About: I have had dogs my whole life. My oldest is nearly 15. I have 4 currently, lab, shepherd, border collie mix, boxer. I can handle pretty much any breed, temperament, & love them all! From puppies to seniors, I’m comfortable helping with any needs. I’m also a big trail runner, so if your dog needs a little extra I can help! I have a flexible schedule working for myself, so I can adjust my schedule to meet you & your pets needs, whether that’s dog walks or drop by visits! My dogs are all crate trained while I’m away or in the car. At home they have free roam with a fenced in yard. I will care for your pets like they were my own.

I don’t have any pets of my own, so your furry friend will get all the focus and care they deserve. My home is spacious with a large yard that’s perfect for playtime and zoomies! Plus, we’re just a short walk from the local dog park for extra social fun and exercise. Whether your dog loves cuddles, long walks, or lounging in the sun, I’ll make sure they feel right at home. You can count on a calm, safe, and happy environment — where every tail wag is welcomed and every pup is family. ❤️ I work from home so I will give them constant attention and supervision throughout the day and the kids will make sure they get their energy out at night! I have a large yard to run around and play! No pets in the home for a more intimate experience and 4 happy kids to entertain them!

About: I believe that pets aren't just pets. They are one of us, making them a big part of our families. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. My cats are usually out of sight until they are hungry. We have dog gates to keep everyone safe. I have a large fenced yard and a daughter who loves animals. We are a very dog friendly family. Your dogs will be in a fun home environment and love you for letting them stay here. We also have chickens and ducks! However, they are locked up and inaccessible to the dogs. About this sitter: I am a 36 year old stay at home mom and wife. I have a 13 year old daughter. She loves animals and is very gentle. My husband and I own our home. We have a large fenced in yard. I can walk dogs, help to potty train, help with basic obedience, crate train, take to dog parks, even come and clean litter boxes and feed cats! My dogs are crate trained and sleep in their crates when we are not home. My dogs get to be on the couch and bed with us. We do not leave them outside when it is too hot or too cold, but they do love to lay in the sun. Pet care fits great with my schedule, as taking care of my family is my number one priority. Working a 9 to 5 job just doesn’t fit in with my daily life. Pet care is fun, unique, and never the same! I have a fenced backyard. I would never leave your pet outside unattended. If I’m at your home, I’ll play with your cats or dogs. I’ll gain their trust (not just clean litter boxes or pick up after them). I make sure to take lots of videos and pictures so you know they are happy and taken care of. Your pets are treated with respect and like my own when I care for them.

About: I have grown up with animals my whole life. I love dogs and make my dogs food to ensure the longest healthiest life. If I could spend the rest of my life loving on animals that would be a dream come true I am in control of my work schedule and have flexibility to accommodate a multiple of different schedules or needs of customers if needed to I won’t be able to do pet care in my home due to HOA rules regarding other dogs however I am available to house sit for others.

Regarding how far I will travel to your house: If I am staying for the 4 days or more I am happy to travel greater distances. I have house/pet sit in LA county, Ventura County & Orange County in the past On a daily basis ideally somewhere closer to where I live and surrounding areas would be more realistic. I typically like to clean , do laundry , change sheets If permitted. I like to care for your home while you are away so you feel at ease while traveling. I know from my own experiences with travelling, it's very nice to return home to a tidy , freshly cleaned home. My goal is for you to have as little as stress as possible upon your return. Per some of my clients requesting have cleaned out the food in their refrigerators and ordered all fresh food for them to return home to. Most people love this because it's one less errand to do after returning from a vacation or time away from the home. It's a nice convenience and it's my pleasure to do this for my clients. I am experienced in managing your home while you are away please feel free to create a list of "to do's" that may need to be taken care of. I'm very protective and aware of our surroundings. I wash all the sheets& blankets daily to keep their relaxing /sleep areas fresh , clean & as sanitized as possible. I vacuum & Swiffer the floors to remove the pet hairs to keep the environment as clean & fresh as I can. Helps me too with allergies! Lol. My focus is on giving your pet the best care & with lots of love. So far all of my pet guests have bonded well with me & tend to stick by my side. I really miss them when they go home. Of course if this is not allowed in your home I will follow your rules to stay consistent. I have cozy throw blankets , dog bed,( always washed , sanitized & fresh ) lots of toys, bully sticks, balls, rope toy , healthy treats, bowls for food & water. When we go outside to play, potty and walks I always have your pet on a leash for their safety & protection. There is an enclosed fenced locked area here that I am able to access to allow the dogs to run and play off leash. It’s not a dog park so there will not be other dogs there. It’s basically a private area and the all the dogs love it! It’s about 75 yards in length & approximately 20 feet wide . All grass. We also take walks to the pool where there’s a rock jacuzzi and lots of grass around the pool. Dogs are welcome to be there with me on their leash and they all seem to really enjoy it . Your dogs safety is my priority.

About: I’ve been the go to dog sitter for my friends & family for years! I am very experienced in large dogs/strong pullers, as I have a 130lb bully at home. I have had dogs & cats in my home all of my life, from crazy puppies/kittens to seniors living out their chill golden years. I’d love nothing more to become buddies with your pet and would treat them as my own! I believe pets are family members and deserve to be treated as such. I have experience with reactive or mildly aggressive dogs and know a few tricks to help them feel comfortable when meeting me for the first time or when out on walks seeing other dogs. I think keeping to your pets normal routine will help them feel more at ease especially with the stress of their parents being away. I recently moved here from Oregon, so I have a very flexible schedule. I am willing to work with whenever you would need me to drop by. My dog is my baby! He just turned 2 and still acts like a puppy. We have a fenced backyard, but go on daily walks to make sure we get all the energy out. He his crate trained and goes in there when we aren’t home, otherwise is welcomed on the bed and couch.

About: Hello, my name is Jennifer H. and although I don't have any pets of my own besides fish, I do help take care of and walk my mother's dog as much as I can. I grew up with dogs and cats as a kid and I love them with all my heart. I've always thought about a career with animals and so I thought I'd introduce myself and maybe try to have a part time evening job as a dog walker. I worked as a dog walker/cleaner at a kennel in Torrance during my summer vacations when I was in high school. I also watch and feed my sister's dogs when I can. I work at Albertsons during the day and I'm usually off between 4 and 5. I currently work full time days tuesday through saturday at twin cities hospital from 7am to 4pm with nights off and some holidays off so I have plenty of free evening/ afternoon time free As safely and as patiently as I possibly can and I'll give all the attention I can while taking any and all safety precautions necessary and give all the love I can.

I have a bachelors degree in animal science and have worked with dogs and cats as a veterinary technician for two and a half years. If your pet requires any type of veterinary medical care (meds, fluids, bandaging, etc) You can count on me to help when they are in my care. I took a hiatus from Rover due to being busy with other jobs, but I used to work part time doing pet care down in SoCal for a friend who ran her own pet sitting business, and I would like to continue that care here on the central coast!
