“I was a little skeptical at first. I wasn’t sure how this would work through video chat; I’d always imagined dog training as being an in class session, demo-do, trainer hands-on type activity. I am so happy that I tried this! I was really impressed with how well our trainer could articulate all the different training objectives. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. And it’s all in the comfort of your own home for whatever dates and times that work best for you. If I ever had to change or cancel an appointment, response times from their team were quick and easy. Our trainer was also always available for questions and chats, and even though we finished the course, she said we could still reach out to her if we ever had any questions. This was such a great experience for us. I definitely recommend this course for puppies, I’ll be back for more advanced courses.”
