“Forest has great communication, was easy to book with, and followed all my instructions for walking our small dog Jasmine! Will be booking again in the future and would recommend Forest to a friend. :)”

About: I’ve always been known as that person who animals just tend to trust. I’ve been told on many occasions how certain animals don’t like people but for whatever reason they give me a chance and I love when I get to show them love and prove that their fur babies made the right choice trusting me. Even when I was a baby I used surround myself with all sorts of animals because I love all of them so much. I hope to have the opportunity to give all the love I can to all the animals willing to give me a chance. I do take night classes Monday- Thursday typically anywhere from about 5-9 and I work days that I don’t have school. I’m very flexible but Monday-Thursdays are usually best for walks and drop ins. From how I’ve been described by others, I’m a very friendly, trusting, and loving person and everyone and their pets can expect that from me as well. As far as other peoples houses and everything I like to leave things the way I found it or better.

“JOSH was great to work with. He was very prompt and also very flexible if a time needed to change on occasion. He and my dog, Shiloh, seem to bond quite well over the weeks that I needed JOSH‘s walking services. I highly recommend JOSH for taking care of your pet, without reservation.”

“Cara is awesome! My dog is very slow to warm up to new people but he got comfortable with her super fast. She’s his new best buddy. She’s quick to respond and excellent with communicating. Would totally recommend her!”

About: Recently completed K9 Emergency Wildlife Care Course. I work with dogs of all ages and activity levels. Lots of experience with large breeds. Enjoy being active and will tailor to your pets needs. Work from home with open availability to take care of your pets! I am always out and about with my fully trained German Shepherd exploring Big Sky. Detail oriented and follow instructions diligently. I’m here to provide peace of mind and look forward to keeping your pet safe, loved, and tuckered out.

About: 7 years of hands-on daily dog care with my own dog, plus regular pet sitting for neighbors and friends: feedings, walks, playtime, and overnight stays. Between classes, I’ve got a flexible schedule that works great for walks and drop-ins throughout the day. I know how much routine matters to dogs, so I keep things consistent and send you photo/video updates every visit. Hi there! I’m Addyson a college student and dog mom of 7 years. Along the way I’ve become the go-to sitter for my neighbors and friends, covering everything from quick walks to full weeks of vacation coverage. Being a student keeps me flexible and full of energy, and honestly, dogs are my favorite study break. I light up around them and I treat every dog I watch like my own. I split my time between Frisco, TX and Orange County, CA, so I’m able to offer care in both spots. Whichever coast your pup is on, expect photo updates, a consistent routine, and a whole lot of love. Can’t wait to meet your dog — let’s set up a Meet & Greet! 🐶 When I’m caring for your pet in your home, your space and your pet’s safety are my top priorities. I stick to your exact routine, feeding times, walks, favorite toys, all of it, so your pet feels comfortable while you’re away. I always double-check gates, doors, and locks before letting your dog out and make sure your home is just as secure when I leave as it was when I arrived. I keep things low-key and private while I’m there, no visitors, no broadcasting that your house is empty, and I send photo and video updates throughout every visit so you always know how things are going. If anything ever comes up, I make sure I have your vet’s info on hand and respond quickly. Whether I’m in Frisco or Orange County, you get the same level of care and attention in every home I step into.
“Kim is a great dog walker. She’s consistent, communicative, and flexible with her schedule. She walked my reactive boy for a good 9 months and I could rely on her every time. I highly recommend her!”

About: While I'm new to professional pet sitting, I've spent my entire life caring for pets and have hands-on experience with pets such as dogs, cats, lizards, and fish. Over the years, I've learned to adapt to each pet's unique personality, needs, and routine. I have experience caring for energetic puppies and kittens, senior pets who require medication and consistent feeding schedules, and animals with more cautious or strong-willed temperaments. My goal is to provide every pet with patient, reliable, and attentive care so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. I have open availability and can accommodate most schedules, including weekdays and weekends! I'm happy to work around your pet's routine and needs. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I understand that every pet has unique needs and routines, and I'll follow your care instructions closely to keep them happy and safe. Whether it's sticking to feeding schedules, administering medication, or providing plenty of exercise and affection, I'll treat your pet with the same care and attention I'd give my own. I'll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
About: Looking for opportunities to walk and play with dogs and to be ignored by cats. All will get tender care. Senior care, adult, puppy/kitten attention. To provide care consistent with what you want for your beloved companions My schedule is flexible and can accommodate planned and short notice pet/companion care visits. Your companions will have my full attention with visits and walks. My two beloved cats are indoor only. Love being brushed and to play with their toys. My dogs were always secured in a fenced yard and monitored while outside. Walks, fetch, floor play with their toys. Lots of love for all just hanging out with them.
About: I have a large courtyard so your animal can thrive in an outdoor area with no room for error. I work remotely most days and enjoy sun and ball throws in between my sessions. Our cats are indoor/outdoor and love to sun bathe with my puppy and I. Who can join in on the fun?! I send my doggie to TiredTails at least once a week leaving an empty nest for someone else to enjoy our home M-Th. I work primarily from home with 1-1.5 hour gaps to not only keep your pup company but allowing time for walks and even a beach day! My cats are used to keeping their distance around dogs, we have a fenced courtyard with plenty of space for throwing the ball and dog tunnel runs! I’m hoping to find the right fit and someone who can keep my little dachshund company while their owner is getting some day time work done! I’m flexible and happy to help just the way others help me from time to time!

“Carlos was a lifesaver! He walked our two dogs while we had a life event and was willing to come early in the mornings to maintain the dogs’ current schedule. We look forward to using him again!”

As parents of three kids, we involve our children in daily pet care routines, teaching them responsibility, respect and compassion. This hands-on approach ensures your pets receive personalized attention and affection. We understand that each pet has unique needs. Whether it's administering medication, adhering to specific feeding schedules, or providing extra playtime, we customize our services to ensure your pet's comfort and well-being. We believe in keeping you informed and are happy to provide updates and photos of your pets during our visits, so you can rest easy knowing they're in good hands. We are deeply connected to our local community. Our services are designed to support families and pet owners in our area, fostering a sense of trust and familiarity. Our kids are in a hybrid homeschool program my husband works a remote job from home and I am a full time mom so we are in and out several times a day but rarely gone more than 30-60 mins at a time. Which means we are available for pet care at regular intervals majority of the day 7 days a week. We live on a one acre property set back from the road and fenced around the sides and back. We do have a gate that we put across the driveway at night to keep the deer out of the fruit orchard so we have the possibility of fencing the whole property by putting the deer gate up in the day. We have a separate fenced back yard off of our deck with dog door access from the living room of the house. We have 2 cats that have their own space in the garage with in and out access. And we have a 30 lb 16 year old dog named Ninja he is mellow and sweet and sleeps most of the day.
“We need and appreciate the help with this energetic young dog. Waldo tries to leave with Zara after the walk is over even though his tongue is hanging out… He really loves her.”

Colleen is wonderful! I have 2 big Goldens and they are very energetic! When I get home, they are still tired from the walk they took with Colleen. I’ve never trusted anyone to take my dogs and I’m so glad I trusted Colleen. Thank you so much for giving me piece of mind when I’m away.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
