“Janice is wonderful and just a real dog lover. I sent my puppy to her place for daycare, well more like evening care, during our visit to Paso. We had some evening events planned that did not allow dogs, but I still wanted to bring her on our trip. So I found Janice on Rover, and she was so easy to communicate with to set this up and extremely flexible on the times. She has a wonderful backyard for the pups to play in. The entire place is very dog friendly. And Janice took wonderful care of my pup. I am very thankful and will use her again when back in the area.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, I can't remember a time that I haven't had a dog or cat around my home. I have lots of free time during the day and encourage play and long walks to get that energy out. Many friends and family have entrusted me with their pets to care for, walk, feed, and everything in between over the years and I hope I can gain your trust as well. In addition to cats and dogs, I was a livestock showman all 4 years of high school and have experience ranging from goats to cattle and everything in between. I have experience with both senior dogs and puppies; however, if you have a specific need I am flexible and open to learning. I am currently a full-time student majoring in animal science and part-time nanny in the evenings but I keep my schedule fairly open throughout the week. I would be around your dog majority of the day with the exception of the occasional errand. I am available for boarding throughout the week and have the ability to walk dogs and care for them in the morning through mid-day. About my home: I have an unfenced yard but am 5 minutes from a large park so supervised play and exercise shouldn't be a concern. I have three friendly dogs that are always looking for a new playmate. If necessary, I am able to crate easily and have lots of toys to keep a pup busy. Medications and specific needs: I have many years of experience administering medications via orally and/or by injection to pets I have owned and looked after. Sleeping arrangements: As stated before, I have plenty of crates ranging from small (20lbs) to large (125lbs) sized so if crate trained it is ensured that your dog will be comfortable throughout their stay. If you and/or your dog is not comfortable with a crate, they are welcome to sleep on a dog bed in my bedroom or the living room - wherever they find themselves most comfortable. It truly comes down to your and your pets comfortability and needs.

“My family was visiting from out of town and ended up needing a last minute sitter for our dog Tabi while we went to dinner downtown. Allie and Nathan were able to accommodate our last minute request and Tabi seemed very comfortable with Allie! As a dog with separation anxiety, she isn’t always thrilled to leave with a new sitter, but seemed to have no problems walking away from our car with Allie into her home. We could have boarded our dog or had someone come spend a little time everyday with her at our home, but we felt idea of having our dog stay with Maren's family a much better choice. We were not disappointed! They have a great enclosed outdoor space. Maren's dog Patch was very friendly and both animals got along great. We could tell that our dog had such a great stay for she refused to leave with us when we came to retrieve her! We cannot wait to use Maren's service again for our next vacation! It will truly be a vacation since we will no longer have any worries regarding our dog while we are away. We highly recommend Maren and her team of children!”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life who are well behaved and super loved. They are happy dogs with lots of energy and good leaders to others! I am currently an online college student and have plenty of time to babysit all kinds of animals! I look forward to being in any kind of service for you! They eat morning and night and get lots of healthy treats throughout the day, I walk them around my neighborhood a lot of times throughout the day, they have their own area in the backyard that also includes a doggy door for whenever they’d like to go and handle business. My dog knows how to sit, paw, lay down, roll over, he’s loyal and respectful. He’s pretty social but does get a little too excited around other animals and can be a little overwhelming for others but they adjust.

About: I have taken care of dogs my hole life I grow up with them and have helped out with friends pets as well i fed, played, snuggled, and took them for walks. Nothing better then getting to play with ur little fur baby. I only work 2 days a week so I have plenty of time to play with ur little fur babies during the week and keep them happy. I have 2 dogs and one cat and they all love to play with new friends I have a gated backyard so they can play.

About: We’ve been pet owners together for 11 years and have experience with our own puppies and taking care of others’. Our home provides a safe indoor and outdoor space, and lots of love and quality time for your fur baby. I work from home full time so will always be around to keep your pet company. I work from home full time, so can provide round the clock care to animals we are babysitting. When they aren’t in day care, we have two little boys and our own dog to provide lots of fun and entertainment. We have a safe and comfortable space in our home which we own. We also have a fully fenced, clean, and shady backyard for outside time (if desired).

“Barbara was such a great carer of our dog Chewie. He's a bulldog and because she has bulldogs herself totally understands their needs and that is very reassuring. Chewie hurt his leg that week and Barbara altered her schedule so that Chewie didn't exert himself too much. Would recommend Barbara in a heart beat. :)”
