My calm, loving and trusting approach I fostered, petsit and loved long term sits for a variety of cats and dogs small, big, young, old, shy, adventurous and more. Experience caring for senior cats and dogs include medicine management, and other specific needs. I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to fully prioritize pet care. I can accommodate mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight stays as needed, and I’m able to adjust my availability to meet each client’s schedule. I will treat your furry friend as my own. You can expect me to only take care of your animal(s) at a time and I will make them as comfortable as possible in their home. I have experience walking and playing with small and large pets, dogs up to 80 lbs. I'm flexible and am open to meeting before if you would prefer an introduction first. I will provide the best undivided care possible!

About: From drop-ins to overnights, let me be your dog's best friend while you're away. Care includes feeding, medications, walks, cuddle time, ball throwing - whatever your dog needs and likes. Semi-retired so plenty of time to love your critters. Unless your animal prefers a short visit (sometimes shy or reclusive cats) I like to spend at least 45 minutes with your pet (s) during drop in visits. Obviously on overnights I spend a much longer time. I know the peace of mind that comes from having a trusted pet-sitter and I want to provide that peace of mind for you. You know your animals best so I will always follow your instructions to the letter. Rest assured that their welfare and comfort is ALWAYS my number one concern.

About: Animals have always been one of the greatest teachers in my life. Through my work as a shepherd and livestock caretaker, I’ve learned that every animal has its own language, personality, and needs. Working alongside livestock guardian dogs especially taught me the value of patience, observation, and earning an animal’s trust rather than demanding it. I love taking the time to get to know each pet as an individual and providing the kind of attentive, reliable care that helps both pets and their people feel at ease. I currently work part-time, which gives me flexibility throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and pet care visits. My schedule varies somewhat, but I do my best to be reliable, communicative, and consistent with each pet’s routine. I’m an active person who enjoys being outdoors, so I love spending time walking dogs, playing with them, or simply keeping them company while their owners are away. I believe pets do best when they can stick to their normal routine. When caring for pets in your home, I’ll follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, medications, and any specific instructions closely. Through my work with livestock and livestock guardian dogs, I’ve learned to pay attention to animal behavior and pick up on subtle changes that may indicate something is off. Most importantly, I want your pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away, and I’ll keep you updated along the way with messages and photos.

About: I like to walk the dogs daily around the Atascadero Lake. I have a decent size fenced backyard with room to run and use my poop scooper daily. I am retired and looking for things to do during the week (mon-Fri) to fill my days. I have always loved the company of dogs and love to take them on daily walks. I have a dog bed in my bedroom, where your dog would sleep at night. The dogs water bowl is always kept clean and fresh. The dogs would always be welcome to hang out in the house with me, too.

About: I am a certified dog mom. I have raised two pups starting at the age of 7 weeks. I know the time, love and care that is needed for these pups to get the care they deserve. I am here to make your life a little easier. Your pup is in good hands! I also have experience with e-collars. My schedule does change weekly. Each day is different for me. Feel free to reach out and I’ll see what I can do to help! I have a flexible work schedule that allows for me to take the dogs out for up to an hour. Depending on your requests there is flexibility. I make sure to give the dog space until they are ready to approach me considering I am entering their space. I make sure to read their body language to get a feel of what the dog is looking for.

About: I have hands-on pet care experience for two dogs, a Rottweiler and a pit bull mix, at home and volunteering 3 years caring for adoptable dogs for Animal Rescue Recon including daily feeding, walking, and clean up with varying temperaments, energy levels, and needs. About: I believe that pets aren't just pets. They are one of us, making them a big part of our families. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. My cats are usually out of sight until they are hungry. We have dog gates to keep everyone safe. I have a large fenced yard and a daughter who loves animals. We are a very dog friendly family. Your dogs will be in a fun home environment and love you for letting them stay here. We also have chickens and ducks! However, they are locked up and inaccessible to the dogs. About this sitter: I am a 36 year old stay at home mom and wife. I have a 13 year old daughter. She loves animals and is very gentle. My husband and I own our home. We have a large fenced in yard. I can walk dogs, help to potty train, help with basic obedience, crate train, take to dog parks, even come and clean litter boxes and feed cats! My dogs are crate trained and sleep in their crates when we are not home. My dogs get to be on the couch and bed with us. We do not leave them outside when it is too hot or too cold, but they do love to lay in the sun. Pet care fits great with my schedule, as taking care of my family is my number one priority. Working a 9 to 5 job just doesn’t fit in with my daily life. Pet care is fun, unique, and never the same! I have a fenced backyard. I would never leave your pet outside unattended. If I’m at your home, I’ll play with your cats or dogs. I’ll gain their trust (not just clean litter boxes or pick up after them). I make sure to take lots of videos and pictures so you know they are happy and taken care of. Your pets are treated with respect and like my own when I care for them.

About: I have tons of animal experience, from chickens to horses and everything in between. Many of my high school years were spent in dog and cat rescue, and I have taken multiple animal science courses in college so I am very comfortable with a wide range of medical and behavioral needs. I'm not scared of by or wary of animals that might need more time to warm up. I'm also very active and outdoorsy and am always looking to have an animal join me on my various adventures and outings if that is what they are into. I work with dogs and cats of all sizes, energy levels, and ages, and can give oral medication, injections, or do bladder expression if needed. I am currently on summer break from my college classes and working part-time remotely from home, so I have a lot of flexibility in terms of scheduling. I’m comfortable playing, feeding, giving medication, crating, or anything else your pet might need. I treat all animals with the love and respect they deserve.

About: I have watched multiple ages of dogs! Some middle aged, all the way to 5 months! I love going on walks and will be happy to have a furry friend to join me. I have helped clean up after them, feeding, grooming, and just hanging out with them! I am a college student but have complete access to a car! I can stay overnight, I can get up early, stay late or even pop in to the house to make sure they get lunch! I will meet their expectations. I couldn't just go over to a clients house and just feed a dog. I would feed them, play with them, etc.

About: Growing up I have always had a dog and love being surrounded by pets! Coming home to my dog Finley is one of the best parts of my day, so I know how special pets are and the amount of care they need. Finley can attest to the fact that I love to take her on adventures outdoors whether it's on hikes, walks, going to the beach, or car rides to fun places. I love all dogs big or small, old and young, and have pet sit for many neighbors and friends! I know how special dogs are and want to make sure they get the care and attention they deserve!! I have also taken 2 different classes, Large Animal Science and Small Animal Pre Veterinary Science where I have gained more experience and knowledge in caring for smaller animals like cats and dogs up to larger animals such as horses. I am currently working a serving job so I am available often for overnight petsitting and can schedule walks or check ins on the pups around the times that my shifts are! During these I will spend lots of time with your pets and give them the attention they need and deserve!! I don't offer pet care in my home, but in yours I am prepared to do whatever it is that your pet needs! I will feed them and give them water, if they sleep in a crate I can put them in there at night, and make sure they have potty breaks, along with anything else required! In my house, my dog sleeps in the same room as us and wakes up early to go potty. I know a lot of pets have certain times they use the restroom or eat and I am prepared to be on their schedule!
