“Anna was as happy and healthy as the day I dropped her off! You guys did a great job with her… I now know at the next time I travel I have the confidence of leaving here in good hands. I bet she misses you guys. We should make a play date scheduled so she can see her new friends! Thank you again”

“We couldn’t have asked for better care for Kiko! Megan and Jenny were so flexible, thoughtful, and sent us lots of updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. Kiko was clearly in great hands — we’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!”

“Shelley was so great taking care of my dog! She sent regular updates and went above and beyond with caring for her. My dog came back happy and relaxed. Would highly recommend!”

“Isaac and Jordan did a great job watching our boy! They were very communicative and were there to answer any questions. They also sent photos which was much appreciated. He slept the whole next day after we picked him up which is always a sign that he had a good time!”

“Albina was great with our dog! He can be very particular about people but he loved her, & got lots of walks & outings! She was super patient with him & we got great updates while we were gone. We would love for our dog to hang with her again!”
“Alexandra is such a great pet sitter. We have a very high energy dog and she makes sure he gets plenty of exercise and socializing with other dogs. She also is wonderful about keeping us informed on his daily status and sends pictures and videos. She is our go to for pet sitting.”

“Matthew and VJ were so good with Lily. They treated her like one of their own dogs, giving her treats and lots of cuddles. Lily also really enjoyed playing with their dogs. I can tell Lily likes them, and I'll definitely have them take care of her in the future.”

“Yasmim and Kaline went above and beyond to make sure that Jack felt comfortable and secure while I visited my family. Jack has bad separation anxiety, and I really appreciated their efforts. They kept me well informed with frequent messages, photos, and videos, and I could see that Jack was chilling and relaxed. They even captured his goofy smile! Jack takes several medications, and they dosed him on time and without complaint from him. I highly recommend them!”
“My pup loves Kimberly! She took great care of him for several days, sent regular updates and pics, and he came home a happy and healthy boi. I’m sure he’ll be excited to see her again.”

“Marlene did an excellent job of communicating about MacGuyver's issues while we were away, for which we were very grateful. It was obvious Marlene loved our special needs dog very much (he's blind) and she did her best to walk him twice a day despite him not wanting to walk. (He needed the exercise to get tired and sleep). We will definitely hire Marlene again; her personality is super gentle and kind. Her apartment was impeccably clean every time I visited (3 times). THANK YOU MARLENE!”

“Sherry is an AMAZING dog sitter!! I trusted her to care for my sweet but nervous 50lb girl, Ellie, and I could not have asked for a better sitter. Sherry was so thorough, she sent plenty of updates throughout and put me at ease! She was super responsive to my dog’s needs, and I could see Ellie just melting and falling in love with her through the updates. She’s got a lovely, clean and safe apartment and she is obviously someone who knows dogs well. I would trust Sherry with dog sitting ANY day! Highly recommend.”

“Fabiano was great—very flexible with timing and quick to respond. He also sent photos of my dog and seemed like she har a great time with their dog, which was really nice to see.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! From the start, Tierra was incredibly considerate of our dog’s routine and needs. We loved getting the daily updates and photos—it really put our minds at ease while we were away. It was clear our dog felt right at home at her place and was treated like family. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“Jenna took fantastic care of my little epileptic dog while I was gone for a week. It can be nerve wracking to leave him because his medication schedule is complicated, but she was kind and communicative and I felt so comfortable knowing he was having a fabulous time with her. Thank you Jenna!”

“The other nice thing about Lee's dog sitting is that the other dogs who were there when we boarded were so great, too. We love that Snowy gets to meet other fun dogs!”

“Fuliang did a great job. I felt my cat Alba was well cared for. I got a nice detailed report on the last day. Could have used a picture of my cat everyday but otherwise I am a very satisfied customer and will use this sitter again for my pet sitting needs.”

“Priscilla and her hubby Jim took such *great* care of our babies! Ash, our boy, is extremely timid especially around men and by the second day he was warming up to both Priscilla and Jim and by the end coming down to eat dinner as usual. That says a lot about their vibes and the safety he felt with them. Thank you guys so much!”

About: I’ve worked with many different dog breeds, ages, and personalities, and I love getting to know each pet’s unique needs and routines. I have experience with boarding, grooming, and giving medications on scheduled times, and I always make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I love to take pictures throughout the visits to keep you updated on what your fur baby is up to. Based in Alameda County with an open and flexible schedule for dog sitting and pet care! I currently have a fully open and flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins, check-ins, dog sitting, and regular pet care. I’m also happy to set up a consistent schedule if you’re looking for ongoing care! I’m currently renting, so I’m unable to offer in-home boarding or house pets in my own space, but I’m happy to provide care in the comfort of your pet’s home.

About: I’ve lived with cats for 8 years consecutively, currently I own one cat named Gigi. I’m really good at understanding that cats take time to get used to someone new as well as that just being in the place and being still helps with them getting comfortable with you being in their home.
“Cyvanah did a wonderful job taking care of our kitty. Made sure he was well fed, clean, and had lots of activity. Great communication, followed all notes, great photos!!”

“I was SO nervous about boarding my indoor/outdoor cat for the first time but it went SO well. Reijun was incredibly warm and accommodating. She looked after my cat so lovingly and stayed in close communication with photos and updates throughout the week. I would absolutely use her again and can't recommend her enough!”

“Cindy was very considerate and communicative. She was kind in taking care of our cats, and the photos and videos she got were very heart-warming. I feel comfortable with her work now and will rebook her.”

“Couldn't have asked for better care of my cat, Melek, than what Courtney provided during his 3 day/2 night boarding stay with her. It feels like I've hit the jackpot when it comes to having a home-away from home for Mel! She provided him with exactly the care and stimulation he needs, while also helping him stay relaxed and contented the entire time. Absolutely great experience!”

“Kayla did a fantastic job house sitting and taking care of our kitties for 4 nights while we traveled! We got lots of pictures and updates about what they were doing and how they were responding. We came home to a clean apartment, clean litter boxes, and topped off food and water dishes in both places. Kayla is very kind, very smart and talented (wait until you seen the photos you receive) as an entrepreneur, and clearly intuitive with animals. Without question or hesitation, I would recommend her ?!!! Kayla will give your babies the care and attention they need while you're gone ❤️ Thank you Kayla!!!”

“Thanks Yen!!! Yen was a wonderful cat sitter. Her 1-hour visits, including big play sessions, were a lifesaver while I was away. She provided me lots of sweet photos and updates on food and litter habits throughout the week. Great communicator too. Will be booking Yen again in the future!”

“Jessica was great! Punctual, responds quickly, and my kitties loved her. She sent lots of pictures and informative updates after each visit. I would trust her to watch my girls every time.”

About: I've always been around both dogs and cats and love them both equally. I know cats usually need a little more space to open up to new people. I provide calm and gentle companionship and let them set their boundaries.

About: I’ve had cats all my life, I absolutely love that you never know what kind of personality you’re going to get. Since some of my cats are seniors & not fans of any form of medicine, I’ve become the medicine ninja for the more difficult ones. When caring for cats I make sure there is fresh water is always available throughout the day, keep a food schedule & clean litter boxes throughout the day. Plenty of toys, catnip (supervised, it can get crazy) & cuddles, when they’re comfortable with it.

“this was my first time leaving my cat alone so I was nervous, but cassandra was great! she provided very thorough updates and plenty of pictures/videos. and my cat definitely seemed to like her too!”

“If you're anything like me, the guilt of being away at work all day weighs on me, but knowing that instead, my fur-baby is now getting tons of attention, pets, walks, and love puts my mind at ease. Getting cuddles from Van Joseph and Matthew, the company of their sweet little dogs, and soft blankets to sleep in is priceless! I got so many precious photos which brightened my day! Overjoyed to have found Van Joseph and Matthew to care for my sweet girl Petunia!!”

“Nancy and I decided to do a trial daycare+boarding before I left my dog over the weekend. She was incredibly responsive before and during the day (and night). Ultimately it was a poor fit since my dog was very anxious in her home but Nancy exhausted all reasonable options before contacting me. I would highly recommend Nancy for the level of detailed feedback she was able to give me which was invaluable.”

“Jenny was great with my two pups, Chewy and Lumi. They've spent time overnight while I work and it's such a comfort knowing they're well cared for. She gave me updates on how they were doing and they seemed very happy when I picked them up in the morning.”
“Jesse was so great with our puppy. His Shepards welcomed our pup as one of their own and we are so happy to see our pup is having a fun time while his owners are at work. Our pup always comes home tuckered out and is excited to go every morning! We will continue to use Jesse for all our dog sitting needs!”

“Brittany was really nice and our dog Burt seemed to do really well with her! At drop off he just went right with her! He got a few walks in and got along with Brittany's dog Basco. Burt generally prefers chill-er companions and it seems like Basco was that. Would definitely return to Brittany for future care.”

“Didem was amazing! She was able to help me watch Lottie with a day’s notice. She also kept me posted on all things Lottie and really wanted to understand her the best she could to make her comfortable. Lottie usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but Lottie warmed up to her almost immediately. I know she had a great time with Didem! I will definitely be reaching out to Didem in the future! Thank you so much for watching Lottie! :)”

“Abigail was so kind and reassuring with our 10 week old puppy. I was a little nervous as a new dog mom to use a puppy-sitter and Abigail was above and beyond a great first experience. She is very patient, has years of experience, and cared for our puppy as though she were her own. It is clear she has a special love and gift for animals. We are very grateful to meet you Abigail and we will be booking again in addition to referring you to our friends. Thank you!”

About: I have work with dogs my entire life, but currently I run a small dog daycare/boarding facility at my home with my husband so our sole focus is caring for our pups and we will happily give your pup all our love and attention! I’m responsible, respectful and very organized which allows us to run a safe and stable home environment for each one of our dogs. I’m available daily for dog walks, daycare and/or boarding. My current small daycare group is about 3-5 regular dogs that come on different weekdays. I’m a firm believer in clear, calm communication with any dog that I am working with and I only use positive reinforcement. My yard and entire property is fully fenced with a 6ft wood privacy fence and there is an extra gate between the front and back yards for extra safety. I’m available pretty much anytime for dog walk or boarding and I currently run a small group dog daycare in my home with my partner between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. My current group of regulars (that come varying weekdays) includes extremely well socialized dogs of all sizes most of which are between 3 and 6 years old. It’s a great environment for a dog to build social skills and confidence in a calm, well adjusted pack. I live in West Oakland (very close to the Bart station!) and my home and yard are very secure with a 6ft tall redwood fence surrounding the entire property. My yard is pretty large and great for off leash fun as it’s completely safe and secure. I live only with my husband and our two very friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who loves every dog they has ever met. Oliver even has a way of making dogs that are usually not dog friendly play as if they were a puppy - it seems to be his super power! While Opal is just a love who is always ready for fun in the yard or cuddles on the couch.

“I have booked walks and boarding with Nancy quite a few times, and find that she is always communicative, thoughtful, and helpful. My dog can be difficult sometimes when it comes to cooperating with what you want her to do, especially on hot days, and Nancy got creative to help ensure my pup got the most out of their time together. Highly recommended!”

“Professional & good communication! Devyn asked lots of good questions on our meet-and-greet which set my mind at ease. Happy to have someone reliable for dog walking needs.”

“We feel like we hit the jackpot finding John to be our regular walker. He treats our dog just like we do (and talks to our dog just like we do too, which if you’re a pet owner, you know is the sign of a good caretaker). Our dog absolutely loves him and even though we unfortunately don’t need a daily walker right now, we are still asking John to keep walking our dog every week because we don’t want to lose him!”

“We couldn’t have asked for better care for Kiko! Megan and Jenny were so flexible, thoughtful, and sent us lots of updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. Kiko was clearly in great hands — we’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!”

“Alexandra is such a great pet sitter. We have a very high energy dog and she makes sure he gets plenty of exercise and socializing with other dogs. She also is wonderful about keeping us informed on his daily status and sends pictures and videos. She is our go to for pet sitting.”

“Joann was great! She took us on with really late notice, sent updates of our cute sleepy dog, and our pup came home super happy. Would work with Joann again in the future!”

About: I absolutely love all animals! Growing up, my family always had a minimum of two dogs at a time. Since I was young, I have been trusted by friends and family members to watch over not only their pets, but their plants as well. As an adult living alone, I have only ever had 1 cat at a time in my home, however, my plant game has grown to a bit of a jungle! On top of taking care of animals, I also LOVE a clean house and I take it upon myself to always leave people’s homes cleaner than I found them in! I’m currently looking to open my own business doing just that: Pet sitting and deep cleaning while folks are out of town. In my opinion, there is nothing better than coming home from a vacation or a work trip to a clean home and a happy animal! I have been working with Meowtel watching cats for the last year and have found it to be exceptionally rewarding. Recently, my sweet cat passed away and I left my demanding job. Due to these circumstances I have decided that since I have the time and opportunity, opening my home to board would be a great way to expand my offerings. I look forward to meeting this community and giving dog (cat, plant, etc.) owners peace of mind while they travel, get stuck working a double, or just want to support their companion with an extra afternoon walk. I left my extremely demanding job in December after my cat got sick. I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible. Since his passing, I have focused on taking care of pets and cleaning homes. This has brought me more joy than any demanding corporate job, and I hope I can continue to work in this capacity for many years in the future. My schedule is very flexible! I am an animal lover living in an animal free home at this moment. Because of this, I am open to boarding. I am not concerned with animals who want to sit on the couch with me or lay on the bed, but I will follow the rules of what they’re allowed to do at home if you prefer that. My home will be their home, and I will do everything to make sure that they feel safe and cared for while in my hands. I’m an active person and love taking long walks and hikes. So, if that’s something that your dog is into, I am happy to schedule an adventure that meets their mileage needs! On the contrary, if you have a small dog or one who just wants to go out for a stroll around the block or to do their business in the grass, I’m happy to do that too! I have a small unfenced side yard to accommodate. I live on the second floor of an apartment building with no elevator, so if your pup is not able to do stairs and is too heavy to pick up, my home wouldn’t be a good fit.
“Nasreddine has been a really great sitter for Rosco. Her place is like his home away from home where she hangs out with him, takes him on walks and even lets him snuggle with blankets. Even when Rosco began anxiety marking around her home, she was reassuring and understanding while being very communicative. Highly recommend.”

“Her and her partner are excellent they took my pup in and she was so happy playing with their pups thank you guys and if I need people to watch my do I will always request yall.”

“Fuliang watched my two mid-size huskies at his place for a couple of nights last-minute over the holidays and it was super smooth. I really appreciated his solid communication and conscientious care for the dogs.”

“Super thankful for the care Zoe received! Paul is very communicative and kind. Zoe had a wounded paw when I dropped her off and Paul made sure she got her meds and healed up perfectly. With daily updates Zoe looked so happy and healthy. Would definitely recommend”

“Rob is exceptional. He watched our two dogs last summer and truly went above and beyond, so when we needed care again, he was our first call. He didn’t hesitate to take them back, which already says a lot. Our dogs came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for not stressed, not out of routine. It’s clear Rob treats this like a responsibility, not a side gig. We trust him completely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants their dogs cared for like family. 10/10. Would book again without question.”
“This was my second time booking with Sonia, and she did a wonderful job with Lola again. Lola is a senior dog recovering from surgery, and Sonia followed her routine with great care. She sent photo updates almost daily and made pickup and drop-off super easy. The other dogs in her home were calm and well-behaved, and it was clear Lola felt comfortable as part of the pack. I really appreciated the thoughtful care throughout—highly recommend.”

“Great dog sitter! Remy took care of my English bulldog, Sugar, for 7 days and kept me updated with messages and pictures. His 8-year-old daughter also played with Sugar, which she loved. It gave me real peace of mind—highly recommend!”

“Abdel was amazing! We left our dog Appa with him for two weeks. Abdel took great care of Appa and sent us lots of pictures. Our flight home was also delayed multiple days and Abdel was super flexible with looking after Appa for additional time. Would 100% recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of all dogs, and had an English Cream Golden Retriever named Lucy growing up. I trained her as a puppy and cared for her all the way into senior care. I’m great with all pet ages, don’t mind washing/cleaning your pet, giving long walks, or anything else your pet loves to do. I will always make sure your pet has the best time when they’re with me! Pet care is best for me from Thursdays - Sundays, as well as holidays. I work full time in person, but get half days on Fridays. I make sure to write down everything about the dog. Eating schedule, bathroom schedule, etc. Recently, I just set up a camera for the dog I just dogsat to make sure nothing is going wrong. I clean the dog’s paws to ensure that they aren’t dirtying the home. I also vacuum and wipe down once a day. I would love to meet you and your pet!
“I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with Shareese on my recent trip. She kept in touch with me throughout my time away with updates and pictures of how my pup was doing. I would be happy to have Shareese watch my pup again in the future.”
