About: Hi, there! My name is Halle and I recently moved to Berkeley from Beaverton, OR. While I was living in Beaverton, I dog-sat and house-sat over the course of the lat six years for several different families whose animals ranged from puppies, dogs (large, medium and/or small), cats, guinea pigs and more. I have a huge passion for animals and am able to provide extra care for those who have pets with health issues (i.e., giving them medicine, eyedrops, injections, etc). About: I’ve built a loyal client base since 2022 primarily through word of mouth and have many excellent references. I have experience caring for dogs with a wide range of personalities, needs, and routines, and I consider myself well-prepared to handle a variety of situations. I’m highly communicative, proactive, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. I always strive to go the extra mile for my clients, making sure both pets and their people feel heard, respected, and confident in their care. This work brings me a great deal of joy, and I genuinely love getting to know and care for each animal. I work remotely, which gives me the flexibility to provide pet care throughout the week and travel across the Bay Area for in-home sits. Pets are also welcome to stay with me at my Emeryville loft. I have an 8-year-old Chihuahua-Terrier mix who is friendly with most animals and mostly keeps to himself. I prioritize regular walks, play, enrichment, and plenty of affection throughout the day. When caring for dogs in their home, I aim for 2–3 walks daily on safe, familiar routes; there is also a dog park directly across from my loft if that’s a good fit for the dog. I follow each client’s care instructions closely, communicate proactively if questions come up, and keep clients updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for.

About: Hi! We are two animal lovers who have had pets of all kinds throughout our lives. Chrystal has raised dogs, cats, fish, iguanas, guinea pigs, and other small furry creatures. Daniel was raised on many acres with many furry and farm animals as pets. Our family consists of ourselves, 2 kids, and 2 adorable cats. Our sweet, large goof of a dog recently passed and we miss him dearly. We both work from home with a flexible schedule, so have plenty of opportunity to support your family's needs. We both have years of experience dog and cat sitting. We are comfortable and experienced with all breeds and ages and can provide medication as needed. Daniel is also uniquely skilled with larger dogs who need extra support, confidence, or attention when walking or near others. If your pet is not comfortable with kids and/or cats we can easily accommodate with scheduling and separation. Reach out with any questions and we look forward to meeting your furry family! We work from home with a flexible schedule and so can easily schedule time away during the day. One of us is available evenings as well. In the winter months we are away for the weekend, so only available weekdays (Sun eve - Fri midday) We like to know from you what makes your pet the most comfortable in their space. Any guidance is appreciated! We leave a space cleaner than we found it and are natural organizers. If you are traveling, We are particularly thoughtful about how you'd like to leave the house with lights on\off, etc.

About: For the last four years I’ve lived in a home with two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. One was a senior at 13 years old and the other is three. I’ve learned how to adapt to their different needs based on age and personality while setting boundaries and aligning to my Housemate’s desires for their care. (Which has helped me get to know new dogs pretty quickly.) We walk, play and cuddle. When needed I administer medication, feed them, and sometimes cook for them. I look forward to chatting with you about your family’s needs. When house sitting I do not schedule any other families for walks or drop-ins. The care I provide is all inclusive so that your baby gets all of my love and care. If I am not house sitting, I’m available everyday after 11am for walks and drop-ins within a 1 mile radius of lower Rockridge or easily reachable by public transportation. To ensure safety and comfort, I won’t be walking any other dogs outside of your household. I am available to spend time with your pet(s) in their home where they will be the most comfortable. I’ll come to you for walks.
