3. Craig T.
“I had a fantastic experience with Craig. Everything was great! He went above and beyond!!!. I had an accident and on crutches and he accommodated my last minute request. He went above and beyond and spent extra time with Maxx to make sure he tired him out. Additionally he’s reliable, communicated well, and showed genuine care for Maxx. Can’t say enough great things about Craig. I highly recommend Craig for all your pet care needs.”
4. Zara C.

5. Alexsandra S.
“Alexsandra has a special connection with animals. She is really good at understanding what it is that they need or are trying to communicate. She has lots of experience with her own dogs and cats, whom were all very well behaved because of the love and attention they received from her. I oftentimes see her make instant connections with animals she has just met. I think they sense that she is both relaxed and caring. Alexsandra is very reliable and I would be happy to have her caring for my animals.”
6. Jocelynn M.
“I got to know Jocelynn N. when she house-sat for us during our vacation. We found her to be extremely reliable, kind, insightful, considerate, and very capable. I will use her again and again if and when she is available. She is a rare type, always knowing what to do to take care of my dogs and my other pets. Because of Jocelyn, I do not have to worry should I need her assistance. Thank you, Jocelyn, just for being so trust-worthy and helpful. I feel lucky to have found you!”
7. Victoria H.
“Victoria was able to walk my dog on very short notice and saved me from having to leave work early to let my dog use the bathroom. She is very friendly and provided great photos and updates. I highly recommend!”
8. Darian Andrew K.
“I had a great experience working with Darian. He walked my pooch for a full week while I was busy in meetings and couldn't walk him myself like we normally do. My buddy boy was happy and tired after a good strenuous walk (which he needs and loves!) and Darian even set his food dish down for me after the walk so he could have his breakfast. Thank you Darian, looking forward to the next time!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and I also worked at a doggy day care so I know how to handle many different types of situations with high energy and/or aggressive breeds. I’m currently in college and doing online classes so trying to make extra money while being able to do something I love and be able to create my own schedule. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a very respectful golden retriever who grew up around an elderly dog. He loves to play and I am able to walk multiple dogs at once and my home has lots of space to play and stretch their legs.
10. Tori R.
“I’m so grateful to have met Tori. She’s trustworthy, shows good judgment and has great communication. Everything you hope for when searching on Rover… She walks my dog during a few weekdays, which is extremely helpful during the work week for both me and my pup. Thanks Tori!”
11. Joanne Y.
“Joanne loves animals and is a wonderful dog sitter. She's watched our springer spaniel poodle several times and always takes great care of her. Joanne stays at our house and is a respectful of our home and rules for our dog. She takes our dog for walks and ensures our dog isn't lonely while we're gone. Joanne promptly responds to texts, provides photo updates, and is flexible to changes. I highly recommend Joanne if you are looking for someone to watch your pets.”
12. Rob H.
“Rob is absolutely amazing with pets. My dog is very nervous and fearful naturally, but Rob went out of his way to make sure my fur baby was comfortable and safe. My dog LOVES Rob and I never thought I could trust another person with my dog. They go on lots of walks and hikes together and sometimes Rob will care for him overnight and feed him medications occasionally. It’s so reassuring knowing my dog is in good hands with Rob and being taken care of as if it was his own pet. I would highly recommend Rob as a sitter and/or walker to anyone in the SLO area!!!”
13. Arnold W.
“I have known Arnold for close to 25 plus years, we met while volunteering at Animal Services and in rescue. He has a sense of such empathy, compassion and insight with animals (His love for dogs and cats is truly cannot be measured). His heart is so big and he is so protective and enduring with the animals in his care. Arnold is also very, very responsible, very punctual and very conscientious about schedules and time. He follows instructions, clarify if there is any question and also will ensure all areas of his responsibility to care for an animal is covered. I personally would trust him with any of my animals, since I know he would treat them like I personally would treat them. You could not find better for your dog or cat.”
14. Eva F.
“Eva is the best when it comes to pet care. Not only is she very knowledgeable with first hand experiences with cats, dogs and horses, she truly loves them and enjoys their company. She is competent at following feeding instructions and medicating animals when needed. She is clean and trustworthy. Eva shows up when she says she will and completes tasks thoroughly and with confidence. My animals are always excited to see her and my house and barn always look better after she has house sat for me. My vacations are always more relaxing when I know I have Eva taking care of my critters back home.”
15. Kristin J.
“Thank you Kristin! My normal dog sitter was unable to walk Snoopy, and Kristin graciously stepped in to help out. I felt confident knowing that Snoopy was in good hands during his walks and I got updates on how he did and Kristin ensured he had his food and water at the end. Would highly recommend.”
16. Colton C.
“Colton’s personality and patience was a perfect match for our dogs! He is professional, timely and cares deeply for his (dog) clients. We love our dogs like family and trust Colton to care for them when they need to get their “walks” in. We are thankful for Colton’s help!”

About: I am a veterinary assistant at a local animal hospital in San Luis Obispo and will be attending UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in the Fall of 2024. I have been pet sitting and working in the veterinary field for several years. I can administer oral and injectable medications and have a basic understanding of veterinary medicine. I currently work full time 8:30-5:30 Tues-Fri and 7:45-1 on Saturdays. I am able to care for pets in the mornings, during my lunch between 12-2, and in the evenings, as well as on weekends. I have two very friendly dogs of my own, Cody is a 10 year old Cockapoo and Gyoza is a 7 month old dachshund. My apartment is puppy proof and pets can be crated as well.
18. Alex C.
“Alex is very diligent, caring, and attentive with pets. She's had lots of experience while growing up watching over dogs and cats, including ones with special needs that require extra attention, such as senior dogs and dogs and cats with medical needs. You can always count on her, as she is very responsible and trustworthy. She has a natural way with pets by giving them all her love and attention!”
19. Ethan A.
“I am the owner of a three-and-a-half-year-old goldendoodle (mostly golden retriever), who is one of the most social, energetic, and friendly dogs one might ever meet. However, I owe his entire outlook and energy to Ethan Alexander, and his inexplicable touch with dogs, and a special affinity for dog care. As a rescue, Bosco was always really anxious. We are unsure of his previous circumstances, but there are many pointers to his previous home being abusive, unclean, and uncertain for the puppy that he was. Entering a point in my life where I wouldn't be around all the time to care for Bosco and work on warming him up to other dogs/people outside the household, I turned to Ethan. In the weeks that I happened to be gone from the home, Ethan came to feed, spend time with, and walk Bosco, and work on his contact with other animals. From the moment they met, Bosco lit up with an energy I had not seen since bringing him home. Ethan's perseverance with exposing Bosco to smaller pets that he owned, and eventually his own dog, quickly warmed him up to be the loving dog he is today. Every night that I came home, Bosco wanted to be let outside to play AGAIN, where he never had before. He began to eat more, became less solitary, and due to his newfound comfort with the outdoors, allowed for the proper grooming and veterinary care that the typical dog would benefit from. In the best health of his life, Ethan enjoys visits from Ethan occasionally along with the new time that I am able to spend with him, taking him around the neighborhood that he once feared to play with dogs he once despised. Because of Ethan's own experience gently nurturing and raising a dog from undesirable circumstances, he is the best addition to ensure a more social, happy, and healthy life for pets in need.”
