This was my first bad experience with rover… when I picked up my dog he was soaked in pee and all of his stuff was as well, they do not have a fenced in yard so I’m not sure if they were allowing the dogs out to go to the bathroom. I had to wash all of my dogs belongings and groom him after a long road trip, which was not ideal. I will not be using this app anymore… I got one update while we were out of town, none mentioning that he was having such a hard time. Please look somewhere else for someone to take care of your baby.
Communicative, accommodative, and the dogs were happy!
Kiara was really easy to coordinate with and answer questions, and even do a pre-meeting prior to reservation so that we could make sure my dog was a good fit. I know he had a great time and I will come back next time I need boarding. Thanks Kiara and fam!
We had a great overall experience! My high energy doggo seemed to do really well with Kiara. I would definitely use Kiara again and I would recommend to friends and family.
Kiara was really great with Lady. She seemed to be able to calm Lady during some stressful incidents, and I’m thankful to have been able to trust her with this task.

Schedule
I work from home so I will give them constant attention and supervision throughout the day and the kids will make sure they get their energy out at night!

A typical day
We can walk and play fetch in the yard! I’m also just .1 miles from the Atascadero Lake Park! My boys will be happy to throw the ball around with your pooch!
