1. Madeline B.
“Madeline did a great job watching our 1 year old Zuko. She was very communicative and sent plenty of pictures! Even dealt with getting into our apartment after we had accidentally locked the door. Would recommend!”
2. Celeste C.
“Celeste was amazing. My extremely shy cat actually let himself be seen and even touched — super rare when he encounters a new human. She also made a huge effort to help out when access to my home suddenly went on the fritz, even coming out in the evening, well after the usual visit time, to make sure my cat was carted for. I recommend her to everyone.”
3. Melina B.
“Melina did such a great job drooping in and feeding my elderly cat, Momo. She was prompt with timing and sent lots of pictures and updates. I could tell that Momo really liked her 🥰 would definitely recommend Melina to anyone!!”
4. Jj J.
“Jj was amazing! This was our first time using Rover or any service pet care service. Jj was easy to communicate with, and did a meet and greet with us which made the transition easy. They took great care of our shy kitties and was aware of their need for space and slowly gained Jj’s trust and came out to say hi on the last day with Jj! They were professional from start to finish and can’t say enough great things! The updates and photos Jj provided eased our mind and allowed us to enjoy our trip away from the kitties.”

“Lisa was AMAZING!!!! She is so clearly a cat lover and went above and beyond to take care of our two cats. She spent extra time with them each day to make sure they got plenty of love and attention. She was super communicative and sent pictures each day without prompt. I felt so comfortable and secure leaving our cats with her and we will absolutely be seeking her services again!”

13. Hannia L.
“I worked with Hannia when she participated in our youth employment program at Lao Family Community Development, Inc. During her time with us, she successfully completed 100 hours of paid internship. She was placed at Peralta Hacienda Historical Park, where she demonstrated great responsibility and initiative. Her duties included organizing and managing interactive activities for children who attended weekly programs at the park. She also took on the responsibility of preparing, loading, and unloading decorations and food for events, and maintained the cleanliness of the park. She cleaned out the trash and other clean up duties. Hannia has an excellent work ethic; she is currently enrolled at San Jose State University and is eager to gain more experience. Her sweet and kind demeanor, along with her ability to connect well with children and her love for animals. She even has a dog of her ow, make her an ideal candidate for pet caregiver.”
14. Amal A.
“Amal has been great with Bramble. Easy to get a hold of and takes lovely pictures of my pup! Bramble is always excited to see Amal, happy to hire them again.”
15. Melissa G.
About: Hey there! I'm Melissa, and I'm looking to keep your pets happy and healthy while you're away. I grew up raising childhood dogs from puppies to seniors, and am currently the owner of two rambunctious cats. I have never lived anywhere without animals and dont intend to! Being around animals is the highlight of my day, whether it's teaching them new tricks ( surprisingly, sometimes cats included), exploring the neighborhoods, or taking naps together. Looking forward to meeting you and your critters! I currently have a fairly flexible schedule which allows to me to adjust my daily availability to fit with where I am needed by families! It is important to have clear communication between me and my clients to fully understand the expectations of pet and house care / the responsibilities I am trusted with!
16. masha z.
“Masha did an absolutely amazing job and even showed me a few tips and places to better take my puppy to. She is great with animals and so comforting I do not know if my dog even missed me. Do recommend.”
17. Rebecca C.
“Rebecca has given wonderful pet care for our dog, cat and yes, even our small gang of hermit crabs. Our dog Daisy loves when Rebecca comes over because she knows they will take excellent care of her, and take her on long and energetic walks. Rebecca has done casual walking as well as full on over night house-sitting, including being with Daisy during one of the worst nights of the year for her, 4th of July (yeah, she hates fireworks). They handled the situation masterfully. On a recent trip, Rebecca stayed at our house with Daisy, Orangey (cat) and hermit crabs, and not only were all the pets in great spirits and well-fed when we returned 12 days later, Rebecca also left our house in better condition than they found it. Rebecca is excellent with the pets and a wonderful communicator with the humans. We will invite them to care for our animals again in the future.”
18. Susan P.
“Susan was prompt and kind. I could really tell she cares about dogs. She asked great questions, making sure she knew everything she needed to know to properly care for Lucy. Highly recommend!”
