About: I've adopted many cats over the years, and have turned a feral cat into one of the sweetest indoor cats. I have had a few years experience volunteering in an animal shelter, taking care of dogs and cats. I love all dogs and cats and will care for your pets as if they're my own children. I work full-time, but have joined Rover because I really love dogs and cats. About: Hi! My name is Yujin Emily and I am passionate about caring for animals. My own dog, Mae, is a lovable and unique little beast! I don’t get to see her so often anymore, and really miss taking care of a furry friend. I have interacted with dogs of all temperaments and can understand what it’s like to care for a sensitive pet. Let me know in particular if your pet has any unique qualities and I will cater my care to them! I work overnight but am available throughout the day for walks and day-sits! My shifts are generally Friday night through Sunday morning, but I am available for house/overnight dog-sitting throughout the week. I do not have the space in my own place to board pets (unfortunately) but have experienced shadowing other dog-sitters, as well as long-term house-stays and pet-sits. I am conscientious and respectful of the pet and owner’s needs and preferences first.

About: Hi! I'm a senior Animal Science student at Cal Poly with over four years of pet sitting experience. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I treat every pet like they're my own. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing outside, or relaxing at home, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. I have experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, multi-pet households, and administering oral medications. I know every pet has a different personality and routine, so I always take the time to follow your instructions and keep things as consistent as possible. You'll also receive plenty of photos and updates, so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and in good hands. I’m a full-time Animal Science student at Cal Poly, so caring for animals is already a big part of my daily life. My schedule is flexible outside of class, which allows me to plan walks, check-ins, or pet sitting visits throughout the day. I’m typically only away for class for a few hours at a time, so I’m able to spend plenty of time with pets making sure they’re comfortable, exercised, and getting attention. I enjoy incorporating walks, playtime, and care into my routine and making sure each pet gets the time and care they need. I understand that trusting someone with your home and pets is a big decision. My goal is to make the experience as stress-free as possible for both you and your pets. I stick closely to each pet's normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I'm comfortable with energetic dogs, senior pets, and homes with multiple animals, and I always pay close attention to their behavior so I can recognize when something seems off. As an Animal Science student, I've gained experience handling and caring for animals in a variety of settings, which has taught me the importance of patience, observation, and safe animal handling. Whether your pet wants to stay active or simply have someone nearby while you're away, I'll make sure they receive the attention and care they need.

About: I grew up with dogs and had my first cat siblings in university. I’ve grown as a person because of them and understand and appreciate their special place as family. I’ve volunteered at the local shelter, as an adoption admin at a dog rescue and shelter. I’ve taken my dog to training and agility and learned a whole bunch more training skills at the dog rescue and shelter. I am also a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner which my own dogs and clients have enjoyed and appreciated. It was my nightly thing with one of my dogs. I have a special bond with animals in general and deep ones with some. It’s such a blessing, a gift I appreciate. I tutor, have a part time job, and I offer Jin Shin Jyutsu, bioresonance, and Human Design services. At this time I can only take dogs and cats who can be left alone for 4 hours at a time. Building trust with your dog and cat is of utmost importance. I am approachable and it’s important for them to have their space. They are the priority. I will play with them, practice obedience or tricks with them with positive reinforcement.
