“Stephanie is fantastic! Riley had such a good day. I was a little nervous as we haven't had Riley for very long and so doggy day care is new for us. Stephanie and her pups made for a great day!”

“It was a perfect place to put our puppy. It’s scary to leave a dog in another state knowing no one but Janice really made us feel at ease. She sent lots of pictures and had great questions that showed she really cared about giving the proper care to our baby. Hi highly recommend Janice!”

“Rachel is a FANTASTIC soul! My dog immediately felt her loving energy! He will tremble and bolt if he is not feeling comfortable. He is 13 years old and has a tumor; she was very attentive and patient with him. I will definitely entrust my Teddy to her in the future. Thank you Rachel!!!”

About: I grew up with dogs and have loved dogs my whole life. I’m super active and love taking dogs on hikes and beach walks — as well as giving them lots of attention while you’re gone 🩷🐶 I am a freelancer and have a flexible schedule to take of your fur baby. I love to go for beach walks and am able to swing by to check in on your pet at any time. I will follow any instructions you have to keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible while you are away. I’m able to walk your pet as much as you need, stick to their regular feeding hours, and give extra love and attention while you are away.

“Grace was FANTASTIC!! She allowed us to drop off our two dogs at 7:30 am and pick them up at 12:30 pm. She took them for walks, to ease my Shepherd's anxiety and to get some energy out of my Husky puppy. I was later given a report card with how many poops, pee & water breaks they each took. When and where they went for a walk, she also attached some photos. I was greatly impressed with Grace and overall very satisfied with Rover in general, as this was our first time utilizing this system (won't be the last). Best of all, we had fast communication with Grace, reassuring my nerves, and answering all my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)”

“Such a nice family. Very attentive and kind. Big backyard, beautiful home. This was our first time using Rover. It was a great experience. Thank you!”

About: A young family of pet lovers, ready to play with your best friend. We have a 5 year-old lab who loves company. She likes to play with small dogs and large dogs alike. We’ve also raised 16 baby labs over 2 litters from our female black lab, Rio. I work from a home office, and our young children keep us active outside and close to home. I already have a routine of feeding our own dog twice a day as well as staying on schedule with any required medications. The large fenced yard is a secure place to spend the day with our lab. Dogs love to be here and our kids are always thrilled to throw a tennis ball for the fetch-lovers.

“Darby took excellent care of my 2 dogs and sent cute photos and updates! I was very satisfied with my first Rover experience! Thank you!”

About: Hello! Thank you for taking a peak at my profile! I have taken care of dogs and cats my entire life, from my own pets to friends and family pets. I have professionally been apart of rover and cared for many dogs and cats the last couple of years but had to remake my profile due to moving states so I have only a few reviews ! *COST* I have raised my prices due to the service fees that rover charges, if you would like a reduced price, we can arrange for me to still care for you pet for walks, drop ins or house sitting and we can arrange pay through Venmo, PayPal or Cash- App. The price difference is approx 10 - 15, since that is the fee rover charges :) Animals to me are more than pets but apart of the family, with their own unique personalities and I intend to treat each one that I encounter as they would want, since again they’re all unique ! I’m currently working remote, so I have plenty of time to give attention and love to your pets ! I can provide lots of play time, treats, walks, trips to the dog park, mini hikes, etc. All up to the owners comfort level of course ! My schedule is very open and ready to accommodate for you :) I care for pets like they’re my own—with love, patience, and attention to detail. In your home, I stick closely to your pet’s routine to ensure comfort and minimize stress. I always make sure they’re fed on time, get plenty of play, snuggles (if they like them!), and outdoor breaks. I also keep the home tidy and respect your space. In my home, pets get a cozy, calm environment, safe play areas, and lots of love. Whether it’s walks, belly rubs, or just quiet company, I focus on what helps your pet feel safe and happy.

“Krissy and Eric are the best! I was really nervous about dropping off Kika, my very shy Border Collie mix who's been through some bad situations before we adopted her 6 years ago so is quite mistrustful. Krissy sent me some pictures pretty quickly showing Kika having fun with another dog and also looking up into the camera with her little doggy smile! I know my dog, and her expression and body language told me she was still feeling a little shy but wasn't scared. When I picked her up, she was happy to see me but not acting like "Save me, Mom!"" She was "smiling" and seemed well exercised and pretty content, like after a long hike. This is a big deal for us! Kika is so scared of people and new situations, and she immediately showed trust in Eric (and she's usually pretty freaked out by men in general) while Krissy and I were talking when I first dropped her off. All around a great experience for my dog and her maybe over-attached dog mom! 😅”

“Rio LOVED visiting Allie’s home/ranch! He came home each day and slept. Need I say more? Allie is great to work with, accommodating our fluctuating schedule and adjusting from daycare to boarding without a bat of an eyelash! I will definitely look her up on my next visit to Paso Robles!”

About: From a very young age I have experience caring for my own dogs and cats, as well as for my family members and friend’s animals. Currently as a college student, I have been hired many times to care overnight for dogs and cats and stay with them for extended periods of time. As a runner and athlete I love walking dogs and taking them for runs too! I am very patient and reliable as I also am a nanny for work who looks after young children. I love animals and spending time getting to know people’s pets! Also, I have my own transportation so any emergencies can be dealt with, and I can also pick up pets. At the moment the family I nanny for will be away for some time, so my schedule is completely open, and my classes are online as well for school. I have a fenced yard in Los Osos, which stays relatively cool in the summer months so it’s a great place for dogs to relax. There are many great hikes and walks near me which I’d love to take your pups on with your permission. For cats and dogs I do not mind them inside the house since there is tile flooring and a little fenced off area for them so they get the whole kitchen to hang out in.

“Thank you Aly for giving us "Griffin" an opportunity to spend the day at your place and with Piper. We look forward to future days.... The Bedoya Family”

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10 years old. I grew up with and caring for a wide range of pets from dogs, cats, chickens, horses, etc... Family, friends, and neighbors have relied on me to care for their pets including walks, overnight stays, emergency situations and more. I work full time but am am to offer numerous hours with your pet as my schedule varies as far as time away from work. I have a German Shepherd puppy who is house and crate trained. I have kids who love to play with my dog as well as yours if your okay with that and I’m happy to accommodate in any way needed.

“Dawn-Marie was amazing! We booked super last minute and she was very accommodating. She was great at communicating and our puppy left happy and tired! Will definitely book again (:”

“Sara took great care of my dog Peaches. She came back happy and tired from a day of play. I would definitely book her again if we lived in town!”

“Joan is the kindest, nicest person you could hope to have watch your dog. She watched over our pandemic pup on his first time away from us while we hiked and canoed around Morro bay. She did such a great job that we even sent our dog back the next day. She was patient with him, despite the barking and who knows what else :).”

About: Hello I’m Elina! I am 23 years old, and I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve completed half of Vet tech school & training when I realized I couldn’t handle putting down animals. I worked at Shampooches Dog Salon in San Ramon for a year after…. and now I work online while I happily take sitting jobs for any pet in the area:) I’m looking forward to meeting your babies! They’re in good hands with me🐾 A little about me: • When I’m not working for Rover, my second job is in SLO, providing ABA therapy to kids with autism • I’m always open to meeting you and your pets before hand to learn the ropes of your household 🚨Venmo is preferred for payment, but I totally understand if you don’t feel comfortable using it • I do overnight stays occasionally ! • I’m flexible on all rates depending on the length of the stay (and if Venmo’s being used) !! •(my dog doesn’t stay with me, just my three cats if you’re thinking about boarding ) I’m currently working part time, so I will have plenty of quality time with your pups &/ or kitties! While you’re away, I’ll let your pets express their zoomies and have fun, while still being closely supervised and loved. I want to provide as much comfort as possible, especially because I know change can stress out pets sometimes. I just into an upstairs two bedroom apartment! Unfortunately I can only have one dog at a time, and they have to be somewhat okay with cats, and well trained enough that they wouldn’t ruin the walls and such. ( I can also keep my cats separate if needed) My job is to make sure they’re loved, safe, and taken care of food/water/potty wise! I want your baby to feel comfortable in my home. 🐾 🚨 I AM FLEXIBLE WITH BOARDING RATES depending on the length of the stay (Venmo preferred)
