We require a meet-and-greet prior to booking. Please note that we cannot accommodate puppies, aggressive dogs, or pets that become aggressive during medication administration. To ensure every guest receives personalized attention, I have a maximum of two dogs at a time (from the same family only). Boarding / Daycare: There will be someone (my spouse, me, or both of us) with your dog the majority of the time, day and night. If we are both out running errands, we are often back within a few hours and usually within an hour, but if there are any special needs for your pup, let me know and I can be sure to let you know if we can accommodate, such as having someone with your pup at all times. Our schedules are very flexible, so feel free to ask based on your preferences. While I work during the day from an office, my spouse works from home and therefore is available to keep your pup company, let them go out to the bathroom, and if needed, is available for short play times. We will take your dog on daily walks and/or outdoor playtime and just let us know your dog's regular routine and we can try best to accommodate. In addition to play time, we will give your dog time to rest and they will get plenty of affection. Depending on the dog, we can also head out for a trail walk or a trip to a fenced dog park for a good run/play. You can expect photo and video updates daily (frequency based on your preference) so you can see how your pup is doing. Dog Walking: I'll pick up your dog and take them on a walk tailored to their energy and needs — neighborhood walks, hiking trails, or a fenced park for off-leash time if that's the right fit. Drop-In Visits: I'll stop by your home to visit with your pet(s), play with them, let dogs out to the bathroom, give them food and water and spend quality time with them. I can also care for other pets in the home, such as reptiles, fish, or plant, depending on what's required, an additional pet charge may apply. I have a fenced yard for potty breaks or sniffing the fresh air or enjoying the sunshine and a larger, unfenced area that I can take your pup(s) on short, leashed jaunts to sniff around. I can crate your dog, if ever needed.

About: Hi! I’m a graduate student in Animal Behavior & Welfare working on my thesis in wildlife detection dogs from home. I’ve worked with dogs & cats for 10 years and have trained dogs for 8, including service dogs through a professional nonprofit organization. I have raised countless puppies in this time, so I can certainly help properly socialize your puppy so they can grow up to be the best version of themself. I also compete in dog sports for fun with my dogs, two working line German shepherds and one husky mix. So I’m well equipped to care for dogs that are… “a lot!” I’m on my way to becoming an Applied Animal Behaviorist and have finished all my coursework in behavior with a 4.0 GPA, so when your pets come with me, they’ll benefit from my extensive knowledge on understanding behavior and maximizing welfare. My prices might be a little higher than others, but I promise it will be worth it for the level of care & expertise I provide! I’m home full time as I finish my thesis remotely. The animals I care for come first, whether it be early morning potty breaks or afternoon activities. My schedule is flexible and I have ample time to give your pets the attention they need, while also giving them quiet time to rest in a private space. When pets stay with me, they have their own spare bedroom to sleep in. They can have a crate in there, or stay loose in the room and sleep on the bed. We have a small yard, so I opt to take dogs out 4 times a day to potty in a small park right outside my front door. We can play here too! A lot of dogs like to sunbathe in our yard, including my own. I have three dogs who all have different preferences in their dog friends, so it’s likely your dog will find a best friend here. Or, if your dog prefers not to be around other dogs, that’s no problem either. They can hang out with just me! I always use long lines and either harnesses or safely fitted collars to walk dogs, so they can have maximum freedom to express themselves while also staying safe and comfortable.

About: To stay busy as a child, I walked and house sat practically the entire neighborhood’s beloved pet. Summer days were filled with miles of dog walking adventures with a dedicated cabinet to keep the hundreds of house keys safe. My house is close to the bike path and terrace hill for the perfect pet excursion sure to leave them tired and happy. I am a life long dog lover and have had many dogs over the years (work travel prevents me from ownership right now). I am open to any size dog and ANY breed (I have great relationships with pit bulls, Chihuahua's, and other high difficulty breads) All dogs must have flee control and be up on vaccinations (and licensed). I was reading the Rover information for customers and it said you should ask about how much cuddle time, playtime, and walks cost. Your pet will get all the cuddles, walks, and playtime they can stand for free. I do this because everybody in my house loves dogs and want to make new furry friends. I do travel for work in the summer months which does leave some days completely unavailable, but otherwise ready to walk from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. About: Dogs are sent from God to make human lives complete. I'm lucky to have 1 well-adjusted one. It's a privilege to spend time around dogs; I treat them with respect and also have expectations for them. The result: a happy pack! (When you're making your dog care choice, please know I prefer dogs who are potty / house trained & treated for flea / tick). Dogs are like my children. They're having fun and learning at the same time. Exercise, water, attention and play time is what makes a good dog! About: I grew up with animals and have always had a special connection with them. I have worked with animals of all walks of life in an animal shelter & truly enjoy getting to witness their success. When working at the animal shelter I used to take dogs on walks and to the play pens where they would socialize with potential new families and other dogs. While they were in the play pens it was my job to ensure things ran smoothly and to deescalate any situations that might arise. Being able to celebrate in an animals victories and see how much they have grown & learned over time is like nothing else! About: Hi! I’m a graduate student in Animal Behavior & Welfare working on my thesis in wildlife detection dogs from home. I’ve worked with dogs & cats for 10 years and have trained dogs for 8, including service dogs through a professional nonprofit organization. I have raised countless puppies in this time, so I can certainly help properly socialize your puppy so they can grow up to be the best version of themself. I also compete in dog sports for fun with my dogs, two working line German shepherds and one husky mix. So I’m well equipped to care for dogs that are… “a lot!” I’m on my way to becoming an Applied Animal Behaviorist and have finished all my coursework in behavior with a 4.0 GPA, so when your pets come with me, they’ll benefit from my extensive knowledge on understanding behavior and maximizing welfare. My prices might be a little higher than others, but I promise it will be worth it for the level of care & expertise I provide! I’m home full time as I finish my thesis remotely. The animals I care for come first, whether it be early morning potty breaks or afternoon activities. My schedule is flexible and I have ample time to give your pets the attention they need, while also giving them quiet time to rest in a private space. When pets stay with me, they have their own spare bedroom to sleep in. They can have a crate in there, or stay loose in the room and sleep on the bed. We have a small yard, so I opt to take dogs out 4 times a day to potty in a small park right outside my front door. We can play here too! A lot of dogs like to sunbathe in our yard, including my own. I have three dogs who all have different preferences in their dog friends, so it’s likely your dog will find a best friend here. Or, if your dog prefers not to be around other dogs, that’s no problem either. They can hang out with just me! I always use long lines and either harnesses or safely fitted collars to walk dogs, so they can have maximum freedom to express themselves while also staying safe and comfortable.
About: While going to college I walked approximately 10 dogs (individually) per month with occasional 3 dogs at a time. I’m comfortable with all size dogs; Chihuahua to Great Danes. If the dog likes to run, I’m up for that too. I like to be active and I know some dogs need a good run to get out their energy. I’m open to pet care. My house is pet friendly, and has a backyard enclosed with a 6 ft fence, gate that locks and a grassy area. I care for pets as if they were my own. Drop-In Visits: I'll stop by your home to visit with your pet(s), play with them, let dogs out to the bathroom, give them food and water and spend quality time with them. I have a fenced yard for potty breaks or sniffing the fresh air or enjoying the sunshine and a larger, unfenced area that I can take your pup(s) on short, leashed jaunts to sniff around. About: I’ve been caring for all kinds of animals since I was 10, from dog sitting and overnight stays to taking care of horses. I’ve also helped raise and puppy train through Freedom Service Dogs. I’m comfortable with animals of all kinds and genuinely love getting to know each one! I am currently in school at cal poly so every day my schedule varies with a maximum of 4 hours of class a day, but I will be able to be home throughout the day and able to spend the majority of every day with your pet. I don’t have any pets in the home with me while at school although i miss my own so much, so I would just focus on taking care of your pet and loving it like it’s my own. I don’t have a yard but would be able to frequently take for a long walks to a park or short potty breaks to any grass area near me.
