From as early as I can remember, I’ve always been surrounded by animals. Our family dogs were mostly rescues, each with their own unique personality—ranging from shy and reclusive to lively and energetic. Because of that, I’ve gained plenty of experience both training puppies and caring for senior dogs.

Leu was amazing! She gave me constant updates with pictures and she asked questions to try to get to know my dogs better! My 2 chihuahuas were well cared for and through the photos she sent it seemed like they had a great time with her!
Leu has taken great care of Niko and seemed to have a great time with all the attention and affection-which we are so grateful for! Leu was communicative and considerate to our preferences as our dog takes a bit to warm up. Receiving pictures and updates throughout the day made us feel at ease and smile during our time away!

Schedule
I work part-time and mostly from home, so my schedule is very open. With that, I would have plenty of time to care for the dogs. We also give the dogs bathroom breaks every 1-2hrs and give them full access to our backyard.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced backyard that’s about 4ft tall. We have chicken wire on the gates, so in the case that we have smaller dogs like chihuahuas, they will not be able to escape. I always ensure that there will be fresh water bowls in our house for them to use. There will by plenty of of playtime as well.
A typical day
We have room in our backyard for the dogs to play in. Typically, I will not leave them out in the back unless I’m there. And on colder days, we can stay in and play with toys, etc. The neighborhood is quite safe, so we can also take walks. There’s a pond nearby with a ton of wildlife like birds, so I’m sure the dogs would enjoy a walk around the pond. As for the cats, they’re known for taking care of themselves, but I will ensure plenty of playtime if they allow me to interact with them.

- Please let me know if your dog/cat has any special requirements when it comes to feeding, sleeping, bathrooms breaks, etc. When it comes to taking care of dogs, we usually house other dogs as well if we receive additional bookings but up to a maximum of 3. But if your dog has to be an “only” dog, we would love to know beforehand. And if they do get along with other dogs, what kind of dogs? What are their preferences. As for cats, we would love to know their likes and dislikes.
