I am a certified dog mom. I have raised two pups starting at the age of 7 weeks. I know the time, love and care that is needed for these pups to get the care they deserve. I am here to make your life a little easier. Your pup is in good hands! I also have experience with e-collars. My schedule does change weekly. Each day is different for me. Marissa is an incredibly understanding, communicative, accommodating and trustworthy dog sitter. My dog has behavioral issues and she went out of her way to meet us twice before having our first overnight stay. She knows her way around e-collars which is incredibly helpful for pups like mine that have gone through a board and stay boot camp. I’d recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
As long as I have known Marissa she has always been a dog owner. Marissa takes care of all her dogs better then most treat their own children! She is diligent about taking her dogs to the dog park everyday and believes dogs aren’t meant to be cooped up all day. She is honestly one of the best dog owners I know. She always goes above and beyond for her doggies and I believe would be a great pet sitter/walker for your family!
It is hard to describe Marissa because of all the characteristics that make her amazing, but to begin I would have to start by saying she is one of the most caring and loving animal lovers I have ever met. Her first thoughts are always what can I do to make this animal happy whether its feeding them, bathing them, or just knowing they want cuddles. I would absolutely love to have Marissa as a dog caregiver because I know my dogs will be in great and magnificent hands.
Marissa has taken care of all of my animals on several occasions/vacations! I’m very happy with how she treats my animals like her own, and would highly recommend using her to take care of yours! I appreciate the help, and she’s always on time, friendly and loving! Our Murph ball always gets excited every time he sees her!
Marissa has a huge, loving, kind heart not only towards people but also towards animals. She is very attentive to her dog and to others that she has watched. She is a true dog lover. Marissa is the type of person that would have a ranch with hundreds of dogs and would know each one by name and all their needs.
Marissa has such a heart for animals, I always feel good when my fur babies are in her care. Marissa is trust worthy, reliable and she lives to keep the pups in her care entertained. Some of her favorite things are dog park days, dog beach days and you got it dog anything days. I’ve got to witness her care for dogs of all breed and size. If your looking for someone to care for your dog then Marissa is that person.

Schedule
I have a flexible work schedule that allows for me to take the dogs out for up to an hour. Depending on your requests there is flexibility.

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure to give the dog space until they are ready to approach me considering I am entering their space. I make sure to read their body language to get a feel of what the dog is looking for.
A typical day
I love to explore walking trails and allow the dogs to roam free if allowed. I enjoy getting to know each personality to figure out which environment is best.
