“This was my first time using Rover for overnight boarding of my two puppies. I was pleasantly surprised with Farrah! She was responsive and provided good updates on my furbabies. Her location is in a VERY nice part of town. I would book with her again because she took great care of my furbabies.”

“This was our very first stay with Christine, and I couldn’t be happier! Our dog had the best time and came home so happy. I loved getting daily updates and pictures—it gave me such peace of mind seeing him having fun. Christine took him on walks every day, and it really looked like he was having an absolute blast! I would 100% book with her again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Spanish Springs
Viana is absolutely awesome with our Maggie. She is what i have been looking for to dog sit our pup when we are away. I felt very comfortable on our first meet and greet. She is very knowledgeable with the care and treatment of dogs. Her, Maggie and scruffy all got along great! When i picked up Maggie up after 3 days, you can tell right away your dog was treated with care, kindness, and firmness. Viana is my new go to for doggie sitter. Thank you Viana

From the beginning, Blake was a good communicator and always prompt to respond. Our dog, Ozzie, usually takes a while to warm up to anyone new, but he took to Blake at the first greeting which was pleasantly surprising. His home was very tidy and safe and we really appreciated that he let Oz on his couch and bed. Blake was very patient, understanding and capable of handling Ozzie's moderate reactivity and leash pulling. He also followed directions perfectly, like making sure Ozzie got the right amount of food, 2 supplements and some dental treats. Ozzie looked happy in the picture and video he sent us which was also such a great peace of mind for us while we were away for 10 long days. We also really appreciated his flexibility and communication on pick up and drop off times. Thank you so much Blake!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
