On weekday evenings, I typically go on runs (with/without dogs!). Expect many photos of your fur baby while you're away! I'm happy to drop in to check on food, water, litter (for cats), and take your pup on walks. I am very detail oriented, so if you have very particular instructions regarding diet or preferences while outside, you can trust me to follow them. For boarding, I have bowls for water and food as well as doggy waste bags. You would need to provide their food, treats, toys, (litter for kitties), and anything else to make their stay more comfortable!

About: I grew up with family cats and dogs and adopted my own puppy at 17 and quickly realized how much work a pet of your own is! I’ve been lucky to live with cats and dogs of roommates of all dispositions (both the roommates and their pets) and now have a charmer of a big orange cat with my fiancé. My current group of regulars (that come varying weekdays) includes extremely well socialized dogs of all sizes most of which are between 3 and 6 years old. It’s a great environment for a dog to build social skills and confidence in a calm, well adjusted pack. I live in West Oakland (very close to the Bart station!) and my home and yard are very secure with a 6ft tall redwood fence surrounding the entire property. My yard is pretty large and great for off leash fun as it’s completely safe and secure. I live only with my husband and our two very friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who loves every dog they has ever met. Oliver even has a way of making dogs that are usually not dog friendly play as if they were a puppy - it seems to be his super power! While Opal is just a love who is always ready for fun in the yard or cuddles on the couch.

“Miumie was excellent! She went above and beyond taking care of Nanako, preparing a comfortable space in her home and even buying Nanako some toys! Miumie took the cutest pictures and videos of our puppy and shared them multiple times a day. She took Nanako on fun outdoors adventures and was prepared to handle the extra challenges that come with caring for a young puppy. Pickup and drop off were on time and convenient for our travel schedules!”

“Sonia was responsive and communicative. Crispy had other dogs to keep him company, and I appreciated knowing he was safe and cared for while I was away, which gave me peace of mind. That said, walks were short and limited to in front of the apartment. His activity tracker showed only 20% of his normal activity level on a daily basis during his stay. In hindsight, I wish I had aligned on exercise expectations upfront.”

“Yasmim and Kaline went above and beyond to make sure that Jack felt comfortable and secure while I visited my family. Jack has bad separation anxiety, and I really appreciated their efforts. They kept me well informed with frequent messages, photos, and videos, and I could see that Jack was chilling and relaxed. They even captured his goofy smile! Jack takes several medications, and they dosed him on time and without complaint from him. I highly recommend them!”
“Fantastic! She was available and home with my pups most of the time, very quick and responsive when I messaged her during my trip, sent me LOTS of pictures (which I asked her to do :) and she overall just made leaving my babies so much less stressful. My biggest thing was knowing they were safe and someone was home with them over 4th of July, (my girl is afraid of fireworks). She sent me pictures of her snuggly and relaxed on 4th of July night and her XL fence made me feel very safe with my Great Pyrenees, whom are escape artists. She was cool and ready for the hair and drooling, and even let me drop off at 5AM. Overall, I will be using Shareese again and would highly recommend.”
