1. Rachel M.

“Rachel replied immediately. She was welcoming. We had a meet & greet with her and Gus, and Levi and I were very impressed :) Her dog Gus is just a cutie pie and loves to play, so he kept my little guy very busy. Levi came home happy and tired! Yes! I hope we can plan another petsitting date soon. Thank you for everything Rachel. I loved the photos you sent me - especially the one with your little girl and Levi.”

2. Stephanie S.

“Stephanie was great with Luna, it was a good first rover experience. I really appreciated her listening to my worries and extra instructions (I have spoiled our pup 😅) but she managed Luna well, and our pup really likes her -I can tell. Our pup can have high energy most times, but I'm grateful for Stephanie and her fur babies Ally and Brittany they mingled well with our Luna. Luna-approved sitter. 😊”

3. Kelly C.

“Kelly was so caring and flexible. Finn was so happy to see her each morning! Thank you!”

4. Keith P.

“Keith and Shadow were fantastic hosts for our GSP, Odin! Odin felt at home and played well with Keith's dog, Shadow. We are so appreciative for Keith to take the time to care and play for our energized pup for the day! After lots of play and a walk, Odin was very tired the rest of the night after we picked him up. We definitely would love to have Keith watch Odin again and would highly recommend him to anyone!”

5. Alexander S.
“Alex took excellent care of our dog! She loved their spacious backyard, and their dog and kiddos were so sweet and playful. We whole heartedly recommend Alex; it’s obvious he’s attentive and loving to all animals.”

6. Kim M.

“Kim was fantastic with our two dogs. Very responsive, always on time and courteous. Would definitely book again!”

7. Kimberley H.
“If you're looking for a responsible, caring, and reliable dog sitter or walker I can't recommend Kimberley highly enough. She genuinely likes and connects with dogs, and is super attentive to their needs. She took the time to understand our dogs routines, preferences, and personalities, and insures everything runs super smoothly when we are away. Kimberley has always been exactly where she says she's going to be, when she says she's going to be there, and is wonderful at communicating and sending adorable photos and videos of our pampered pups. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to watch or walk your dog look no further than Kimberley. She's a sweetheart and a professional and we will definitely be booking her in the future.”

8. Paige F.
“Paige has a dog of her own and there's only a handful of individuals where you can assume they've had them their entire life. Seeing her with her own dog is a true testament of a quentessential heartwarming non-verbal relationship. I wouldn’t be surprised if her dog started fetching her slippers just to see her smile. Not only is worry a thing of the past as Paige is extremely responsible; she’s genuinely loving and highly attentive. If you want your pet to experience the same level of care and affection, she’s you're go-to and the only thing i'd worry about if I were you, is that her relationship with your furry will become stronger than yours.”

9. Sophia M.
“Sophia is an exemplary caregiver! She is driven, kind, and responsible. I would trust her with my pets any day! She pays close attention to detail and is very compassionate with her animals. She will be the perfect petsitter for any of your needs.”

10. Joella H.
About: From a very young age I have experience caring for my own dogs and cats, as well as for my family members and friend’s animals. Currently as a college student, I have been hired many times to care overnight for dogs and cats and stay with them for extended periods of time. As a runner and athlete I love walking dogs and taking them for runs too! I am very patient and reliable as I also am a nanny for work who looks after young children. I love animals and spending time getting to know people’s pets! Also, I have my own transportation so any emergencies can be dealt with, and I can also pick up pets. At the moment the family I nanny for will be away for some time, so my schedule is completely open, and my classes are online as well for school. I have a fenced yard in Los Osos, which stays relatively cool in the summer months so it’s a great place for dogs to relax. There are many great hikes and walks near me which I’d love to take your pups on with your permission. For cats and dogs I do not mind them inside the house since there is tile flooring and a little fenced off area for them so they get the whole kitchen to hang out in.

11. Olivia O.

“I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter! Olivia takes Delilah on adventures, sends multiple updates and her communication is top notch! 10/10 would recommend.”

12. Caitlin S.
About: Hi! Im Caitlin! I have had dogs my whole life. I have lots of experience caring for my dogs as well as others that i take care of. I started dog walking in middle school, and have started to do more dogsitting! I have experience with many different breeds of dogs, big and small! I am currently a college student. Besides attending classes, i have lots of free time to take care of dogs and take them for walks! I always pay attention to the pets and make sure they are happy, but also being safe. While walking, i always keep them on leash and away from the cars driving by. While in the house, i do my best to keep an eye on them and give them lots of pets and get their energy out!

13. Amanda R.

“All I can say is WOW! This was my first time using Rover and it was absolutely incredible. I expect this was a rare Rover experience - because we seriously could not have asked for more. My girlfriend and I were in town for a weekend getaway and wanted to check out some non dog-friendly wineries during the afternoon/evening on a Saturday. We saw Amanda's listing and crossed our fingers with our last minute Friday night booking. Amanda responded within the hour letting us know she would be happy to watch over him for the day. Her communication was professional and her availability flexible. Let me tell you... Amanda's place is an absolute wonderland for an adventure dog. She has a ton of property for your dog to run around on ... and animals galore! Our husky (Myth) got to meet horses, donkeys, ostriches, cats, chickens ... and more! This was an amazing experience for him (as a city dog that only gets to play with other dogs at the dog park). I can't imagine another scenario where he would have got to interact and play with such a diverse array of animals. Amanda clearly knows how to handle animals as well. She briefed us on her background training and handling all sorts of different animals and then backed it up with hourly videos showing us a new trick she had taught Myth - or a fun picture/video of Myth playing with one of her other animals (shoutout to her new dog Anakin who is an absolute good boy and new best friend of Myth's). She even asked us if it was okay to take Myth to the dog park. Her communication during Myth's stay helped us relax while out and about. She is clearly an animal lover to the core. If I'm being honest I'm pretty sure Myth would have been happy to stay on Amanda's ranch forever. 10/10 experience ... and her rate is super reasonable for the amazing experience your dog is going to get under her care. Thank you Amanda.”

14. Sandra P.

“Hank loved being with Sandra! He came home tired every day and was excited to see her which means a lot. She was very accommodating to my weird hospital hours which I very much appreciated.”

15. Ella R.
About: I have worked with both puppies, kittens, and senior pets. I have a horse and a cat, and my family owns two dogs and another cat. Within half a decade, I have had the privilege of caring for reptiles (including bearded dragons, tortoises, turtles, and an iguana), rabbits, cats, horses, donkeys, dogs, cattle, goats, pigs, chickens, and turkeys. All of these animals had different personalities and health needs that I was happy to work with and accommodate. Although I am currently in college, many of clients from my hometown schedule vacations or days away during my academic break periods to ensure that their pets and homes receive quality, consistent, care that they trust. I am currently a full-time student but am happy to bus back and forth to your home. I can also stay overnight at your home and only leave for classes. I am used to managing my tasks and time so that the health and happiness of your pet is prioritized. I will adhere to whatever environment you choose to give your pet. If you are in the process of crate training your dog, for example, I will maintain that routine. I will treat your pet with kindness and respect and refuse to treat them in any manner that is or even resembles abuse. I will treat your home with respect and leave it as I found it. I would love to take your pet out for walks (if permitted), have play time, pet and sit with them (if they like that), and keep up with any other habits. My goal when caring for your pet, is to remind them of their owners care in any way I can to minimize stress for them and maintain a healthy environment.
