I felt like Tai really cared about earning the trust of our "zoo" and followed all our directions really well. One thing that stood out was Tai's focus on building trust with our anxious cats and skeptical bird. Normally, our cats don't even come out for pet sitters but one actually came out for Tai which really means a lot. Personally, Tai was really communicative with us as well and made sure that we stayed up to date on the most important things. Tai was comfortable and patient with our animals' health and behavioral needs and I plan on working with them again!!”
