About: Hi! 🤍 I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and getting to spend time with them is honestly one of my favorite things. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and small pets over the years, and I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s little personality and what makes them happiest. Whether it’s a peaceful walk, playtime, or just keeping your pet company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and can follow any routines or training you’d like me to stick with. I work full time, but I make dedicated time for my Rover pets and will always show up reliably and communicate with you so you feel completely at ease. I’d love an opportunity to care for your fur baby! 🤍 Spending time with animals is something I genuinely look forward to, so I make dedicated time for pet care throughout my week 🤍 Even with a full time job, I plan my days so I can give each pet the attention and consistency they deserve, whether that’s morning visits, midday checkins, or evening walks. I’m very intentional about my schedule and only take on what I can fully commit to, so you can feel confident your pet is in reliable and caring hands. I know my way around a leash for any dog size, great and small, and will reinforce any training if needed during the drop ins and walks.

About: Every creature I meet - from fuzzy, waggy, purry fluff balls to mysterious little pocket-sized critters - is an adventure waiting to happen. I greet each one with sparkling excitement and big-hearted curiosity and love. 🏡🐶🐱 Due to remote working, I’m always here for your animal!! Animals at my house get the luxury of having interaction at their paws 🐾 Animals know I understand their secret frequency. My patience, gentleness, and playful spirit make them feel like they've found their long-lost best friend. I’ve had animals by my side my whole life, which is probably why I’m basically an animal whisperer at this point. They sense my intuition — that soft, instinctive way I know exactly what they need, whether it's a snack, a cuddle, or something else. Animals aren't just pets. They're honorary members of my family; my tiny roommates with fur. My home is their kingdom; my heart is their cozy lounge. Where I go, animals follow — because they know I’m the kind of human who truly gets them. I don’t just fit animals into my schedule — I weave them into my day. My routine is delightfully flexible, perfectly shaped to welcome paws. My schedule is flexible and intuitive, allowing me to build in regular check-ins, feeding times, walks, and play sessions without stress or disruption. I move through my tasks with patience, intuition, and a sprinkle of magic — knowing exactly when a dog needs an extra trot around the block or when a cat needs a dramatic feather-toy performance. Animals slip into my schedule so naturally you’d think they helped design it. To every pet I care for, I’m the whimsical guardian who arrives right when they need me — the keeper of routines, the bringer of fun, and the human who makes their day just a little more sparkly. Safety begins with awareness, consistency, and preparation. When caring for an animal, I create a space where their physical well-being is always the first priority. That means secure environments (no open doors if they are not allowed out, hazardous items, or unsafe spaces), proper handling, and mindful supervision during walks, play, or feeding. I pay attention to their routines, health cues, and comfort levels, making sure they’re protected from stress, danger, or anything unfamiliar that could overwhelm them. A safe animal is a relaxed animal — and I make that possible. A good environment is one that supports an animal’s emotional and physical needs. I create spaces that feel safe, comfortable, and full of enrichment — spots for quiet rest, opportunities for play, and room to explore without fear. My presence makes the environment even better: calm, welcoming, and filled with positive interactions. Whether the animal is staying in my home or I’m in theirs, I make sure their surroundings feel familiar, soothing, and full of the little comforts that help them thrive.

About: Hi my name is Robyn. I absolutely love animals! Especially dogs... but I do love all animals. I have been around animals all of my life. I have always had dogs, sometimes a cat until I had children (my son is very allergic), I owned a horse, fish and a gecko (her name was Brittney Spears :) my daughters named her!). I hope to own alpacas one day they are so cute! My kids tease me- they call me Aliza Thornbury- its was a cartoon they used to watch when they were younger... they are adults now. I would love to care for your canine family member(s). I will walk them, play with them, talk to them, nurture and love them like my own & like you do. I am the “doting auntie”…. Loving on your fur babies. They will miss you naturally and know that with all of the affection & attention they receive from me, if rom my experiences they are distracted and very happy during their time spent with me. Being in my loving home far surpasses what a boarding facility can provide. Apples to oranges. People tell me I am very good with animals. Its natural. Regarding House sitting: am also available to bring your mail in, do projects, organize and clean while you are away or at work whatever the case may be. I am open to discuss. Regarding how far I will travel to your house: If I am staying for the 4 days or more I am happy to travel greater distances. I have house/pet sit in LA county, Ventura County & Orange County in the past On a daily basis ideally somewhere closer to where I live and surrounding areas would be more realistic. Again, I am open to discuss each individual situation. Re: Rate- open to discuss as it depends on where - how far I am traveling to your house and length of time- we could discuss a weekly flat rate as well. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your family! (your pets) :) xoxo Robyn PS. I would greatly appreciate it if all clients would bathe their furry babies before they drop them off to me or let me know that they are in need of a bath and I can provide this service on the first day with me. Thank you very much. 🐾😊 I am home full time. I am 100% available to give your pets tons of love , care & attention with lots of play time, cuddles & tummy rubs. *** HOUSE SITTING/PET SITTING IN YOUR HOME:. I am highly experienced with caring for homes. I am not the type to sit around. When your canine babies /pets are napping or relaxing. I typically like to clean , do laundry , change sheets If permitted. I like to care for your home while you are away so you feel at ease while traveling. I know from my own experiences with travelling, it's very nice to return home to a tidy , freshly cleaned home. My goal is for you to have as little as stress as possible upon your return. Per some of my clients requesting have cleaned out the food in their refrigerators and ordered all fresh food for them to return home to. Most people love this because it's one less errand to do after returning from a vacation or time away from the home. It's a nice convenience and it's my pleasure to do this for my clients. I am experienced in managing your home while you are away please feel free to create a list of "to do's" that may need to be taken care of. Bottom line is that I am here to make your life easier and as stress free as possible. We will discuss Details prior to my stay to ensure that all of your needs & wishes are met. It's about your happiness & satisfaction. 😊 I would never let your canine family member out of my site. When we go go on walks I always use their leash. I'm very protective and aware of our surroundings. I wash all the sheets& blankets daily to keep their relaxing /sleep areas fresh , clean & as sanitized as possible. I vacuum & Swiffer the floors to remove the pet hairs to keep the environment as clean & fresh as I can. Helps me too with allergies! Lol. My focus is on giving your pet the best care & with lots of love. So far all of my pet guests have bonded well with me & tend to stick by my side. I really miss them when they go home. They are all so special & precious. Thank you for considering me & choosing me to care for your furry family member(s). XOXO🥰🐾🐾 I am 100% focused on your canine furry family member. My primary focus is caring for my pet guests. I am healing after going thru aggressive chemotherapy 2021. The love I give and the love I recieve is incredibly therapeutic. 🐾 I thoroughly enjoy the time I spend with each pet guest. Brings much joy. When your pets are with me we tend to hang out on my sofa or on my bed. Typically it's a cozy & cuddly. Most often nestling up to me. I love it. I don't use crates unless the owner prefers. I follow and adhere to the owner/ pet parents instructions. Rates are always negotiable! Let’s connect. 🐾💕🐾 I am 100% available to care for your furry family member(s). I don’t leave your dogs alone and do not work away from my place of residence. My focus is all about the dogs! 🥰🐾 I give them so much love, attention & affection 24/7. Typically we become besties…and develop a wonderful bond & connection,. You will have peace of mind knowing your beautiful dog(s) is receiving the best loving care. When we are inside your canine family member is treated like my child while staying with me… I allow hanging out on my bed so we can be cozy and cuddly. Of course if this is not allowed in your home I will follow your rules to stay consistent. I have cozy throw blankets , dog bed,( always washed , sanitized & fresh ) lots of toys, bully sticks, balls, rope toy , healthy treats, bowls for food & water. When we go outside to play, potty and walks I always have your pet on a leash for their safety & protection. There is an enclosed fenced locked area here that I am able to access to allow the dogs to run and play off leash. It’s not a dog park so there will not be other dogs there. It’s basically a private area and the all the dogs love it! It’s about 75 yards in length & approximately 20 feet wide . All grass. We also take walks to the pool where there’s a rock jacuzzi and lots of grass around the pool. Dogs are welcome to be there with me on their leash and they all seem to really enjoy it . Your dogs safety is my priority.

I think it would be a great activity for my children and I. My son is 10 years old and is wild for animals. My daughter is 4 and is fascinated by animals. We don't have any pets right now and miss the time spent with animals. We are flexible to times and days. I treat all living beings with love and care. I've only had positive experiences with animals as I am quite confident in my energy around animals. I understand animals moods and boundaries and feel like I can read them. I know when to play aloof and when to be interested.

FAQs for Dog Walking - Pozo

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of July 2026, there are 771 sitters on Rover offering Dog Walking across Pozo. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Pozo. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Pozo.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Pozo. On Rover:

  • 96% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
