Say no more. While not certified (yet), I have over a decade of experience in the specialized training fields of rally obedience, nose work, and agility; I’m happy to provide board and train services. ———————————————————————————————————— BOARDING REQUIREMENTS: Because we have a resident cat and a senior dog, all guests must be cat-friendly, non-aggressive, and comfortable sharing space with other animals. We require a meet-and-greet prior to booking. Please note that we cannot accommodate puppies, aggressive dogs, or pets that become aggressive during medication administration. To ensure every guest receives personalized attention, I have a maximum of two dogs at a time (from the same family only). Boarding / Daycare: There will be someone (my spouse, me, or both of us) with your dog the majority of the time, day and night. If we are both out running errands, we are often back within a few hours and usually within an hour, but if there are any special needs for your pup, let me know and I can be sure to let you know if we can accommodate, such as having someone with your pup at all times. Our schedules are very flexible, so feel free to ask based on your preferences. While I work during the day from an office, my spouse works from home and therefore is available to keep your pup company, let them go out to the bathroom, and if needed, is available for short play times. We will take your dog on daily walks and/or outdoor playtime and just let us know your dog's regular routine and we can try best to accommodate. In addition to play time, we will give your dog time to rest and they will get plenty of affection. Depending on the dog, we can also head out for a trail walk or a trip to a fenced dog park for a good run/play. You can expect photo and video updates daily (frequency based on your preference) so you can see how your pup is doing. Dog Walking: I'll pick up your dog and take them on a walk tailored to their energy and needs — neighborhood walks, hiking trails, or a fenced park for off-leash time if that's the right fit. Drop-In Visits: I'll stop by your home to visit with your pet(s), play with them, let dogs out to the bathroom, give them food and water and spend quality time with them. I can also care for other pets in the home, such as reptiles, fish, or plant, depending on what's required, an additional pet charge may apply. I have a fenced yard for potty breaks or sniffing the fresh air or enjoying the sunshine and a larger, unfenced area that I can take your pup(s) on short, leashed jaunts to sniff around. I can crate your dog, if ever needed.

“Miki was AMAZING with my adult dog Moose. She was welcoming and friendly and communicated extremely well. She sent us updates throughout the day and was very responsive. She walked my dog and took care of him like he was her own pet! She made him comfortable and he isn’t easy to trust right away but with Miki and her family Moose seemed to feel right at home. We booked her for day care 2 days, back to back, and Moose seemed excited to go back! I hope she’s available next time we need a sitter because she will be the first person that comes to mind. They're honorary members of my family; my tiny roommates with fur. My home is their kingdom; my heart is their cozy lounge. Where I go, animals follow — because they know I’m the kind of human who truly gets them. I don’t just fit animals into my schedule — I weave them into my day. My routine is delightfully flexible, perfectly shaped to welcome paws. My schedule is flexible and intuitive, allowing me to build in regular check-ins, feeding times, walks, and play sessions without stress or disruption. I move through my tasks with patience, intuition, and a sprinkle of magic — knowing exactly when a dog needs an extra trot around the block or when a cat needs a dramatic feather-toy performance. Animals slip into my schedule so naturally you’d think they helped design it. To every pet I care for, I’m the whimsical guardian who arrives right when they need me — the keeper of routines, the bringer of fun, and the human who makes their day just a little more sparkly. Safety begins with awareness, consistency, and preparation. When caring for an animal, I create a space where their physical well-being is always the first priority. That means secure environments (no open doors if they are not allowed out, hazardous items, or unsafe spaces), proper handling, and mindful supervision during walks, play, or feeding. I pay attention to their routines, health cues, and comfort levels, making sure they’re protected from stress, danger, or anything unfamiliar that could overwhelm them. A safe animal is a relaxed animal — and I make that possible. A good environment is one that supports an animal’s emotional and physical needs. I create spaces that feel safe, comfortable, and full of enrichment — spots for quiet rest, opportunities for play, and room to explore without fear. My presence makes the environment even better: calm, welcoming, and filled with positive interactions. Whether the animal is staying in my home or I’m in theirs, I make sure their surroundings feel familiar, soothing, and full of the little comforts that help them thrive.

About: To stay busy as a child, I walked and house sat practically the entire neighborhood’s beloved pet. Summer days were filled with miles of dog walking adventures with a dedicated cabinet to keep the hundreds of house keys safe. Even now, as a working professional, I can’t imagine my routine without it! Morning exercise, breaks throughout the day, and evening walks are a perfect time for animal care sessions. Having a sister who is a vet, I am only a quick call away from an expert diagnosis if ever necessary. I have piece of mind knowing assistance is close and years of experience keeping animals happy and safe. I am currently enrolled in Cal Poly’s Master’s program for Biomedical Engineering, which is completely virtual this quarter and likely next. This allows for a very flexible schedule with frequent study breaks for pet walks or visits. The remote lessons even allow me to listen to lectures while with your pet in your home for extended pet company. My house is close to the bike path and terrace hill for the perfect pet excursion sure to leave them tired and happy. I love running to accommodate the high energy animals as well as the leisurely hike for those who are slowing down or prefer a casual sniff around.

About: I grew up with an English bulldog and cared for him his whole life. Growing up family always trusted me to take care of their pets as I had watched over a golden retriever and Rottweiler. I currently own two border Collie mixes and would love to take care of your friendly dog. I have trained my dogs and all my pets have been well mannered, well tempered, and well behaved. I don't consider myself a trainer but I was able to walk my English bulldog to walk off leash and various commands and my two pups are making quick strides to do the same and more. I would ideally take care of your pets over the weekend as I would be able to give my full undivided attention to them. I am open to taking care of pets during the week with the understanding that I work full time remotely and would not be able to focus in on them as much as I would on a weekend. I love to go on hikes, runs, and go to dog friendly social settings. I would love to bring your pet along for the fun. I frequently take my dogs outside to play fetch and go on walks in my community and would love to include yours. I live in a two story condo with access to a large unfenced lawn and neighboring parks two minutes away from home. My home has a fenced in patio where my dogs have access to through the night to use the restroom with access through a doggy door. During the day I take them out often in the large communal lawn and neighboring parks. I am off Southwood near sinsheimer Park. I have access to large spaces where fetch can be done both on or off leash. I typically play with my pets off leash and would love to incorporate your pet into our play sessions should they have good recall. I have multiple large doggy beds and your pup can be crated or fenced in the common areas depending on their comfort levels. Dogs are fed in the mornings at 8 and in the afternoons at 5. I take them out for routine walks in the morning and afternoon with outdoor time/ fetch midday around lunch. I also take them out for a quick potty break at night before we all hit the hay.

About: Hello everyone! I taken care of my sister’s dogs for numerous of years and now have three dogs myself! I trained them myself. I love all dogs and treat them as if they were part of my family. I have over ten years of experience! I live right next to Central Park so they will definitely get a lot of exercise! I currently work remote full time as a software engineer and tend to go on a lot of walks to help keep my mind refresh and get my dogs the exercise they need! I keep dogs on a leash at all times and always careful with my surroundings. I pay attention at all times, whether they are about to eat something off the ground or about to do something suspicious

About: Ive taken care of all types of dogs and cats since I was a little kid! I absolutely adore them, and make sure they get what they need to be happy and healthy! Im currently available all day, any day of the week, at any time! As a student home from college I can spend as much time as needed with these precious animals! I make sure the pets are healthy, happy, and getting what they need. My number one priority is also their safety, and I make sure they are enjoying my care in a safe manner!
