. I can offer generous blocks of time every day to make sure your pet receives all the dedicated time they need. I am available for drop-in visits, house-sitting, and overnight stays. This allows me to provide your pet with the most low-stress experience possible as they remain in their familiar environment. I don’t own a car and am unable to host pets at my own home, but I am happy to spend as much time as needed at your residence and maximize the time spent with your pet within your local area.
About: I got my first dog when I was 10, and even though my family considered her to be the dog from hell, I loved her unconditionally nonetheless. Since moving to California, I’ve rented a room in a house with 5 chihuahuas, then lived with a roommate for 7 years whose dog felt like my own after all that time. I plan to get a puppy next year, and I want to spend as much time with dogs as I can in the meantime! My work is mostly remote and part time, meaning my hours are flexible; so long as I check in daily and deal with any tasks in my queue, I’m fairly free to care for dogs in the meantime. My home is the dog’s home. I’d prefer pets stay off my couch, at least until I know and trust them enough to not make a mess on it. Otherwise, when I am home with them I am very attentive, walking them whenever necessary, keeping constant eye on food and water. For walks, I live on Alameda Point, which has fantastic stretches for walking.
“Maddie is fantastic and super trustworthy! She is very communicative & takes great care of my puppy Charlie :) I am able to be at work and trust her throughout the day for drop in visits. Working with Maddie weekly has been great!”

“Jessica is wonderful! She sends great photos with the Rover card. To my surprise, I received a photo of my normally shy, skittish cat cuddling up in her lap - it made me so happy! Will certainly rebook. Great communication & I can tell that my cats are well taken care of when I’m away.”

“Our dogs can be nervous around new people and seeing how happy and relaxed they were when Maia came by for drop-in visits was such a joy! Getting photo updates and communication from Maia put our minds at ease, we are grateful to know they are in good hands with her and will be booking again.”

“Issel is the best! I had forgotten to remind her about my kitty's medication, but she remembered anyway. I really appreciate the cute photos of Hades little face when we were away. I know that they're being well taken care of!”

“Bryan did a great job with my spicy dog Bruno who can be fickle and a bit of a weirdo. He met with us beforehand, and Bruno immediately loved him. He sent me pics and followed my million instructions haha. I'm a total worrier and he did great with me. When I got home he had even left the nature channel on for him. Awwww!”

About: I have experience caring for service and companion dogs, especially for elderly clients whose pets require consistent routines. I’m experienced giving dogs oral medications and supporting senior pets with patience and care. I take pride in being gentle, dependable, and easy to communicate with. Pet care fits naturally into my day. I typically walk and care for dogs in the mornings and again in the late afternoon or early evening, between other project work I do from home. This routine allows me to be consistent, flexible, and fully present for each dog I care for. When caring for dogs in their own homes, I always follow the owner’s routine and instructions closely — from feeding and medications to preferred walking routes. I double-check gates, doors, and leashes before every walk and keep dogs on secure leads at all times. I communicate updates after each visit so you know your dog is safe, comfortable, and cared for.
“Natasha was very responsive and flexible with my schedule! She was great to my two little guys and they were so well taken care of. Natasha did a great job and I will he going back to her again in the future!”

Acorn-Acorn Industrial pet parents share their Rover experiences
Casey is a true cat whisperer and a superb communicator. My beloved fur family always warms right up to him. He’s punctual, sends regular updates, can administer meds, bring in mail, and takes excellent care of both our cats and our home. He even cleaned up a few accidents this time, which we really appreciated. We’re so lucky to have him!

Ariana visits Simon in the morning. They are enjoying their small walks and personal attentive enrichment time together when I am at work. Definitely gives me a peace of mind when I’m away from him! We are slowly working to have him comfortable for longer periods of time. He just loves her!

Julia and Thomas were easy and quick to communicate, and left a detailed and humorous report, despite the brevity of their visit. Wonderfully reliable, professional and courteous. The pups and I are grateful to have them in the neighborhood for future walks. Thank you!

Brook Lyn was amazing! She was very accommodating with my last-minute booking and followed all instructions carefully, especially with the feeding nuances and medication. Hodori was comfortable and trusting around her, which means a lot. Overall, she was wonderful—I’d definitely love to book her again in the future!
