About: My JRT and I were a Certified Pet Therapy Team until his death, at age 17, in March 2025. I want to give and receive doggie energy and love until I am ready for a new full time companion. I am a retired professional working as a yoga instructor and End of Life Doula. I am experienced and comfortable with adult, senior, ill, and end of life doggy woggies. My schedule varies from week to week. On the weekends, I might take your dog to the mountains for outdoor adventure (or inside rest). Let me know your needs and I will try to make it work into my schedule. I prefer drop-ins, walks, or sleep-overs at our house. I have a doggie door for small dogs and a fully fenced back yard. I have a backpack and snuggly for those who like to be close. We are open to couch and bed surfing.

About: I have dogsat for my neighbors growing up, have taken care of my own dogs while my parents were out of town, along with feeding, sitting, and taking my friends’ dogs out for frequent walks when needed. I've administered medication for dogs (pills for managing epilepsy) as well as shots for cats. I've learned to love all animals that come into my care, similar to how my mom and grandmother have operated. It would be a pleasure and privilege to bring my caretaking genes to your furry family! I also take care of birds. Let me hang out with your feathery friends! I live and work at home in Miami during the winter and spring-ish seasons and live and work across the western US. My schedule is fairly flexible throughout the week until April/May. I have lived with many animals in my lifetime, made mistakes and learned greatly from them, and fully prioritize love and safety to your animals. The beauty of living in Florida in the wintertime and the West in the summer is that taking dogs on walks in the sunshine is never a chore!

Because I work from home full time, your pet will receive plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship while you’re away. Plenty of outside time and cuddle time! When pets stay in my home, they’re treated like part of the family. I maintain a clean, calm environment and limit the number of pets I care for at one time so each animal receives plenty of attention. I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and bedtime. Because I work from home full time, pets are rarely left alone and receive consistent supervision and companionship. I also provide daily photo updates and check-ins for peace of mind. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on maintaining consistency and comfort. I carefully follow all care instructions, including feeding routines, walks, medications if needed, and any household preferences. I’m respectful of your home and ensure your pet feels safe and relaxed while keeping you updated with photos and detailed check-ins after each visit.

About: I have four dogs from 10 pounds to 150 pounds, and I’ve had dogs my whole life! I love taking care of animals so much that I wanted to be a vet when I was younger. I’m working part time and going to school so I should have plenty of time to play with your dogs or cats! I have two days off a week, as well! I am happy to follow any instructions for your dog’s care, I know it’s not one size fits all!
