I do provide a variety of dog beds, and have some crate options if that's yours and your pet's preference for sleeping. Daily Exercise: We understand the importance of regular exercise and will provide daily walks and playtime to keep your pet happy and healthy. Customized Care: I tailor my services to your pet's individual needs, including feeding schedules, medication administration, and any specific instructions you provide. Home and Environment: Our spacious home offers ample room for your pet to explore, play, and relax. We have a secure and fully fenced backyard where your dog can safely enjoy some fresh air and stretch their legs. Inside, we have designated areas for rest and play, including comfortable beds, toys, and interactive games to keep your pet entertained. Communication and Updates: I understand that being away from your pet can be difficult, so I strive to provide regular updates and open lines of communication. I will happily send you photos, videos, and messages to keep you informed about your pet's well-being and activities. You can trust me to be transparent and responsive throughout your pet's stay. Dezi was very happy with Mercedes and when our plans changed she was helpful in making it work and even dropped Dezi off at a new location when our trip was extended and she couldn't do the additional days.
This was our first time using Rover to board our dog! Mercedes was amazing and provided us with updates and photos throughout our trip. She’s very loving and caring. Our dog adapted quickly and was entertained and loved by her and her family. I will definitely book with her in the future and highly recommended her to our friends and family looking for care of their pets.

This was Mercedes first time watching Winston & Lilly and she did awesome ! Just as promised she kept me updated with pictures and little updates throughout the day on how they were doing which I appreciated so much . When we picked them up they were just as I left them and very tired / happy from all the play time and exploring they got while we were away ! Would deff recommend her and would book again . Thank you so much !

Schedule
I work part time and mainly from home which allows me a lot of flexibility to take breaks to care for animals and make sure their needs are taken care of.

I have 2 very large fenced in dog runs. We have lots of toys and space to play outside of those spaces as well. We have a large indoor space that dogs can come into as well and can provide a crate if needed for overnight stays.

A typical day with the dogs I watch on Rover is filled with fun, engaging activities to keep them happy and entertained. Here's a glimpse into what a day might look like: Morning: We start the day with a warm welcome and plenty of cuddles to help the dogs feel comfortable and loved. After their morning bathroom break, we do breakfast according to their specific dietary needs. Mid-Morning: To keep the dogs mentally stimulated and active, we engage them in interactive play sessions. We have a variety of toys to keep their tails wagging. We'll play fetch, tug-of-war, or any other activities that suit their preferences and energy levels. Afternoon: We understand the importance of regular exercise, so we typically plan outdoor activities dependent on the weather for day. We have some special places we like to go for walks. This provides ample space for the dogs to explore, sniff, and enjoy the great outdoors. We always keep them on a leash unless it's a secure and designated off-leash area. Afternoon Nap and Relaxation: After the walk, we provide a cozy, quiet space for the dogs to rest and recharge. We have comfortable beds, blankets, and some even opt for the couch :) We respect their need for downtime and ensure they have a peaceful place to relax. Evening: As the day winds down, we engage in more interactive playtime, both indoors and outdoors. We make sure to give each dog individual attention and tailor the activities to their unique needs and preferences. Nighttime: Before bedtime, we ensure the dogs have their evening bathroom break. We offer their dinner according to their feeding schedule and any specific dietary requirements. We provide a peaceful and secure sleeping area with comfortable beds to get a restful night's sleep. It's important to note that our activities are always adapted to each dog's age, health, and energy levels. We prioritize their safety and well-being while ensuring they have a fantastic time under our care. Additionally, if a dog has any favorite toys or specific activities they enjoy, we are more than happy to accommodate their preferences and incorporate them into our daily routine.
