I've cared for dogs since I was 15, starting with my first family dog. During summer and winter breaks, I cared for street dogs in Mexico, which required a lot of patience and taught me how to build trust with animals who don't come with a known history. Malena, the dog in my profile photo, was one of those street dogs. I took her in at age 5 and cared for her for a decade, until she passed two years ago. She taught me what real, consistent care for senior dog looks like. I bring this kind of attention to every dog walk and visit I take on.

My Daisy stay with Alejandra for 3 days and 2 nights. I received regular photo updates and short messages. Alejandra has a lovely home with a fence in yard. I would definitely board Daisy with Alejandra, again in the future.
Alejandra is genuinely one of the most reliable, responsible, and caring people I know. I’ve seen firsthand how much love and care she has for animals, and I know she would treat any dog in her care as if they were her own. She is attentive, patient, and thoughtful about their individual needs, routines, and personalities. I would trust her wholeheartedly with my own pets, and I can’t think of many people I would feel more comfortable leaving them with.
I've known Alejandra for years and have seen firsthand how much they care for dogs. Her and Malena had a very special bond and looked after her with so much patience and consistency for over a decade, especially during her senior years. I'd trust Ale with my own dog without hesitation.

Schedule
I work weekdays but come home at lunch for a potty break and I'm home by 2:45 p.m., so your dog is never alone more than about 4 hours. Great option for overnight boarding and evening walks or visits during the weekdays and more open during the weekend. I'm located in Midtown, just a 5 minute drive from the airport and 3 minutes from the freeway, so drop-off is easy whether you're catching a flight or hitting the road. You'll get daily photo and video updates so you can relax and enjoy your trip!

I have a fully fenced yard so I love letting dogs run free if it is safe for them to do so. I’m attentive and ensure pups are given enough exercise and space for rest and relaxation on a regular basis.
A typical day
Regular potty breaks with free yard play in between, as well as more interactive play time at least twice a day in the fully fenced yard. Lots of fetch, tug, and chase for the high-energy pups, plus leash walks and sniffing time. I'm also happy to take dogs on dog park adventures when it's safe to do so. When it's time to wind down, there are plenty of cuddles and belly rubs.

- Please let me know your dog's energy level, personality, and how they do with other dogs and people. Anything about health, meds, or food restrictions is important too, plus their feeding and potty routines. Let me know about any fears (thunder, strangers, car rides). And it helps to know if they're good off leash and safe for the dog park, too.
