About: I'm happy to be on rover! I enjoy caring for dogs, providing a loving environment, and supporting them in having a great stay. I particularly enjoy caring for medium to large dogs. I previously used Rover to find pet sitters for my Labrador, who was my dear companion until he passed in 2026. I've had great experiences with rover and would love to give back by being a sitter now. I know what it's like to leave your fur baby with someone else, and I'd be honored to care for your companion like I did mine. I work mostly online and go into the office some days each week for a few hours. So, I will be home and with your pup most the whole time. I only take one doggy at a time to give specialized care for your companion. I have a fenced yard and 1/4 acre of space. The dog is welcome on the couch, which I have a cover for. I can let your pup out consistently and take them on walks as needed.

They got to got on long walks on hiking trails and cozied up on the sofa for nap time. Definitely recommend booking through Madelyn. “Gigi loved being there with Allie and her little girl Morgan also with Bodie her dog. Gigi loved going there and spent one afternoon through 9pm and 3 other afternoons at Allie’s. There is a nice sized fenced in yard for the dogs to go outside and play plus dogs are allowed in the bourse. Allie sent pictures and videos while gigi was with her. Next year when we are back in Paso Robles we would leave Gigi with her again.”
About: I like to walk the dogs daily around the Atascadero Lake. I have a decent size fenced backyard with room to run and use my poop scooper daily. I am retired and looking for things to do during the week (mon-Fri) to fill my days. I have always loved the company of dogs and love to take them on daily walks. I have a dog bed in my bedroom, where your dog would sleep at night. The dogs water bowl is always kept clean and fresh. The dogs would always be welcome to hang out in the house with me, too.

“I am very excited to be writing this review! Robyn is an absolute sweetheart. I had a lot of anxiety about leaving my pup (for the first time ever) with someone. She went WAY out of her way, even 2 months prior, to ensure that I felt reassured. Upon meeting Robyn, my little baby was already wagging his tail. She was so talented in making him and me feel safe. Her lodging is at the Garden inn which has great shady grass areas for the pups to walk around and do their sniffing. She had also offered what sounded like a wonderful walk where my little guy could see nature and some horses... but when we were there it was too hot. Robin is a beautiful person, and I could not be more happy to have met her. She nurtured my dog and kept him in her lap, he gave her kisses etc. I am so happy. I will definitely use Robyn again.”

She did such a great job that we even sent our dog back the next day. She was patient with him, despite the barking and who knows what else :).”

When I picked up my little dog, he seemed very content and peaceful sitting in his little bed. It made me very happy to see that my dog was happy and apparently had a good visit! “All I can say is WOW! This was my first time using Rover and it was absolutely incredible. I expect this was a rare Rover experience - because we seriously could not have asked for more. My girlfriend and I were in town for a weekend getaway and wanted to check out some non dog-friendly wineries during the afternoon/evening on a Saturday. We saw Amanda's listing and crossed our fingers with our last minute Friday night booking. Amanda responded within the hour letting us know she would be happy to watch over him for the day. Her communication was professional and her availability flexible. Let me tell you... Amanda's place is an absolute wonderland for an adventure dog. She has a ton of property for your dog to run around on ... and animals galore! Our husky (Myth) got to meet horses, donkeys, ostriches, cats, chickens ... and more! This was an amazing experience for him (as a city dog that only gets to play with other dogs at the dog park). I can't imagine another scenario where he would have got to interact and play with such a diverse array of animals. Amanda clearly knows how to handle animals as well. She briefed us on her background training and handling all sorts of different animals and then backed it up with hourly videos showing us a new trick she had taught Myth - or a fun picture/video of Myth playing with one of her other animals (shoutout to her new dog Anakin who is an absolute good boy and new best friend of Myth's). She even asked us if it was okay to take Myth to the dog park. Her communication during Myth's stay helped us relax while out and about. She is clearly an animal lover to the core. If I'm being honest I'm pretty sure Myth would have been happy to stay on Amanda's ranch forever. 10/10 experience ... and her rate is super reasonable for the amazing experience your dog is going to get under her care. “Isabelle was such a great host for our dog Jayden. My wife and I traveled to Reno from out of town for an event. Our dog is a 15 year old lab that is mostly blind, mostly deaf and has a few other “old lady” problems. Despite all this Isabelle agreed to watch Jayden for a few hours. Isabelle’s communication before and during Jayden’s stay was exceptional as she kept us updated on how Jayden was doing and sent a few pics as well. Isabelle was also very flexible when we asked if we could drop Jayden off earlier than originally planned. Isabelle is a great dog sitter and made Jayden’s time away from us as comfortable as possible. My wife and I have total trust in Isabelle and will definitely use her again if ever in the area.”
