I live for dogs!!!
I am newly retired from teaching and now have more time to spend quality time loving on your dog. Our days together will be filled with kisses, hugs, treats, belly rubs, pats on the head, long walks around the neighborhood, playing ball, water play in the summer (if permitted) and so much more! I recently had to put down my chocolate lab Motley and so current I have my 23 year old blue and gold macaw Mcgyver to keep me company. My home is feeling rather empty now without at least one dog to love on. I grew up in a home full of dog people. We always had dogs of all shapes and sizes who were always our beloved family members.

This was my first time trying out Rover and I’m so glad I chose Kathryn! I brought Parker over to meet her ahead of her stay so we could all make sure we felt comfortable. I received frequent updates and photos from Kathryn throughout the weekend, and Parker came home a happy pup! I love that she got one-on-one attention and she was clearly well taken care of.
Kathryn was amazing!! I was so anxious to leave my dog with a pet sitter the first time (nothing about Kathryn or anything, I was just anxious in general). Kathryn let me and Bonsai meet her before the sitting and helped me feel better about it. Then Bonsai was with her for a week and she said he did so well! Kathryn would send me photos and updates multiple times a week too! She’s amazing and I’ve already booked her again.
My dog does not warm up to people quickly but he did her. She knows and loves dogs. Since I was takinf uber home my friend picked Red up and commented to me that I found a really good sitter. Sent me multiple pictures even though I was off grid so I could see them when got on grid again. I will deffinately use her again though Red goes most places with me.
My dog had a good experience staying at Kathy’s house. I got lots if pictures each day and quick responses to questions. Thank you!
This is my first time leaving Stella with Kathryn, and I’m very happy I did. I received lots of pictures and it was obvious Stella was having a great time. Kathryn has a lovely home and I would happily leave Stella with her again.
Kathryn is my favorite, my doggies too!

I am retired but I like to stay very active. Your dog will have an amazing time with me walking in the neighborhood and playing at the local park.

My home has fenced yards front and back. I have a doggy door for access to the backyard anytime. Your dog will have full access to the entire house and I will be with them full time.
A typical day
Caring for your dog is very rewarding for me and so much fun. There is nothing better than a dog (and a macaw). To begin my day I will just want to sip coffee and pet your dog in my home or on the front porch. Oh the fun times we will have. I can’t wait!!
