“Natalie and her daughter gave my dog excellent care and lots of love. Natalie also promptly refunded a days fee when I returned a day early! As a Rover host myself, I highly recommend Natalie.”

“Marissa and her husband are fantastic dog sitters! They took amazing care of our high-energy 60lb German Shepard Husky mix. They were super accommodating to his energy needs, new place anxiety, and were very communicative at all times. Would definitely recommend :)”

About: I like to walk the dogs daily around the Atascadero Lake. I have a decent size fenced backyard with room to run and use my poop scooper daily. I am retired and looking for things to do during the week (mon-Fri) to fill my days. I have always loved the company of dogs and love to take them on daily walks. I have a dog bed in my bedroom, where your dog would sleep at night. The dogs water bowl is always kept clean and fresh. The dogs would always be welcome to hang out in the house with me, too.
“Rachel was fabulous! She kept me updated with Molly's activities and shared lots of pictures. It was obvious that Molly's was very happy and well-cared for there. She had Rachel's children to play with as well as her dog. I was a bit anxious because this was the first time we boarded Molly, but it turned out far better than expected. I will definitely use her services again! So happy!”

“Lauren was great with my dog! I got daily updates on his walks and she was very responsive. I think my dog loved her backyard and he was able to play/get his energy out—after I picked him up he slept all day. I would book with Lauren again!”

About: I have real, everyday experience caring for multiple dogs at once, including my own three, so I’m very comfortable handling different temperaments, energy levels, and routines. I’m used to everything from playful, high-energy dogs to more anxious or shy ones, and I adjust my care based on what each dog needs. I’m confident with feeding routines, potty schedules, and reinforcing basic training, and I always keep a close eye on behavior to make sure every dog is safe and comfortable. What sets me apart is my ability to manage multiple dogs while still giving each one individual attention and care. I already care for my own dogs daily, so adding pet care into my routine is a natural fit. I’m home often and able to provide regular potty breaks, feeding, and attention throughout the day. Dogs staying with me won’t be left alone for long and will be part of a consistent, comfortable routine. My schedule is pretty flexible, so I can accommodate both weekday and weekend bookings. I make sure every dog gets plenty of attention and feels safe and cared for while they’re with me. I provide a safe, clean, and structured environment where dogs can feel comfortable and relaxed. I have a fenced yard for secure outdoor time and always supervise dogs while they’re outside to ensure their safety. In my home, I carefully manage introductions and monitor interactions to make sure all dogs get along and feel comfortable. I also have crates available if needed, whether for sleeping, downtime, or to match a dog’s normal routine. I stick closely to each dog’s schedule, including feeding times, potty breaks, and any specific care instructions provided by the owner. Dogs in my care are never left alone for long periods, and I always keep a close eye on behavior to make sure everyone stays safe and stress-free. What sets me apart is how attentive I am to each dog’s individual needs. Whether a dog is energetic, shy, or needs extra patience, I make sure they feel secure, cared for, and right at home.
“Wolfie enjoyed his stay at Kiara’ place. The entire family is really friendly and treated Wolfie as one of the family members. The house is clean and has big enough space for dogs. Def will recommend to others!”

“Tara and her family took excellent care of our dog Gabby while we were away. Lots of walks, cuddles and extra attention. We also received daily updates and photos. We would absolutely book with them again.”

“Robyn is amazing!! I got a puppy for my birthday one week before we were scheduled to go out of town for 3 nights, I was so beyond anxious to leave my puppy because we had just gotten her settled and honestly I didn't think I could trust anyone else to care for her. I chose Robyn based off of her amazing reviews and how quick she was to respond to me and put me at ease. My 9 week old puppy was very safe and well loved and cared for while I was gone, Robyn was very quick to respond to all of my messages and sent me updates and photos while we were out of town. I would absolutely recommend anyone considering a house or dog sitter to go with Robyn, take it from a highly anxious new dog mom! We will definitely book with her again if we go out of town. :)”

“Doug was awesome. We left our golden doodle with him while we stayed at the Madonna Inn for one night. He took great care of Boffo and sent us lots of photos and updates. I would definitely use him again!”

“Josh was so easy to work with and the dogs (1 large and 1 small) had a blast on his mountain property! From the beginning, Josh communicated well and was very friendly and experienced with dogs. This was important to me because we were leaving the country for almost 2 weeks. I highly recommend him!”

“Marla is so calm and kind- her love of dogs shows in the great care she gave our two pups! This was the first time we left one of our dogs with a sitter and he seemed to do so well and clearly happy with the care. We hope to have Marla back to take care of our pups on our next trip away.”

“Katie was so wonderful! My dog came home relaxed and tired from all the fun. I can tell she was properly cared for and given a lot of attention and exercise. I was so grateful for Katie’s kindness and understanding of my special, quirky dog.”

About: I have traveled a lot in the past and as a dog owner I understand the need for reliable and affordable dog care. As a teacher I have the summer off, so I am home most of the time right now and would love to offer that care to your furry friend. I have a house with a fenced in backyard and a wonderful 10-year-old husky mix who plays well with small-to-large sized dogs. I live with my husband who will be home in the evenings and on weekends, but I will be the only one providing care. If your dog(s) are friendly with other dogs, I look forward to hosting them! Meal times are usually 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. Walks in the am or pm depending on the heat. A fenced in backyard means your pup can let themselves out whenever they need relief. My husband and I have a house with an 8-foot fence and a friendly husky mix to keep your dog(s) company. Our dog is a lover of trash, so we are very careful to keep food out of reach and the trash can locked.
“Poppy had a great weekend with Krissy and Erick. We received lots of photos and it was clearly Poppy had a blast playing with the other dogs her size. We felt at ease leaving her, and we will absolutely be booking with them again next time we need someone to look after Poppy.”

I’m very alert and aware on walks and hikes at all times as well
“Marissa is an incredibly understanding, communicative, accommodating and trustworthy dog sitter. My dog has behavioral issues and she went out of her way to meet us twice before having our first overnight stay. She knows her way around e-collars which is incredibly helpful for pups like mine that have gone through a board and stay boot camp. I’d recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!”

Lauren was very helpful and communicative. We were visiting from out of town which makes finding a sitter stressful, especially with our dog’s anxiety. We trusted Lauren completely and our dog was happy and well-taken care of the entire time. I would recommend Lauren if you are looking for a dog sitter!

Robyn is amazing! She was so loving and caring, not just towards Opal, but to us as well. We received many pictures and updates during our trip, and we felt completely at ease that our sweet girl was in the best hands. We will definitely be booking with Robyn again! 💗

Victoria, took good care of our girl Luna while we were on a family out of town trip. Easy to communicate with, responds with follow up photos. Kept our girl busy and engaged. She said our Luna got along well with her dog Dale, matched energy and all. Happy to find someone who loves her energetic and her cuddly sides.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
