They also are very thoughtful with plenty of communication and pictures. Pick up and drop off times are always smooth. My dog stays with them almost as much as he’s at home and I trust and love having him in their care.”

“Ilusion was absolutely fantastic. She came and stayed overnight at our house with 4 dogs and was extremely conscientious about every detail. She took great care of the dogs and sent us plenty of photos to ensure they were happy and settled. She also treated our home with great care and respect, following all the guidelines were provided. She even cleaned up after the doggies in the back yard and put soothing music on for them to enjoy. Ilusion also is an excellent communicator. She was sure to ask clarifying questions as needed and sent us status updates (i.e. when the dogs were fed). I could not give her a higher recommendation.”
