“Douglas was great with my two dogs! Highly recommend him if you need a sitter and peace of mind. He was great at giving updates and sending pics. You can tell he loves dogs and my dogs had a great time at his home. We will definitely use Douglas again. Thank you!”

“This was an excellent experience with great care for our dog. Chili has special heart problem that requires her to have medication three times a day so we rarely leave her but, Jed and Tara handled it with care and attention! Chili loved playing with their children and did not want to leave when we came to pick her up she was having so much fun. They were flexible, communicative and cared well for our dog. Thank you!”

“Adrienne is a wonderful human being. She is also a responsible, caring, affectionate and communicative sitter. I highly recommend her if you want peace of mind! We had a great experience with her caring for our fur baby. She took him on walks and even to the beach.”

“Thank you Sarah. We had a last minute hick up with our hotel in Avila Beach and Sarah came to the rescue. Last minute, replied immediately, took a dog overnight!!! Wonderful and grateful beyond words!! Thank you again Sarah!”

About: I am a life long dog lover and have had many dogs over the years (work travel prevents me from ownership right now). Over the years my household (me, adult son, grand daughter (6)) have adopted or fostered a wide variety of dogs from a puppy to be trained and moved on to forever home to senior dogs who ultimately ended up with their forever home right here. I am excellent at giving medication (was a LPN for humans), long walks that I enjoy as much as the dog, and am open to any dog related service your dog may need. I will always treat your dog like the wonderful individual they are. I am open to any size dog and ANY breed (I have great relationships with pit bulls, Chihuahua's, and other high difficulty breads) We will discuss your system of punishment and reward so that we are on the same page. Feel free to contact me with any questions I am a work from home writer, artist, photographer, and journalist, so I have lots of open time. I do travel for work in the summer months which does leave some days completely unavailable, but otherwise ready to walk from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. There is no other way to say it, I love dogs and will treat your dog with more respect than most humans receive. The walks will be well planned and any care will be exactly what you requested.
“Kambry was very responsive and was able to watch for our dog Goose on short notice for the evening. Goose can be uneasy and reactive, but Kambry was able to handle everything super well with care and understanding. She is definitely an experienced sitter and I recommend her to anyone searching in the SLO area!”

About: I have fostered two kittens in my current apartment, as well as cared for a dog and two cats in my previous home. I love animals! I am working a part time job in Paso Robles, but shifts are usually mid morning to early evening. I work a few days out of the week, and otherwise I have free time to spend with the pet(s)! I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect that I would my own. I always follow each pet's routine, make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of attention, and a safe, comfortable environment while you're away. I'm dependable, communicative, and happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind. I work 3–4 days a week, and my evenings are usually very open, giving me plenty of flexibility and quality time to spend with your pets.
About: I have tons of animal experience, from chickens to horses and everything in between. Many of my high school years were spent in dog and cat rescue, and I have taken multiple animal science courses in college so I am very comfortable with a wide range of medical and behavioral needs. I'm not scared of by or wary of animals that might need more time to warm up. I'm also very active and outdoorsy and am always looking to have an animal join me on my various adventures and outings if that is what they are into. I work with dogs and cats of all sizes, energy levels, and ages, and can give oral medication, injections, or do bladder expression if needed. I am currently on summer break from my college classes and working part-time remotely from home, so I have a lot of flexibility in terms of scheduling. I’m comfortable playing, feeding, giving medication, crating, or anything else your pet might need. I treat all animals with the love and respect they deserve.

I have a great home right by cal poly campus with a safe neighborhood and yard to take your pets on walks. Currently, no other pets in the house.
“Our dog Bentley had such a wonderful time with Shantal and her dog Kala. They went on fun hikes and walks each day which was perfect for my high energy dog. Shantal was a great communicator listening to all the details of our dog's care. I felt confident Bentley was in good hands while we were away. She sent us fun photos of their time out and about. I think Bentley had a blast! Thanks so much Shantal and Kala! We look forward to having Bentley stay with you again!”

“Lauren and her family are nothing short of fantastic. They watched our 14 year old pupper, Duke, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our first time using a pet sitter, so we were a bit nervous- but Lauren and her family made it such a positive, comforting experience. Lauren was incredibly communicative throughout the planning, and even during Duke's stay. Her family has a genuine love for animals- I can't even begin to overstate it. One of the sweetest moments? I came to pick Duke up from his sleepover and, as we were walking out the door, Duke actually walked back in just to say goodbye to the kids. That's how we knew he felt safe and happy there. We already have plans for Duke to have future sleepovers with Lauren and her family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, responsible, and attentive pet sitter. She and her family are absolute gems.”

Sandra took care of our dog for a weekend while we were vacationing. Everything went well and was as advertised. We also appreciated her flexibility with our shifting travel plans. Our pup seemed like he had a great time with her, and we would use her again in the future!

Adrienne is a wonderful human being. She is also a responsible, caring, affectionate and communicative sitter. I highly recommend her if you want peace of mind! We had a great experience with her caring for our fur baby. She took him on walks and even to the beach.

We had a fantastic experience with Laurel and would absolutely book with her again. She took great care of our dog, followed all of our instructions perfectly, and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We really appreciated the daily updates and photos, they made it easy to see that our pup was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly loves dogs. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pet!

Within a 90-minute time span, we contacted Kambry for availability and dropped Roxy off before heading to Pismo Beach. Kambry sent daily photos of Roxy and kept us updated. We loved the fact that Kambry has a dog so Roxy had an instant dog buddy to hang out with for the long weekend....more fun for both the doggies. We would not hesitate to use Kambry for future dog boarding needs!

Katie is an excellent dog boarder/sitter! She’s a great communicator and was flexible by accommodating us with an earlier drop of time. She took such good care of my senior dog, Dogboy, for three days and two nights. I could tell he was happy and content in her care by all of the pictures and videos she sent. Then when I came to pick him, up he even didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend Katie to any pet parents looking for boarding or a sitter.

We needed someone to care for my mom’s 16 year old poodle while we went on a family vacation. Douglas did a wonderful job of caring for Rosie and dealing with the quirks of a senior pup. He sent many updates which kept my mom feeling calm and happy that her dog was doing just fine in her absence. We would certainly use him again!
Shantal is a wonderful dog sitter! Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay, and I felt confident that my dog was in great hands. I have a 4.5yo Golden Retriever, and I initially chose Shantal because she also has a Golden. I'm so glad I did! I received so many adorable photos of the two pups having a great time together. Eli stayed with Shantel for about a day and a half and they went on multiple walks as well as a full hike. You can tell that Shantal genuinely loves dogs and cares about a dog's unique personality and needs. She took time to ask thoughtful questions and chat with my husband and me when we dropped our pup off, which immediately put us at ease. It was clear that our dog was well cared for, had plenty of attention, and truly enjoyed her stay. We will absolutely be booking with Shantal again in the future. When we picked Eli up it was clear that she was calm and happy. 10/10 highly recommend!

Lauren was absolutely wonderful with our Siberian Husky/Shibu Inu mix. She took her on a long walk around/near campus. She was very communicative and sent us updates and pictures. We highly recommend her and would definitely use her dog sitting services again when we are in the SLO area.

Ava is very nice and was great with my high energy border collies. She took them to the beach, on walks and on a long hike (which I’m sure they loved) and sent updates with lots of pictures. She took really good care of my dogs and they really liked her. I highly recommend Ava.

This is the first time I left my dog Cooper with anybody. I am so happy that we found Katrina. She and her housemates were amazing , and they took phenomenal care of Cooper. She continued to give me updates and cute photos of him while we were out of town. I'm sad that she's graduating (but happy for her) and moving on. She's a great dog sitter.❤️

We booked Trevor super last minute while visiting my in-laws for the holidays, and I am SO glad we found him! He was incredibly responsive, kind, and sent amazing updates the entire time—truly above and beyond. Our pup looked so happy and well-cared for. I honestly wish he lived closer because I would ask for his help all the time! Highly, highly recommend. 🙌🐶
