“Ever since he was young, Nicholas has had a love of animals. Growing up, he would ask for all kinds of pets such as a bird, hamster, cat, frog, ferret, fish aquarium, and of course a dog. He grew up being very attentive and loving to our pug, Buster, who is now 12 years old. He often spent time teaching him new tricks. As a college student, he spent his summers working for DogTopia as a canine coach and was then promoted to the rover position. Nicholas is a calm, easy-going person who is great with animals. He has a natural ability to interact with them and they feel comfortable around him. He is also a trustworthy, reliable, and personable individual who can interact well with clients.”

“I first encountered Ms. Harris 2 years ago when my husband and I were looking for someone to watch over our animals and property for 2 weeks while went on a second honeymoon. We had a hard time finding someone that i would feel comfortable about being alone in my home or trust to keep our plants, two old spoiled dogs and two cats safe and healthy. We are VERY particular about who we let into our home and how we take care of our cats and dogs; but after getting to know Ruby after a few chats and emails she put our minds at ease with her professionalism, experience, knowledge, and love of animals. While we were away: she walked and went hiking with our dogs, played with and cuddled our cats, and sent lots of photos of our animals having a good time. She communicated very well with us about incoming mail, visitors, and the animals She ensured that our old Weimaraner with ear and skin issues was properly medicated and the tips that she gave me on how to improve our old guy's skin have really helped him out since. She even bathed our stinky boys before we got back and took out the recycling! While we were still living in Reno, my husband and I used Ruby' s services many times after that. Early last year, my husband was in and out the hospital a lot and we called upon Ruby often to take our boys on walks, as well as feed and spend some time with the rest of them when we couldn't. She has called to check in on us and the dogs since and we feel blessed to have met someone as sweet as her. Ruby Harris has shown herself to be a very capable, trustworthy, driven, and empathic individual. 10/10 would hire again!”

“Elizabeth will forever be my go to person to watch my fur baby Todd! I hate leaving my dog but I’m never worried to now because of how great of a job she does with him! She even made sure to check in with updates throughout the day. They played, went for walks, and I got a selfie update to see how much fun they were having (I was almost a little jealous, Todd did not seem like he was missing me at all). It’s so hard to find a responsible person to leave your fur baby with and I’m so happy I came across Elizabeth! 1000/10 would recommend”

“Shannon H was wonderful with our high-maintenance animals. Each animal has distinctly different needs, and she met them all beautifully. On our meet-and-greet, it was clear how much she appreciates animals. She was affectionate, confident, and careful. During the visits, she was observant about the home and animals and communicated with us often and thoroughly. I loved her pictures of the animals and appreciated her comments about their behavior. It was such a relief to know she was looking after our guys! They were all in great shape when we got home. I highly recommend her!”

About: Hey there! My name is Maizel and my best fur-end's name is Mini. She is a 10 year old Maltipoo and she loves to play and make friends. I have spent my whole life around dogs and I truly love them so much. Our goal is to ensure that both you and your furry family members are comfortable throughout their stay. My house has a large backyard with shaded areas and doggy door access throughout the day. Mini and I love getting our daily doses of Vitamin D, so we will all definitely be going on walks. Mini’s favorite activity is playing games, so playtime is part of our daily routine! Also, I am always having photoshoots with Mini, so expect photos throughout their stay in paw-radise. I love walking and with the various inclines around where I live, and I've found most dogs enjoy my walking route. I love ending the day with another walk before bed to allow time to wind down and ensure a good nights rest. I have a fully fenced yard, and Mini and I spend a lot of time enjoying natural light out there. I love walking and spending quality time. I have a separate room that I use to accommodate guests who may need that space away from other dogs.

“Alexandria has watched our Doodle and 2 Shih Tzus when we vacationed. We felt very comfortable, she shared pics and let us know how they were behaving. We felt connected; less worried, and knew that our animals were being cared for well. She also kept them very active and happy! She was also on time and had a positive personality.”

“Talia is the best! She’s been our house sitter for years and has taken great care of what most might consider quite a crew. She has managed our wild 75 pound puppy during a weeklong rainstorm, restrictions after our dog had major surgery, a bossy indoor/outdoor cat and 4 chickens who were most recently working out some pecking order stuff. She’s wonderful with pets and people. Our pets are always sad to see her leave!”
