Dog Walking Atascadero

About: I like to walk the dogs daily around the Atascadero Lake. I have a decent size fenced backyard with room to run and use my poop scooper daily. I am retired and looking for things to do during the week (mon-Fri) to fill my days. I have always loved the company of dogs and love to take them on daily walks. I have a dog bed in my bedroom, where your dog would sleep at night. The dogs water bowl is always kept clean and fresh. The dogs would always be welcome to hang out in the house with me, too.

About: From drop-ins to overnights, let me be your dog's best friend while you're away. Care includes feeding, medications, walks, cuddle time, ball throwing - whatever your dog needs and likes. Semi-retired so plenty of time to love your critters. Unless your animal prefers a short visit (sometimes shy or reclusive cats) I like to spend at least 45 minutes with your pet (s) during drop in visits. Obviously on overnights I spend a much longer time. I know the peace of mind that comes from having a trusted pet-sitter and I want to provide that peace of mind for you. You know your animals best so I will always follow your instructions to the letter. Rest assured that their welfare and comfort is ALWAYS my number one concern.

About: I am an Occupational Therapist that loves animals and is just looking for an excuse to spend more time with them! I have taken care of coworker/family pets in the past and I always treat other people's animals as my own. I have also always been comfortable around animals of all breeds/ages/sizes. I work for the public school system and am on summer break until Mid-August. Once the school year starts, I could still provide services, but will be less flexible in my schedule than I am now. I am open to special needs and requests for the sake of providing your animal with the best care. I provide drop-ins and walking services for your animal too depending on what you (and your fur-baby) prefer.

About: I have always been around animals, whether that is cats or dogs. I enjoy house sitting and would love to help anyone that needs a sitter/ walker! I currently am working part time so I have plenty of available time. I am free every night, and can work in other times that are needed. I have a fenced yard and an extra crate to keep your pet safe. About: I believe that pets aren't just pets. They are one of us, making them a big part of our families. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. My cats are usually out of sight until they are hungry. We have dog gates to keep everyone safe. I have a large fenced yard and a daughter who loves animals. We are a very dog friendly family. Your dogs will be in a fun home environment and love you for letting them stay here. We also have chickens and ducks! However, they are locked up and inaccessible to the dogs. About this sitter: I am a 36 year old stay at home mom and wife. I have a 13 year old daughter. She loves animals and is very gentle. My husband and I own our home. We have a large fenced in yard. I can walk dogs, help to potty train, help with basic obedience, crate train, take to dog parks, even come and clean litter boxes and feed cats! My dogs are crate trained and sleep in their crates when we are not home. My dogs get to be on the couch and bed with us. We do not leave them outside when it is too hot or too cold, but they do love to lay in the sun. Pet care fits great with my schedule, as taking care of my family is my number one priority. Working a 9 to 5 job just doesn’t fit in with my daily life. Pet care is fun, unique, and never the same! I have a fenced backyard. I would never leave your pet outside unattended. If I’m at your home, I’ll play with your cats or dogs. I’ll gain their trust (not just clean litter boxes or pick up after them). I make sure to take lots of videos and pictures so you know they are happy and taken care of. Your pets are treated with respect and like my own when I care for them.

I am here to make your life a little easier. Your pup is in good hands! I also have experience with e-collars. My schedule does change weekly. Each day is different for me. Feel free to reach out and I’ll see what I can do to help! I have a flexible work schedule that allows for me to take the dogs out for up to an hour. Depending on your requests there is flexibility. I make sure to give the dog space until they are ready to approach me considering I am entering their space. I make sure to read their body language to get a feel of what the dog is looking for.

I have always had dogs, sometimes a cat until I had children (my son is very allergic), I owned a horse, fish and a gecko (her name was Brittney Spears :) my daughters named her!). Regarding House sitting: am also available to bring your mail in, do projects, organize and clean while you are away or at work whatever the case may be. I am open to discuss. Regarding how far I will travel to your house: If I am staying for the 4 days or more I am happy to travel greater distances. I have house/pet sit in LA county, Ventura County & Orange County in the past On a daily basis ideally somewhere closer to where I live and surrounding areas would be more realistic. I typically like to clean , do laundry , change sheets If permitted. I like to care for your home while you are away so you feel at ease while traveling. I know from my own experiences with travelling, it's very nice to return home to a tidy , freshly cleaned home. My goal is for you to have as little as stress as possible upon your return. Per some of my clients requesting have cleaned out the food in their refrigerators and ordered all fresh food for them to return home to. Most people love this because it's one less errand to do after returning from a vacation or time away from the home. It's a nice convenience and it's my pleasure to do this for my clients. I am experienced in managing your home while you are away please feel free to create a list of "to do's" that may need to be taken care of. I'm very protective and aware of our surroundings. I wash all the sheets& blankets daily to keep their relaxing /sleep areas fresh , clean & as sanitized as possible. I vacuum & Swiffer the floors to remove the pet hairs to keep the environment as clean & fresh as I can. Helps me too with allergies! Lol. My focus is on giving your pet the best care & with lots of love. So far all of my pet guests have bonded well with me & tend to stick by my side. I really miss them when they go home. I have cozy throw blankets , dog bed,( always washed , sanitized & fresh ) lots of toys, bully sticks, balls, rope toy , healthy treats, bowls for food & water. When we go outside to play, potty and walks I always have your pet on a leash for their safety & protection. There is an enclosed fenced locked area here that I am able to access to allow the dogs to run and play off leash. It’s not a dog park so there will not be other dogs there. It’s basically a private area and the all the dogs love it! It’s about 75 yards in length & approximately 20 feet wide . All grass. We also take walks to the pool where there’s a rock jacuzzi and lots of grass around the pool. Dogs are welcome to be there with me on their leash and they all seem to really enjoy it . Your dogs safety is my priority.
